Anthony sat down on the rotting stool he had dragged up with him to guard duty. Sighing out of boredom, he decided to scan the horizon with the little ring of metal containing a piece of glass that he dared call a scope. Seeing nothing of interest, he picked up a few small rocks near him and started firing them off at boulders outside the walls of the Sanctuary. "This is so boring. Why do we even need wall guards? It's not like anything has happened here for the past year."

(Just as a notice, it is raining right now due to magic, so just acknowledge the weather, and most characters will probably find it strange that it is raining. That is all.)

"Turning out to be a regular party here then! A Angel, A Anubite, A Traitor Demon judging from his talk and reactions.... And a human with a rifle, whats with the guns, can't you just point them at the ground, and not at... Uhh.... Us I guess? Although, I doubt the ground would like having guns pointed at it either....." He turned to the Two from the Town, his arm still lowered, his spear moving with him now coated with dust, from the slight rain that was falling, while the two in the background fought. "Well, allow me to say, I am The Hidden, neither affiliated with Heaven or Hell. And that is all you need to know. Well, that, and I'm seeking shelter I guess.... Or supplies, whichever you could supply, or toss out onto the ground in disgust, cause' that has been done as well. Horrible tasting that food was too, no wonder they threw it out at me..... Yeuch.... Kinda like this rain, strange, and horrible tasting. Smelled bad too...." His mouth formed a grimace, the rest hidden by his hood.

Axel had been thrown up against the wall and held there, with a sword at his throat. He was stunned. How had this guy caught up with him? Axel was so agile and fast, and that guy was in full-body armour! He closed his eyes, expecting to feel his throat being slit any second, and then he fell to the ground. He looked and saw the man fall into the dumpster, then heard a voice say, "are you alright?" Axel looked up and saw a human give him back his rifle. He smiled anf accepted it, slinging it back over his shoulder. He wiped some blood off his from a nosebleed he got when his face was slammed. "Thanks." He ran over to the dumpster, selected a long, thin pole from inside it, slammed the lid down on the dumpster, and slid the pole in the hole where the padlock that had rusted away long ago once was put. He then felt his hood slip down, revealing his furry fox face. he cursed and put it back up, hoping nobody had got too good of a look, least of all the guy in the dumpster. He looked back to the human, and walked up to him. "Thank you...though if you knew who I was, you should have let me die..." He then dashed away, looking for the girl from earlier. He soon saw her walking down a street, and he ran up to her. "Wait! I need to talk with you...do you think you could help me out? I need a place to stay...more like hide, really..."

Corey heard the click of the pole sliding into place."oh crap. gotta think...wait what is that?" he silenced himself and listened to a steady downpour of rain. he then got to thinking. weak rusty pole, plus rain, plus light=extreme brittleness. he got his sword and pointed a concentrated ray of light, he was hearing the metal rust."Kid! I am a guard here! if your looking for trouble, you just got it!" he soon heard the finishing of the rust, and he bashed open the lid using his shoulder and his shield.

Soren was flying and realized this creature was fast, but it was also big. "hey! lets see how you keep up in the alleys and sewers of a city! cmon, you a man or a bitch???" Soren taunted the creature. he knew that he was far better at cornering and turning than this thing. he dived towards the alleys of the cities and started leaping from wall to wall, and was running along them. his moves were so fluent, that he had little recoil when he were to land on another wall. through the excitement of running across the wall he shouted out to no one in specific."PARKOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!" in typical soren style.

Miriki was shocked a bit when he saw the man's face, but he decided not to talk about it. After the man left, he heard the dumpster being smashed and the man yelling something, "Huh..? I figured that pole wouldn't hold that." He pulled out his scythe and twirled it, if he was going to have a fight on his hands, he'd rather have his weapon within easy use. He unhooked the lock on it with a tap and swung the chain at the man. It didn't seem to do much, and it looked like he would have a tough time beating this man. When a shadow of a person came out of nowhere and struck down the man from behind.

Misaki had been having a crap day, first with the damn demons trying to rob her, then some dumbass perverts trying their luck at her. She'd just abut had enough of this so-called war. "If God really is the creator and so powerful, why doesn't he just end this war already...?" She was still walking when she came across a large stone wall, she decided to keep walking, whatever was in there would certainly not want to meet her. After walking a bit more, she came across a broken part of the wall, "What kind of ungodly strength could have done this?!" She heard screaming coming from a nearby alleyway, and a boy that sounded extremely familiar was yelling. She shut her eyes and looked into the darkness, what she saw shocked her. "T-that man...he looks so powerful..." but that was not the reason she was shocked. "And the other one....is that...MIRIKI!?" She quickly opened her eyes and rushed to the top of a building next to the alleyway. "N-no doubt about it...that's Miriki!" She did a little happy dance when she realized that the strong man she had seen before was trying to attack Miriki. "Not on my watch!!" She jumped down, her twin daggers flashing in the darkness.

Anthony watched as the angel and wolf creature flew off into the city. "Well, Ms. President is gonna be pissed. Hopefully they won't cause too much damage. A demon and an angel in the same day, how interesting." Though I'd prefer that the angels leave us alone... Anthony then turned to face The Hidden, noticing the Anubite for the first time. "Well, the two of you seem like less of a threat. So tell me, what is your business here at the Sanctuary? I'm afraid if you have affiliations with Heaven or Hell, then I'm afraid I can not allow you within the city."

Hiyori walked into her small room that she dared call an apartment. Putting her stuff down, she went to go lay down on her bed, only to see a single letter lying on the table. She picked it up, acknowledging the fact it was from the Reaper Council, and read through it, grinning when she finished. "A whole village slaughtered? This is going to be fun. So many souls to reap, so little time. I better get there before any demons do, though it would be quite a joy to kill some of them without needing an excuse." Hiyori went to the corner, grabbing her hook swords, then jumped out the window, landing on an adjacent roof top, jumping from roof to roof, until she reached the outer wall. She jumped down, then sprinted off into the distance, smoke barely visible on the horizon.

(Well guys, I have a few things to say. First, what are people's thoughts on removing the posting order to speed up the rp? I plan on introducing a few important NPCs, check the Sign-Ups thread soon for the info on them. Also, try and wrap up the various fights around the city soon, as when they finish, the Sanctuary's president is gonna want to talk to everyone-in other words, yell at them for screwing up the peace. Last thing, the first major event is gonna start soon. For those who weren't here, a demon attack will be occurring sometime in the near future.)

Gabriel smirked, the boy had just made it even easier for him. His body changed, becoming smaller and fur turning to skin. He followed close behind the boy, jumping roof tops and using his wings that were still available to him, thankfully because he was able to control what part of his body changed. He soon caught up with the boy and leaped, he was still running around similar to a dog. He wasn't used to walking on two legs just yet, but this made it easier for him to grab things and climb. As he fell towards the boy, he returned his jaws to normal, which looked a little ridiculous from the over sizing. He planned to grab the same foot that had dug his face in the dirt and drag it along with the boy all the way back to the sanctuary and question him there, he wanted a little revenge before he questioned him. He kept silent as he attacked, planning to take the enemy by surprise.

(I won't have Gabriel gnaw his foot off anymore :P He'll just create some major bite wounds >:3 Also i'm good with the removal of order)

Faye flinched when she heard someone yell behind her. Her first instinct would have been to run, but the voice sounded sounded familiar. Looking over her shoulder she confirmed her suspicions. It was the hooded figure from a few minutes ago. She regarded him with calm green eyes as he caught up to her and spoke.

"I don't see the advantage of helping you out." She repiled bluntly, brushing her hair to the side. She shivered again, stupid rain... should have brought an umbrella or something... Least the backpack is waterproof.
"If your hiding someone must be chasing right?" She hooked her thumbs in her jeans.
"Anyone providing you housing must be taking a risk."

She didn't seem too keen on helping him out but she didn't say no either. She put on a small smirk, focusing her gaze onto the road in front of her. She seemed to be waiting for something. Compensation maybe?

"I have no intention of breaching the threshold of your human Sanctuary, unless of course there is a demon I must pursue." He growled, returning his attention to the Hidden.
"What I would like to know is if this person is in anyway associated with either angels or demons."

"Associated? I prefer the term acquaintance... Well..... It is more of a mutually assured destruction more on their part then mine, I find them, depending on who they are, or what they are, I kill them. Fallen Angels, Angels, Demons, and the Lords of Hell are all fair game to me really..... The Angels are more of a annoyance, as they see me as a 'Comrade', then learn of my heritage, my..... Uniqueness, and try to 'purge' me, the ultimate racists, actually, come to think of it, more of a moralist, in which they are oh so damn annoying.... Then the demons! Snarling, and slobbering, their curses, and words of damnation, thinking, because the angels rejected me, I am part of their 'Infernal' crusade. They always seem to bleed out after that.... Do this affect, to you think I smell, act, or in other way pervade that I am of the Holy or the Infernal? I wear the blood of a thousand holy souls, and even more in infernal blood..... Heh....... So what will you call me Hmmmm....? Angel perhaps? Or maybe Demon? Either I will gladly play the part... But, I warn you, attack me, shoot me, try and kill me, you will fail. There is a reason I have hunted so many Aetheric Beings..... A Reason you shall not learn." The Hidden flickered for a moment, almost blending into the shadows around him, then he went back to normal, the mouth, still only slightly visible, grinned, showing some prominent canines.

Axel dug around in his pockets and got out a small sack. Inside, there were various treasures. Some jewels, some money, along with a few other things of value. "You can have this if you shelter me. Besides, I'm sure you would help a fellow criminal. You have a security card, you don't look like the guard type, and you haven't busted me by now." He smiled. "It makes sense if you're a criminal. I don't know what kind, but I know you have to be some kind. What do you say? Could you help me out? If I'm lucky, this should only take a few days." Axel then looked down. "You are half-right on one thing, though. I'm hiding from pretty much everyone. It's a long story. And I'm not being chased. I'm chasing."

corey heard the daggers whizzing through the air just in time. he dived to the right, behind the trash can, and then smashed it forward with his feet, sending it sliding right into the two people who were assaulting him."By the power invested in me as a guard of sactuary, I hereby place you two under arrest!" corey shouted as he did so.

soren kept moving and saw the wolf like thing change form, and dive towards him. Soren stopped flying instantaneously and pushed his legs against the building, sending three arrows flying directly at the now free falling creature, who is unable to dodge."Not so fast! Im not your typical angel!" soren shouted as he did so.

Miriki looked surprised as he saw this random girl try to sneak up behind the man. When he yelled that he was a guard, Miriki instantly jumped into action. He tackled the girl into the wall and held her there, then yelled, "I'm extremely sorry, sir! I had no idea you were a guard, I'm new in this town!" Hopefully his words had gotten through to him and he would realize it was a misunderstanding.

"Miriki, what are you doing?! Let me go, I'm Misaki!" she struggled against Miriki's grip, but he was always stronger than her, she couldn't get out, and she didn't want to hurt him, either. She looked into his eyes, "Wait...you don't remember me, do you?" She realized that what had happened, and a plan formed in her head. "Alright, you got me, I submit!"
