Anthony sat down on the rotting stool he had dragged up with him to guard duty. Sighing out of boredom, he decided to scan the horizon with the little ring of metal containing a piece of glass that he dared call a scope. Seeing nothing of interest, he picked up a few small rocks near him and started firing them off at boulders outside the walls of the Sanctuary. "This is so boring. Why do we even need wall guards? It's not like anything has happened here for the past year."

Miriki was utterly lost.

He had been walking the streets, looking for someone to talk to, or at least apologize to for the wall, but he could find no one. Apart from the sudden noise like breaking glass, it was relatively quiet in the city. He liked quiet. It was peaceful and calm. Miriki went back to the wreckage of the wall and sat down to meditate. If he was going to find anyone, they would probably end up looking here, then he could apologize. While he meditated, he saw flashes of his past, of Miriki as a child, training in the ancient ways. He drifted off to a peaceful sleep in the wreckage of the wall he had destroyed.

Seeing a dark shape heading towards the Sanctuary, Anthony aimed his gun, but before he could fire, the thing had gotten through the gate, leaving him stunned at its speed. Sounds then began to erupt behind him, the sounds of people falling and hitting the ground, yelling and shattering glass. "This is too chaotic to be an invasion. If I had to guess, I'd say it's probably a few stray demons. That 'holy' knight is probably taking care of the guy at the gate, so I'll just do a run through the city to find them." How can that guy still have any faith in heaven after the way the world is now? Anthony grabbed all his gear and sprinted off into the Sanctuary, hoping to end this incident as quickly as possible.

"What do you want Demon of Hell? Even if you do look like a Torturer...." the hooded man had said. Gabriel huffed, he was wrong about the angels...they weren't here. Though there was a slightly fresh trace of two, who seemed to be mixed with something else. He brought his attention to the hooded man and growled deeply when he mentioned his original job. His fur prickled as he said, "Why should I answer to you?" He didn't know just where this man sided, was he with the angels? Or the demons? Or none? He ignored all else that was going on, it seemed insignificant now since there were no angels involved, the scents he smelled must mean some had probably just passed.
His ears flattened along his horns and his teeth bared in a snarl, he was snarling at old memories that came to his mind with the mentioning of his job. He decided to answer anyways, "I'm in search of Angels. Also I'll have you know that i'm the tormentor of those fallen to pride, you're spot on in your assumptions..." his wings were folded and his tail raised above his head like a scorpion's. He was afraid. Afraid that the man would attack, that the he might never find the angels, not knowing where he was. Gabriel wondered if the Angels had left him for dead, where were they? Why haven't they contacted him? Was he useless to them now that he had been discovered? These kinds of thoughts whirled in his head like a whirlpool, he never asked any aloud, to anyone. He was afraid he would hear that they abandoned him, would their leader really allow that though? Gabriel's mind was clouded as he stared at the hooded figure, his eyes seemed like they were throwing knives, the way they always appeared.

Poison mused on the state of the city. So much chaos. And violence, to boot. She cast a weather spell to make it rain, then split her essence in two, heading towards the apartment and the gate at the wall. She took stock her surroundings at each place, and found herself giggling. "Bad luck runs in my veins, boys and girls. Let's see how you deal with it." She waited, watching.

"Holy habenero sauce!"  Faye jumped up from her seat, stuffing the security card in her back jeans pocket.  
"What the HELL do you think your doing?!?!  Crashing into my apartment.  Do you have no respect for private property!?!"  She realized the irony a second later, but didn't dwell on it.  And then someone kicked the door in.  She sighed, less surprised by the second intruder, despite his yelling 
"And apparently you don't either."  She said dryly.  
Faye already had her satchel back on her and was slowing walking backwards towards the back door.  Her hand was touching her  waist, where, hidden by her jacket, was a small pistol.

When John got to the wall he took a quick assessment of the situation.  
"Outer wall breached."  The Anubite continued to walk towards the wall as he spoke to himself, his canine ears twitching.
"Potential hostiles.  Unknown.  Number of possible demons."  And then he saw them.  Some sort of hooded figure, and a wolf-like monster, staring at each other.  Were they talking to each other?  He didn't care.  John swiftly took the shotgun from his pack and approached the two, always pointing the muzzle of the gun in their direction.  Once he got into earshot range he stopped.
"State your identity and affiliation."  He barked, almost mechanically.  He had said this many times before.
"Failure to comply will result in drastic measures."

"Gods...... Then again what gods are there to pray too?" The Hidden rolled his eyes under his hood, as he spun around to face the new arrival, then he noticed the shotgun. "Really now? A Shotgun? Against a demon, and whatever I am? Unless you have Blessed bullets, or bullets made out of the same metal as my spear, and I highly doubt you do.... A Shotgun, is just going to irritate our demon friend, and I think we don't want to do that. NOW!" He yelled as he spun around once more. "I am..... The Hidden, at your service, mostly anyway, however you can also call me A Void Angel, Death Angel, but never Angie, because I'll impale you if you do...... " He finished abruptly, now turning sideways so he could look at both, the spear still resting on the ground, the tip pointing at Gabriel. "Now first things first..... Why should you answer to me? No reason, but if you insist on getting yourself hunted or killed by either Humans or Demons I'd say, that is a pretty good reason..... AND YOU! Canine, no.... Jackal? Hrmm..... Whatever. Just introduce yourself so we don't all go about killing each-other and filling up heaven or hell? Or maybe Valhalla, I hear its nice this time of year...... Come-on speak up now! We haven't got all year..... Well Me and the Demon do, but you? We'll outlive you by two lifetimes, so come-on then! Speak up!"

Axel looked at the guy with the sword. He should have been more careful there. with the clothesline. He smirked. This wasn't a problem. "Cut our throats, huh? Didn't you ever learn that you should never..." Axel then took his sniper rifle back off his back and pointed it at the man, finishing, "...take a sword to a gunfight?" Axel's other hand went to his pocket, and he grasped something round and small. "Consider this a warning that I won't be as kind next time for your rudeness." He shot his sniper rifle twice, aiming at the man's legs, and then he threw a smoke bomb right under him, filling the room with smoke. Axel could judge where things were easily, and he dashed to the girl, picked her up and wispered "Don't shoot, I'm saving your life.", and then he jumped out the broken window, dashing through the shadows with the girl in his arms. He then ducked into an alley and ducked behind some boxes, putting the girl down. He looked at her and asked, "Are you okay?"

Corey felt a brunt force hit his legs, but his armor stopped the bullets from penetrating him. When he threw the smoke bomb though, corey knew he had to escape immediately. He saw the man dash out and followed, heading through a window. He saw the two just turn an alley corner. He ran in the direction and heard the man talking. He pin pointed where the man was based on his voice, and then turned a corner to see a few boxes. He knew the man was here, so he got ready briefly. Corey then ran and jumped over the boxes and the man. He pivoted instantly and struck the man across his stomach with his sword. He then kicked the rifle out of the mans hand and smashed him full force in the face with his shield and held him up against the wall with the shield." Didn't you ever learn to look behind you when you think you've escaped?" Corey said tauntingly to the man.

Soren was flying as silent as an owl. He was assigned to assist and try to make peace with the human population. It seemed off though, why send a not-so-angelic angel on a diplomacy mission. His answer came to him when he saw a gathering of semi-demonic creatures outside the gate. He sensed the death of angels on the cloaked one. He then stiffened as he sensed one of his trainers fading essence mixed into the group. isaac... The one who believed in me and set me on the right path....he is dead because of those three! a sudden rage overcame Soren. His grip on his bow tightened. He then nose dived toward the large wolf like creature. He then turned so his foot was heading straight towards the creatures head at terminal velocity. Before he landed, he shouted"you murdering scum will pay!" And thus, he smashed his foot into the wolf like things face and dug it into the ground. He then created an arrow that made a blinding flash. Before the light faded, he pushed off of the creatures head and flew into the air.

Miriki woke up, hearing loud smashing noises near his area, "Well, seems like someone's finally here..." He got up and brushed himself off, then started walking towards a corner with some kind of glowing light coming from it. He walked around the corner, "Hey, do either of you know where I can find th- Whoa..." He saw a man dressed in full body armor and glowing, with a shield held against a man's throat and a sword in his hand. He felt a little sorry for the man who was pinned, he seemed to have no way to escape, Miriki couldn't just leave him like that. "Alright, just this once, I hope this isn't this town's leader.." he concentrated for a second and, his body glowing in a familiar blue energy, he ran up and punched the man in armor in his midsection. The blow was not designed to pierce his armor or kill him, it was only meant to knock him back into the dumpster nearby, which it did just as he expected. "Are you alright?" he stooped down and picked up the man's rifle and went to return it to him.

Hearing fighting coming from the direction of the gate, Anthony decided to turn around and head back towards the front of the sanctuary. He ran as fast as he could possibly go, then skidded to a stop, seeing an angel attacking a demon and the hooded figure from earlier, not seeing John from his angle. Aw, what the hell? Anthony thought to himself, questioning why so many strange beings were showing up today. "Well, I need to get them away from the city. Can't let them cause any damage to one of the last safe places for humans in the world." Anthony approached the fight with caution, loading up his rifle, then yelled to the angel, "If you are going to fight, please do it away from the Sanctuary. You do not have very many friends here after the war. I would prefer not to have to shoot any of you."

"A human?" Gabriel mumbled, he had forgotten that they were there. His ears twitched when the man in the coat called him a jackle but he let it pass. What really caught his attention was that the hooded man had called himself the death angel or something like that, "An angel eh? Do you know anything about the other angels, Angie?" he asked. He decided that was his name since the man didn't want to present his real name to him. He snorted at the challenge, he didn't feel much like fighting. This changed when a man came flying from the sky and kicking him in the face. Gabriel snarled furiously, he could smell it was an angel. Had they betrayed him?! He decided to get some revenge and find out. He leaped off the ground and snarled as he rocketed with amazing speed towards his attacker, the wind blinding him a bit from the speed. He was able to follow the angel by smell, and senses. He snarled as he closed in on the angel's foot, wanting to grab it and drag the angel back to ground.

((Oh fine. I'll just wait until something interesting happens then. Because I really can't think of anything. Sorry :/))

(OOC: Theman, most of the world is a nuclear wasteland, so find somewhere else to teleport them than a forest. Actually, Nevermind, teleporting them is kind of godmodding, so...)

While the commotion between three was going on Faye silently slipped away into the alley. Great. One of her safe houses was blown. Whatever, she had a few more scattered around the city when stuff like this happened. She glanced back before turning a corner into one of the large streets.
She reached for her pocket and pulled out a smoke bomb. She'd snatched it from the guy as he carried her out. It wasn't like any of the hand operated explosives she'd seen before. Faye pondered what a person would be doing with these advanced weapons as she put it back in her pocket.
Dang it was cold. She shivered, pulling her biker's jacket tighter around her. Just a few more blocks. She knew a place there she could hunker down for awhile. Looking up at the sky she continued to trudge along the street. "I hate the rain..."

John scoffed, his weapon still raised to a ready position.
"I don't take orders for you." He growled, cocking his weapon.
'The only orders I take are from my master. Or..." His poise seemed to falter slightly.
"The ones that my master sent me on loan to." He shook his head.
"But besides the point will you please- no not please." John cursed to himself as he felt his bravado slipping away. He's done this in training a million times. Maybe it was different in real life. Or maybe it was something about these demons that was tipping him off his game.
"Just, tell me who you are affiliated with. So I can proceed accordingly." He resumed his steely composure.
