Are our chara's born with these powers or are the powers given to them?

The powers were released to humanit a year ago. Their children will be born with it. But we are first gen , and very powerful due to the recent release of the forces.

What exactly does Destiny's "Control" do?

Who are "Good" and who are "Evil" here? And what's the difference between the two sides, what puts them apart and makes them each recognisable?

A suggestion, as well: maybe there should be a posting order to avoid having people falling out?

1. Control is causing misfortune or good luck. Controlling odds.
2. Good and evil are there just like in real world. Forces are not by definition good or evil. It depends on the person using the force, if it is good or evil.
3. No posting order. It is an open moving world. You fall behind on posts, then you fall behind on them.

Well who specifically is evil that we can use and run into and fight against? Random characters we come up with or is there any set evil team? Usually in a war like you said this is there are two specific sides and stuff.

Can I have more of a customized abitity? As long as it's easily categorized?

Silver: that would fall under storms. You can have customized under the specs. Like wind is a part of storms.
