Train ride to boarding school

Headmaster shard stands at the entrance to the train."welcome students! I am headmaster shard. This train will be picking up students, to take to the school. You may talk and mingle with others freely on this train ride. I will let you know when we have arrived at the school." Shard steps to the side and welcomes you in

Alice pulled up the rear (not wanting to be left out), following the rest to the dining cart. The Vulpix looked out for others that she might encounter at the boarding school. One that she spotted was a Duskull, stopping to watch it float by.

"I see.Thank you eitherways."Jack laid back to his seat.He opened the window a bit more and took a nap.He dreamt his course at school.Who knows what will happen?Time will tell.

Jasmine smiled softly and nodded. "Sure, lets all go together. A meal is more delicious when you eat it with friends. I'm Jssmine by the way. I come from the islands out east." Jasmine went to the buffet and despite not knowing what most the food was, she got random things to fill her plate. "I am so hungry, I could eat a Rapidash right now."

Miles reached the buffet, and loaded up on some rice, a baked potato or two, and a few rolls. He Turned to the others. "So, anything any of you might want to share? It would be better so we could get to know each other better." he asked as he munched on a roll.

Noises woke up Jack who had no idea that the buffet was open"Hey don't eat everything there!"he quickly ran and helped himself with goodies.Everything was delicious.Then,he turned to Miles"Hello *munch munch* I'm Jack,focusing on the science class *munch munch*.What about you?"he said and kept on eating.Hungry pokemon doesn't fight!(Uhh the translation messed it up:SNormally it is a phrase in Greece we use to say that someone is unable to do actions while they are hungry:S:S)

Shard walked over to the buffet and got a plate for himself. He loaded it up with pasta, a bit of the cold meat and sat down to eat. He instinctively was scanning the lunch room, due to his training, while he was eating. His aura sense was trained to the point where some people would consider it to be intellectus. (I referred it to how the dresden files state it, for lack of a better term. You can google it.)

"Ah well...", Vincent whispered as he made his way to the buffet.
As he left the tables some time later, there wasn't much more on his plate than there was before. Ghosts don't eat much after all.
After quickly finishing eating, he remembered the announcement the headmaster had made over the train's speaker system.
Since it would fit him rather well, he had spontaneously decided to become the scholl's hall monito and since the headmaster wasn't sitting too far away, this would be a good moment to become one.
After floating towards him, he voiced his wish, the red eye in his skull bobbing around in his skull.

"I'm Serena," smiled the Kirlia after Jasmine had introduced herself. She was making a special effort to try and get to know these people and so far it was going well. Reena took a plate and loaded it up with a generous amount of pasta and some salad. She also took some grapes, deciding that she would nibble on them after eating the salad. The Kirlia figured that she could always go back later if she desired something 'less healthy' and sweeter.

Blinking at the Lucario's question, Serena took a fork and began to nibble on her pasta. She ate her food in a dainty manner, inadvertently creating the impression that she was a rather delicate though elegant person.
After finishing her mouthful she turned to say something to Miles in answer of his question, only to hear the Staraptor introduce himself. She blinked again, her eyes wide before she darted away from the two and slowly sat down at an empty table. Placing her plate on the table, she sat staring at her food, her hands in her lap as she sighed. Picking the fork back up, she began to absentmindedly nibble at the pasta as she thought about her friend.

"Sure. Just try not to be too overly self-bearing. And i need a hall monitor, so that i wont have to keep an eye on everything else, though that cant be helped." His form of intellectus, was a constant presence. He could tell what was going on at any moment, in a way it was like becoming a part of where he was. Like a portable "genius loci". He could tell exactly what was going on, the exact distance they were, and even feel their shape in the air. In battle it made him feel like he was fighting a blind man. But being able to act on problems, took a lot of time. The one problem is he can barely sense ghost and dark types."you have the job. You will be officially the hall monitor when we arrive. Now try to talk to the others. Being a social outcast is never good." Shawn said to the duskull.

"Very well...thank you.", Vincent answered while bowing. He then looked around, trying to find someone to introduce himself to. The Kirlia? No, psychic types were usually scared rather quickly...The Vulpix? Ah, why not?
Floating towards her frontally, trying not to scare her, he began to speak:
"Greetings...as it seems we will be in the same class, so please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Vincent. May I ask yours?"

Shard was bored. He was quite impatient and he had to wait for two weeks. He let out a sigh and decided to analyze what was currently going on in the train. From what he could sense, jack was eating quite noisily. He didn't expect jack to be the type to take to food. He could sense the other lucario sitting approximately 3 yards 4 feet, 7 inches, and exactly 42 degress to his...right from the tip of shard's nose. He briefly wondered if the lucario knew how to control his aura yet. He could sense the kirlia, sitting near him and the pikachu. He tried to quit focusing on the area. He stood and left the cart to get some practice in.

After eating,Jack got even more sleepy.He returned to his seat and this time,he started sleeping.Nothing could wake him up now.All day he was preparing his things and it was time for him to relax.But as he tried not to snore like a Snorlax,he ended up sleeping lightlyHope nothing wakes me up now.I'm exhausted!he thought as he slept.

Shard grabbed one of the spare training dummies in the supply cart and put it in the cart between the type carts, and the buffet cart. He needed to get some practice to cool his nerves, and get into shape for helping in battle class. He got into his fighting position, with his left leg in front, bent putting most of his weight on his right leg. He put his left arm straight down on his left knee, hand in a fist. Right arm bent, elbow facing to his right, hand in a fist. He did two punches to the chest, did a kick to the left side of the dummy. Then another one,two combo to the chest, followed with a 180 turn, planting his hand on the ground then did a straight kick upward on the dummy's chin, snapping the wood in the back and bending the head back, "breaking its neck." "OH GOD THAT HURT!" Shard shouted hopping on one leg. He had just smashed wood with his heel, causing quite a bit of bruising on his foot."NEVER AGAIN!" He not so mentally noted. He forgot how much it hurt to smash a heel into wood.

Miles swallowed the roll he had foolishly tried to eat in one bite, which took alot of time to get into a safe, swallowable form without looking rude. He turned to answer Jack, but he saw he had gone. he frowned. That guy seemed a bit too impatient to him. He turned, as he sensed that Serena was about to answer his question, and he frowned again. She must have thought he was ignoring him when Jack had started talking to him...he scanned the area, trying to spot her, and saw her eating by herself over at an empty table. He looked down at his plate, finding it empty. He got a few shrimp, as well as some mini doughnuts, as well as a couple of pringles. He went over to where Serena had gone, and sat down across from her. He stared eating a little, closing his eyes as he chewed. After a little bit, he looked at Serena and said "Is...is something wrong?"

A screech from the rail woke up Jack.A horrible sound penetrated his ears"I won't sleep I guess!"he said nervously as he went to Shard and asked him"Was that the brake?Is the train stopping for a reason or is it my idea?"he wondered while he yawned.He couldn't relax at all.*sigh*
