First topic message reminder :

Mordred entered Shadowhue Forest. In his hand was a sheet of paper. He brought it to his face, reading it for the 3rd time.

Spoiler:

"Just have to find a Big Apple..." He muttered to himself, before putting the sheet back inside his Treasure Bag. Looking around, he was greeted by the same tall trees, the same minimal sunlight, and the same eerie atmosphere.

"...Better make this quick." He proceeded to walk, paying close mind to his surroundings. Even the slightest sound of rustling caused him to react, ready to beat the sense out of whoever would dare to ambush him during his first mission.

Mordred listened as Nate gave his last regards, only to end up nearly dropping the Big Apple as it was thrown to him. He held the apple, looking at the pikachu with a confused and surprised look. What was the mouse planning? "What? Why?! We're going to get killed and-" His eyes widened as he saw the electric mouse suddenly head towards the incoming predators. Yep, it was official. This Pikachu was insane.

"NATE WHAT IN ARCEUS' NAME ARE YOU DOING?!" The scraggy yelled, watching as the vicious hounds began closing towards the Pikachu with their fangs and claws ready for a fatal attack. The reptile was unable to move as he waited for the electric type's demise. It was then a large, blinding bolt of electricity was released from the mouse, rushing towards the pack. The attack looked similar to an explosion, sending back not only Nate but also the predators.

The Mightyena and their group of Poochyena gave loud yowls of pain in unison as the large bolt hit them, sending them backwards. The pack of canines landed on the wet, muddy ground in a large heap. Small sparks danced on their wet coats as they twitched on the ground, none of them able to move.

Mordred gaped as the scene unfold before him. He remained silent for a few minutes, before finally snapping out of his daze and hurrying over to the Pikachu. "Are you alright?!" He asked, seeing the electric mouse seeming to have run out of energy.

"Well, if my calculations are correct...yes, electricity does spread more with water. I think I'm okay, just a bit hurt by the backlash of that." Nate responded, sounding like he was in a bit of a daze before getting back up. He looked over at Mordred and pointed at the Big Apple he was holding.
"Right, well, you finished your mission. I think we should part ways and get back into town. You know, before they wake up." He continued to say, now pointing at the bodies of the pokemon in the mud. He smirked and started to walk off, heading away from Mordred.
"Thanks for the adventure. It was fun. I need a freaking rest now, let's...not do this again for a bit." He joked, waving to the scraggy before continuing to walk away.

Mordred raised a brow, not sure if he was to worry or to hit the Pikachu upside the head for his reckless actions. He stared at the Big Apple in his hand, before putting it in his bag. Yeah, mission completed and all. He looked up, staring at the electric mouse for a few seconds. The pokemon seemed injured, but could still probably make it to town for treatment. He pondered whether or not to help, but the mouse had already begun to walk away.

"Err... okay? Goodbye then." He said, watching as Nate left. Once the mouse had gone completely out of range, he began taking a different route back to town. He had to report this to the guild, and finally put an end to such an... interesting day. Tired, the reptile was aching for some time to relax. Hopefully there were still some vacant rooms in the Guild.
