Bit of questions about items. Empty

Well I was looking where to do an adventure for some pages to be added for my character, when I noticed some... Interesting items. I wanted to know if you had a use for them yet. So here we go. I'll try to list at least one of the places I found where the item is.

Pure Seed(Coral Forest)
Link Cable(Coral Forest)
Rare Fossil(Coral Forest)
Gabite Scale(Obsidian Crevice)
Secret Slab(Obsidian Rift)
Mystery Part(Silent Temple)

So yeah that's about it. I'd be thankful for a reply.
