The Endless Forest!

First topic message reminder :

It was a beautiful morning in a very large forest, the sun just rising. Inside a small grotto in said forest, many Pokemon lay asleep. It is now that they start to wake up to their next adventure.

Celia sensed that something was wrong ever since she fell asleep. Her sixth sense was saying things through her dreams, and the Solosis was able to read almost all the signs her dreams gave her. Still, it wasn't much wasn't much. The future was always changing and could never be pin-pointed. There was something about a forest and many other Pokemon, including an Oshawott and a few others. Celia decided that this was the time for her to wake up.

Celia opened her beady black eyes. She was stuck in a tree. She wriggled out the leaves by vibrating herself but a few leaves were still stuck in her green membrane. She sighed and dealt with it. Almost all the Pokemon in her dream were there, if not all. Still, she had no idea where she was and she was almost sure these Pokemon thought the same. She sent a small psychic jolt to each Pokemon, in an attempt to wake them.

Eve was snoring loudly, using leaves as a blanket. Whenever she slept she ended up in the most confortable position possible, even if it was several feet away from her bed. She rolled over when Celia's jolt hit her, mumbling something random.

(okay, posting order is going to be the order you guys post in first, so only post once until everyone has. Also, posts where I use important NPCs will be marked, so don't count them as part of the posting order. Begin!)

Genni looked up in surprise as the Wurmple began speaking. "Oh! Hi. I'm Genni, what's your name?" Genni wasn't very good at making friends. After all, she didn't have very many chances to do so.

Observing the other pokemon as they started to interact with each other, some calmly and others not so calmly, Isa noticed that it seemed like some of them had noticed something. He looked over in the direction of where the lampent had been, but was late and saw nothing. I doubt that a couple of them just looked at the same thing for no reason. But who to ask... He thought as he wondered which one of them he could start some form of a conversation with. He saw a snivy sitting by a tree, looking at the place that some of the others had been rather calmly. He walked over to the tree awkwardly, looking down. "Um...sorry, but did you happen to see something over there..." He started to ask, trailing off near the end.

Celia stared at the Poryon for a few seconds, deep in thought. She pitied it, with its mechanical nature and artificial origins. It felt like a sad existance, though the Solosis couldn't figure out if a Porygon could have feelings. She decided to think it did to stay positive.

".....Oh, yes, greetings!" Celia said hastily, breaking out of her thoughts. "I...I guess you have no idea where in the world we are, do you?" she asked quietly. "All I know is that we're not alone. There is a Lampent in the area, so it's likely that there are others, but...."

Celia gestured (by quickly turning) to the others. "Well... If we can't gather the others-which I most certainly can't do- we will probably be stuck here for a while..."

Eve looked at the Tailow. "Yeah, I have no idea in the whole wide world what's going on here either, so I'm not the best 'Mon to turn to. If you ask me, I think we should be running like the wind, heading outta this place before we all kill each other!" she said, pointing at the violent and scarred Charmander. She attempted to shoot water at it, but hesitated, the water only going halfway to its target. "Yeah, I've got nothin'."

Ciriya frowned as best as a bird could as she attempted to think of something. She raised a wing to her beak as she did so before sighing and re-furling the wing at her side.
"There are too many Pokemon here to calm everyone down at the same time in order to try and find out why we're all here in the first place... but unless someone does something it looks like it's going to disintegrate into a large battlefield."


Ione blinked before turning her gaze to look at the Riolu. She stared at him for a moment before replying simply with, "A Lampent."
She then uncrossed her arms and pushed herself up into a less slumping position.

"A-a-and for what reasons should I trust you?", Verthos asked the Torchic as he detached himself from the ceiling and landed on the ground with a thud. "I have no idea, where I am, who you are and why both of us are here!" The Ferroseed began spinning faster, preparing to use Rollout as he fully expected the Torchic to attack him.

"Checking data...opening file "surroundings.por"...we are in a cave.", Isaciar exclaimed. Silently he made a note to himself:"Conversational partner appears to be incapable of basic analysis...mental capacity questionable." Speaking loudly again, he continued:"Problem registered: Gather lifeforms. Solving problem..." The Porygon fired a Signal Beam into the air, trying to get everyones attention.

Though Garuda's instincts told her to parry the eventual Rollout, she let her guard stay down. "Feel free to attack me if you want." she replied calmly. "I will prove my trustworthiness by not fighting you back." as she finished speaking, she heard a grunt that unmistakely came from her teammate. Turning around, she saw her getting tackled into the ground by a hostile looking Charmander. "I will, however, defend my-I can't believe I'm saying this-friend."

"Guh!" Cyan's attempt at greeting the Charmander had not gone the way she hoped it would. Then again, those scorched trees were probably his doing, as well. "Hey-OW! Not cool!" she choked out, her chest aching beneath his foot. "What-ugh gives man? I just greeted you with a little-guh something called freakin' manners." she muttered, using Faint Attack to warp out of his grip. "Maybe you should try it sometimes, Zizzle. S'up, Garizzle."

Needless to say, an annoyed sigh escaped the Torchic's mouth.

Incinerate growled as the Sneasel escaped his grasp. "Damn it!" he yelled. The Charmander stared at Cyan, ignoring the others. Enraged, he spat out embers angerly around the area, and scratched the ground multiple times.

(Savato... We're not in a cave. We're in a forest. The ENDLESS forest.)
"Er, Bob." The Wurmple would have scratched it's head had it had any hands. "So... any idea where we are?" He overheard a Torchic... offering to be beaten? What an idiot, he thought, you let someone hit you, you'll just get killed. He deliberately did his best to ignore the Charmander and his escalating conflict with a Sneasel.

"Yeah, of course I do." Genni wondered where this Wurmple was from, if it didn't know what the Endless Forest was. "We're in the Endless Forest, duh. Though where in it I have no idea....." She looked around. "Wanna Pecha Berry?"

"Oh..." Isa mumbled, nodding his head and going back to observing the other pokemon in the area with him. Flinching slightly when they seemed to start acting up or get violent. He looked back at the area the lampent had supposedly been in, and then back to the snivy.
"Do you think we should go check and see where the lampent went?" He asked, wondering if it was lost like them, but had been shy or scared off.

Celia sighed. "What are you even talking about? This is obviously a forest, though you're on the right track with the signal beam." This was going to be just great... The Solosis shot up a Psywave in hopes to grab the other's attention.

Eve noticed the two Pokemon shooting beams into the air. "Y'know, I think they're signalling others. It makes sence." she said, doing so with Water Gun.

The Lampent came back the same way she came.

"Hello visitors of the forest. If you could please calm down, I shall escort you to the Forest Guardians." she said, her voice loud enough to be heard throughout the grotto, but calm.

(@Bronze: You're not supposed to know about the forest. :P)

Ciriya shrugged as Celia and Eve used their move to send a signal upwards. She didn't really have a move that could do such a thing.

The Snivy blinked before looking at the Riolu again.
"I would say yes, but it appears it's come back," she replied, nodding to where the Lampent had just reappeared. It looked like it was about to speak, so she quietened down to listen.
As the Lampent explained that she would lead them to the Forest Guardians, Ione decided to move closer. The quicker this rabble of Pokemon were calmed, the quicker they could find out why they were here.
"I'm Ione by the way," she blinked, looking back at the Riolu. He wasn't so bad. At least not compared to some of the others she had seen in this clearing.

As Verthos spotted the Lampent, his heart skipped a beat...again. "M-m-more Fire types? You have got to be...what did I do to deserve this?", he mumbled. "Why should we believe you? I don't know who or what these guardians are and I don't think they'd be peaceful...", Verthos asked the Lampent, his voice barely audible.

Surprised by the Lampent mentioning "Guardians of the Forest", Isciar immediately began looking through his databanks. "Checking Mikipedia...0 results found...Guardian of Forest does not exist. Level of trust: low. Level of assumed intelligence: low. Requiring further analysis...26%...67%...ERROR. Results inconclusive. No match found. YOU DO NOT EXIST.", he adressed the strange Pokèmon.

Garuda's eyes narrowed as they carefully moved across every inch of the Lampent. "I can't say I trust you that much, either. But considering the situation," she nodded in the direction of some nearby trees to prove her point. "And the group's seemingly shared cluelessness, you are probably our best bet to get out of here. I vote for you showing us the way."

"Guardians?" Cyan exclaimed, still partially on guard. She was curious as to what the Lampent meant, but she'd rather not get attacked out of the blue again. "The heck are "Guardians"-ow." her claws moved to the spot where the Charmander had stomped on her. "Ugh. And how'd we even get here?"

Incinerate stopped his flailing and stared at the Lampent. "The... Guardians?! What the hell are those?!" he growled. "Do they know where this is?!"
