» Personality:
A very disorienting pokemon to hang out with, that being a given. Cimche is quite carefree with the things he does, in a childish kind of way. He's sometimes Naïve when it comes to socializing, making a situation uncomfortable with a joke or two. Despite his tottering movement, he has a lot of control on how he can get around, rairly bumping into people even in crowds (unless he feels like it). Always trying to do something to get his name out there, he's willing to do heroic deeds that may be too dangerous, being quite reckless in his execution of help. He's very impatient, not really one to take his time with things and takes the faster route. He likes to take some situations, no matter how serious and make them silly and ludicrous.

-Pets on the head (calms him down immensely)
-sweets(likes indulging in many sweets, most specifically candy)
-magical artifacts(always want to see what they do, even if they just look like one)
-jokes (always one to like giving or hearing a joke, laughing no matter how bad)
-running(Always happy to go for a little run. He's not that fast, but he's determined to make it to his destination)
-the cold(it usually helps him sleep)
-guessing(He's always up for a good guessing game)

» Dislikes:
-not moving (being held in one place makes him frantic)
-Lecture(doesn't like being told when he's wrong, and doesn't like having to wait for the lecture to be done)
-hot areas(makes him irritated)

» History:
Cimche had a simple family, his mother and father being fairly nice. He would usually get himself into situations that his parents had to get him out of, usually being led to him being lectured. He was ok with being lectured at a young age, but as he got older got annoying. He always loved being told stories of heroic deeds and peaceful adventures, making him want to one day make a name for himself to put in a storybook.

For fun he would help pokemon with Deliveries, running around to the destination to get pokemons deliveries where they need to be. They where never really late deliveries, but he treated them as such, motivating him to run.

His father helped him train to become stronger, training him when fighting is necessary and how to take down a foe using a series of confusing movements. His mother on the other hand showed him how to make use of his egg move, taking him around to help pokemon in need.

Now of age he leaves his home, prepared to see the world and possibly join a guild. He didn't exactly know where to go, but with a little asking around heard of a place called grassveil town, being told that it would be a great start to his adventure. Packing his things he made his way to the for mentioned town, ready to make a name for himself.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) PERSONALITY

Put simply, this is a very bland personality. It barely actually gives any information about him; being able to get around places isn't much of a personality trait, for instance. Then there's the issue with some of it being a bit hard to understand, mostly in regards to the last sentence. He... likes guessing things? No elaboration? Over all, this personality needs more depth and actual character traits as well as more explanation.

2.) LIKES/DISLIKES

You need to explain every like and dislike, and you need an actual explanation for them. As an example, "sweets" is not an explanation for why he likes candy, and there are some likes and dislikes you didn't even try to give an explanation for (such as jokes).

That is bumping. Just wanted to confirm you did it right.

2.) SPEED RACER

I've noticed there's a lot of emphasis on enjoying moving and running in this bio, and it's only grown with your edits. I feel the need to point out that walking for extended periods of time makes a spinda feel sick (as stated in the Pokédex). I have to question why this character would be so enamored with something that naturally makes him sick. If you want to keep this trait, it's going to need some elaboration. Giving a reason why he likes running so much would be preferable, but at least acknowledge that it can make him sick and he still does it despite that. I'd personally recommend adding impatience as a central personality trait of the character, which would give a good explanation for why he insists on running everywhere while also giving a bit more depth to the character.

2) does him not wanting to be in one place count for a reason why he runs a round a lot? I didn't want the character to seem as if he was fast, just that he likes to go place to place, in like a jogging manner. gonna edit this a little but just wanted to write this. edit: ah, ultra sun, got it.
