» Personality: Sanja is very spunky, probably the opposite of any Run Away Eevee. She is always courageous, and determined even in a bad situation. Sometimes her confidence can grow a little overboard, however, and she grows a little cocky and big-headed at times when she wins. If there isn't enough action, she can grow bored very easily. Unknowingly, she has a tendency to be rude and unkind at times, especially around those who she feels is offensive to anyone, whether they are or not. Once you make friends with her, she will be the kindest and most loyal friend, especially if you give her food. She's the kind to have a snack with her every second of the day in case she ever gets hungry, which she almost always is. She would sometimes mooch off of others in order to get food or something else out of them, but when it comes to friends, she takes them seriously, so when she isn't pranking, she goes around on certain days to give them all gifts, from treats to drawings of them together. She also has a bad habit of mistrust, so at a first-time meeting of a new Pokemon, she'll be skeptical that the Pokemon is either lying about everything, is a thief, or is plotting.

» Likes:
Victory: Obviously. Because it’s pure proof of her awesomeness, and makes her feel superior.
Any friend she makes and trusts: Once making a friend that she knows is for forever, she will go out of her way to defend them.
Racing: If there’s anything she’s good at other than battling, it’s racing, which fills her with adrenaline and a way to show off her speed.
Coolness: Any form of awesomeness or coolness in any way is something relatable to her, even if it is only 80% of her own level. She’s always 20% cooler.
Pranking: A good joke, whether to share with another or not, is always fun!
Drawing: She enjoys drawing for her friends, or whenever she's bored.
Giving gifts: Gift-giving gives a sense of morale, and it's the greatest feeling in the world to feel important.
Food: She needs food every second, all the time, and lots of it. It's not only delicious, but makes her belly happy, too.

» Dislikes:
Being tricked: Nothing perturbs Sanja more than discovering a friend is really an enemy, or that something isn’t as it seems.
Cruel ‘Mon: Any bully, jerk-head, or villain she finds harming or threatening another, that’s the last straw of holding back on pummeling them.
When She’s Wrong: Yeah, pretty much every’mon hates that. It really ticks her off, of course, because she often claims that she’s “always right”.
Bummers: Life is meant to have fun with; she thinks everyone should stop being a curmudgeon and loosen up a little.
"Typists": Any Pokemon that judges another simply by their type should be forced against their ways of persecution. Being a normal type herself, she knows how it feels to be thought little of just because of her type.
Fire: The only thing she would ever admit being afraid of ever since the forest fire. She fears it for its power and ability to destroy, which freaks Sanja out at the mere thought.
Any new Pokemon she meets: With her extreme trust issues, it would take a lot to convince her one is worthy of being a friend.
Vegetables: Any food she'll eat except for plants other than berries. She is mainly carnivorous other than the berries she scavenges.

» History: As a young little Eevee, Sanja grew up in a Clan, raised by a mentor who taught her everything she knows. The Jolteon taught her the ways of speed and agility, which she took after and became the first thing she ever took seriously. She would compete, and all of her winnings eventually shaped her personality towards her confidence. Her buddies growing up in the forest she did had goofy personalities, and taught Sanja the joy of pranking and having fun.
In the clan, she grew up with and knew everyone in her territory, even those ranked higher than her. Having grown up with them, she knew from the beginning who were friends and who were foes, and only ever heard of other Pokemon when the leader would warn them of other tribes, telling them to never truly trust the others. Even though she was surrounded by Eevee and their evolutions, it was a requirement by their leader to have them all taught about the other species. Their leader was a Sylveon, who loved every member, all of them born into the Clan, and let them choose whatever type they wanted to be. He taught the young Eevees of how Pokemon judge others by their types, especially relating Normal type to weakness, and Sanja believed this entirely. Ever since then, Sanja would look to any Pokemon outside their tribe with mistrust, thinking that everyone judging her as "weak".
Often enough, some jerky Eevee of a different social class would bully her and her friends as a gang. While the others would often back down, she would stand up to the gang and do what she could to defend her own. The settling was mainly done with a race, which Sanja always won, and the bullies would back off after their loss.
To her, life was good, and every day was generally the same. She would battle, race, and sometimes she was allowed to explore outside the territories of the forest Clan she was raised in to find items or battle those outside of perimeters. Sometimes she would tag along when patrols or high-ranked Eevee or their evolutions would leave the camp. Only a couple of times was she fully allowed to come hunt with them for food.
At the time where she started to become a teenager, her recklessness grew out of control. When she went on a patrol with the others, another Clan was spotted on the outside of their territory, and Sanja started taunting and bad-talking them. Just as she ignited a rage in the opposing patrol, they decided to ignite Sanja's territory. A Flareon used a Flamethrower directed at them, but hit a tree and started a forest fire. The Jolteon mentor, who was there at the time, told the young Eevee to get out of there as fast as possible, as a battle between the two patrols broke out.
The fire began to eat at nearly every tree, burning each one to a crisp and spreading faster. She ran faster than she did in any race, driven by fear right to her camp to warn the others of the fire, but already they had evacuated. Confused, but in a panic, she ran in a single direction in order to get out of the forest into a field, but none of her clan-mates were there. Alone, she walked, not ran, hoping to find them someday. Instead, she eventually came across Grassveil, the first town she had found not only on her journey, but also ever in her lifetime. She settled, having nowhere else to go, after all, but still hoped she would be able to see one of her tribe members.
For now, she battles and even sets up races for her to compete in, and even wishes to find someone she could maybe trust.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) DISLIKES
Sanja's dislikes are very obvious things that many people would dislike and have little correlation to her character as they are now. Please add new ones or make the current ones more relevant to her character. The only reason that things like "friends," "family," "bad pokemon," ect. is if they are massively significant to the character. For example, if they are obssessed with friends or their family in some way. Also, it's not enough to just mention that they are "obsessed with friends and family." You have to build it into their character with concrete descriptions.

2.) HISTORY
The history is a bit undercooked. Please flesh it out more.

3.) SOURCE MATERIAL
I understand that you're basing this character off of another, but the two characters are far too similar. Please add to Sanja's bio so that she not a carbon-copy of the source material that you were drawing from.

Please fix your "fire" and "typists" dislikes; "fire" is not well explained and "typists" does not make sense due to her history.

2.) HISTORY INCONTINUITY
You say that Sanja dislikes typists, but the community is a typist community wit a typist leader. Either A.) figure out some kind of outside influence to explain her changed mindset or B.) have her be a typist herself.
