I am starting this Pokemon rp because there is no Kanto rp yet in the free rp. Anyone can join, but they need to sign up here. I will start the rp when there is at least 3 chars, I am 1 of them. The rp has started if you want to join just send a post to here

Name: Drake
Gender: Male
Age: 13
History: Drake has a younger sister named Lily. His parents are rich and so are his grandparents. Jake lived a life in luxury, and he hated it after a while. Jake wanted to go on an adventure and his parents gave him a Tepig for his 13th birthday. He then went out on his adventure soon after. His hometown is Pallet Town.
Personality: Jake is smart and brave. He is also friendly. Jake likes adventure, Pokemon, and friends. Jake's Dislikes are olives, and luxury (most of the time).
Appearance: Drake looks like a young man. He has brownish hair and his hair style is slick. His ice blue eyes make him look like he's staring coldly at you but he's not. He is well build up at a good size for his age. He also has very white skin, but he's not pale. Drake is in excellent condition and always wheres a shirt with a pokeball logo and blue jeans. He also wheres a blue cap and a watch.

If this is going to be a Kanto RP, how do you have a Tepig? Which is only found in the Unova region? I am just wondering if we can have pokemon from any region.

I asked him in the chatbox and he said yea we could have any pokemon as long as its the first stage.

History: Valerie was born and raised in Lavaridge Town in the faraway region of Hoenn, but her family had to move due to her father's work-related transfer (professor's aide). Suddenly saying goodbye to her home was a hard blow for the then 10 year old girl. However, her father comforted her by giving her a Torchic egg as an early birthday gift. Valerie, being very fond of Fire-type pokemon, cheered up and devoted all her time to hatch this egg. She made a vow that she and the Torchic would explore the new region and help with her dad's (and the Professor's) research together once the pokemon became strong enough.

Personality: Valerie is a tomboyish, and also somewhat airheaded girl. Her ditzyness, however, does not mean she's stupid, she just tends to be in La La Land sometimes. Having a Professor's Aide for a dad influenced her into developing an interest in pokemon research. She also likes martial arts, and practises it, herself. The thing she loathes the most is pokemon cruelity, and she puts her pokemon first in most of her desicions. Another thing on her hate list is "posers", or people who try to act cool just to impress others. Her favorite food is roasted/fried bananas, and her least favorite food is sardines.

Other: She's also a huge fan of Flannery, to the point of having her hair in a similar ponytail and dreaming of going back and challenging her once she's done with her Kanto adventure. She also walks barefoot most of the time.

Appearance: Valerie is slightly taller than the average 11 year old, but only by a little. She' got jet black hair with a red streak in the bang, somewhat tan skin and amber colored eyes. Her wardrobe is relaxed, and tends to consist of a white tank top with a flame print along the bottom, and plain jean shorts in the warmer seasons. In the winter she wears red earmuffs, a white scarf, a red jacket, white gloves and black pants.

Name: Momoko "Mo" Ryuzaki

Age: 14
History: Mo was born a country girl. One would think that was an awesome life, but ironically, Mo didn't find it to be all that exciting. Her family ran a miltank farm, but she didn't do much work. She'd simply sit in her room and listen to her iPod all day. It was one day after climbing out her window that she decided to catch a pokemon. That was when she met Adriotia. She didn't exactly have a pokeball or a pokemon to fight her with, but Adriotia actaully climbed onto her shoulders and stayed there for the ride back to Mo's house.
For the next few months Mo had to hide her pokemon from her mother, as her mom believed that training pokemon would be a dangerous job. Eventually, though they were found one day as Mo's mother was looking for a comb in her bedroom. She found Adriotia in her closet. After a long arguement and a frustrating few days, Mo's mom finally decided.
She watched as her daughter packed her bags and left for adventure. That was probably the happiest day in Mo's life.

Personality: Calm, Serious, Loner, Smart, Strategic
Appearance: Mo is a slender girl with pale skin and icy blue eyes. She's about average height, maybe a little taller. Her jet black hair stops half-way down her back and she always wears a hairpin with a blue flower on it. She usually wears a black coat with a brown t-shirt underneath, and leggings that match her jacket. Her boots are brown, made out of artificial pokemon fur as real fur would just be cruel.
Other: She doesn't like touching people. She really, really, is afraid of touching people.

History: Jenna was brought up in Unova and has known Lumi from a very young age. The two would always be around causing trouble in their home town. However, due to a freak accident, their house was one day destroyed and they decided to make a fresh start in Kanto. Now living in Pallet Town, Jenna continues to cause havoc with Lumi and has become notoriously known for her sometimes hyperactive personality.
She decided to go on a Pokemon journey with Lumi as she wanted to see the world and not just her home town(s).

Personality: Jenna is rather hyperactive, as explained in her history, though beneath the mischievousness is a kind and caring heart. She cares deeply for her friends and family, and her Pokemon and will not let any of them come to serious harm.
Appearance: Jenna has short, shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears pale orange shirts and blue jeans along with black converse shoes.

It was a sunny morning when Drake woke up. Drake got ready for his adventure to start. He went outside after he got everything and waited for his friends, Val, Mo, and Jenna. "Where are they?" Drake asked himself. "We're supposed to get a pokedex today and start our adventure." Drake was waiting for this moment ever since he got his first pokemon, Roadhog his Tepig. Roadhog didn't like his pokeball so Drake just let him walk about. Drake and Roadhog are the best of friends. Now Drake was waiting for his friends to come so they could start their adventure.

Val's morning began rather abruptly when her Torchic, Chama toasted her blanket. "OHGODWATER!" the girl screamed, probably loud enough to wake any others who were asleep within a 100 meter radius. One frantic mother and 5 buckets of water later, the girl was still trying to remembering what day it was. I know this day is important for some reason, but..why... "...Oh snap!" she exclaimed as she got dressed on record time and ran downstairs where her mom waited with a plate of toast "Good lu"ThanksmomI'llcallyouwhenwearriveatthegymbye!" the rushing girl interrupted her mother as she grabbed the piece of toast and ran towards the lab. Dad's gonna kill me if I'm late for the big day!

Jenna swung down from a nearby tree and landed next to Drake.
"Morning!~" she grinned, Lumi repeating the greeting in her own way from her perch on Jenna's shoulder.

Jennifer had been up rather early and after getting ready, had gone out to find something to do until the time had come to meet her friends.

"Hi," Said Drake. "I wonder where Val is and Mo too?" Drake was becoming so impatient, it was getting a little annoying, even for his mom who does really care about annoyances. Roadhog was looking around over and over again. "Tepig!" Roadhog exclaimed. He was pointing right at Val. "Finally." Said Drake.

"Mownin'!" Val yelled, the piece of toast sticking out of her mouth as she ran over to the other future dex holders. "Hey, foww-" she stopped to swallow the rest of her toast. "Sorry for oversleeping, I guess I just kinda...forgot." she ended awkwardly as a tiny red thing jumped into her arms. "Also, I kinda must've outran Chama." she added, a goofy, embarrassed grin on her face. "Sorry, pal. Well, at least I'm ready now..."

"It's OK, Val." Said Drake. "You made it didn't you. Now all we need is Mo. Then we can-" Drake looked like he was forgetting something. "OH NO! My Breakfast!" Drake yelled. Drake went inside and ate his breakfast. Now only if Mo was here already. Drake went outside and Mo wasn't there. "Where is Mo?" Drake asked himself.

"...And here's your breakfast, Chama." Valerie smiled as she opened a box of homemade pokemon food. As she fed her pokemon, she didn't even notice Drake hurrying inside to eat his own breakfast. "Sorry for forgetting you like that, pal. Next time you'll get to eat first, Pinkie Claw Swear!" As a response, Chama stretched out her claw and hooked it to Val's pinkie. "Atta girl...Her, where did Drake go?"

"Why am I always the only one ready," sighed Jenna, "You would have thought it would be the other way around."
She chuckled, scratching Lumi's chin.
"Emolgaa~" she smiled, leaping up and gliding around to Jenna's other shoulder.
