Springfall Dojo [Information and Pricing]

You find yourself in a surprisingly quiet area in Grassveil Town. Unlike the rest of the town, it appears to be secluded and almost tranquil. If you keep going you'll soon come across a building, it's appearance fitting in with the area, being rather naturally themed. The soft, welcoming scent of flowers greets you as you enter the dojo.

Inside is a large area which you assume would be used for training. The ground is sandy, allowing for good grip and preventing those training from sliding across the floor as if it was ice. At certain points, there are indents in the walls, shelves having been constructed within them to hold various scrolls and books. From where you are stood, you can see three other passages, one a doorway leading to what seems to be a garden.

As you make your way through the tranquil, almost scenic garden, you spot an Oshawott using her scalchop to dig a hole in the soil. Pausing for a moment, she judges the hole adequately deep and proceeds to take a berry from the basket next to her, placing it neatly in the hole before filling it up once more. Blinking, she senses your presence, getting to her feet and turning to dip her head to you.
"Sorry, I didn't see you there," she smiles, "Can I help you?"

Welcome to Springfall Dojo! This establishment was built and founded by Violet the Oshawott, who hoped to help others train, improve their skills and form new techniques with their moves. The dojo offers many services, however the main one is Move Tutoring.

-Move Tutoring-
The pricing of move tutoring differs depending on what sort of move you wish to learn. In order to learn any move at the dojo however, you must also find special tickets. These tickets can be found in most dungeons, but are rarer than other items.

Status Moves - 300 poké + 1 ticket
Damaging Moves - 400 poké + 3 tickets
Damaging Moves of 90+ Power - 500 poké + 5 tickets

-Becoming a Tutor-
Springfall dojo also offers an extensive training course that teaches you the ins an outs of a specific move. This will cost extra, but as well as teaching you the move it will allow you to teach the move to others. Whether you charge them or do it for free is up to you. Prepare to be tested at the end of the course!

As with the moves the prices differ depending on the move being taught, and anyone becoming a tutor of a move must also write a certain amount of words about their character training to use the move to it's fullest extent.

Status Moves - 800 poké + 2 tickets + 500 words
Damaging Moves - 1000 poké + 4 tickets + 700 words
Damaging Moves of 90+ Power - 1200 poké + 6 tickets + 800 words

As the dojo itself has a board, you are more than welcome to use that board and the location of the dojo for training sessions with your characters. So if you'd like to make a thread in springfall dojo, feel free.

The dojo also serves as a 'move relearning' service. If you want your character to relearn a move that they previously forgot for a different move, it will be the same costs as learning a Move Tutor move. Just state 'Relearning [Move Name]' in the form. Relearning a move will only cost one ticket no matter what move it is.

Please note that you cannot use the move in-character (unless you need to for your 'becoming a tutor' wordcounts) until I have approved your request and made the necessary transactions. You'll know when i've done so as I'll post saying so.

!NOTE!

The way the dojo works has been completely changed and so the waiting list that was previously there has been completely wiped and any unfulfilled requests will have to be made from scratch with the new system.

You'll be glad to hear there is no waiting list with this new system as it relies entirely on the customer to provide what is needed to learn the moves. This is in the hope that I personally won't prevent people from learning moves they want to learn because I have become a rather slow poster.

Anywhooo, the previous dojo requests have all been archived so there is a record of them, but I figured with a new system we'd start with a fresh, empty thread!
