Scypho's Funky Factory

I'd like the clothing to match this as best as you can. Wrist bands can be anywhere from 1/6 to 1/2 way up his lower arm from the wrist. The dark and gold part of the neck and shoulder piece should stop just before his shoulders, though the part that would sit on his chest and back can extend slightly lower. The cloth part can lay slightly over his shoulders. The lower part is probably the one that requires the most changes.
Starting from the bottom, the "shoes" I'd prefer to look like cloth wrapped halfway down the foot up past his ankle somewhat. They shouldn't be touching the ground since he's digitigrade. The white part would start directly after and should cover the rest of his leg.The light blue  part would start between his legs and push up to his belly. The belt would wrap either right below or right at where his belly is lowest. I'd prefer the clip for the belt (the gold circle) to be on the side rather than underneath him so it's visible. The green covering over the top I'd like to appear "looser" I suppose than in the image. The part above the belt would still form around his body snugly, but below the belt it'd stretch down quite far over the tail and legs in a triangle, obscuring some of the white of the leggings. Similar to how it'd look if you laid just a square/rectangular bit of cloth onto him but pulled one end close...actually pretty much exactly like that. Most of the material should look like a thick silk and other materials associated with Indian/Middle Eastern garb, and the only specific design I would like would be a Volcarona head on the belt latch. Other accessories include a brown bag hanging over his thigh, with various pockets where some items, such as berries, an orb, scrolls etc can be viewed sticking out. The bag itself I'd imagine would have one large flap over the top, with two small pockets on each side and a larger pair of pockets on the front. A pair of glasses similar to those pictured below. I'd also like for him to have a journal with a plain brown cover (though I do plan on having it edited to match his Windrose journal whenever he gets that).

So the Turban's a bit more complicated. Of the two attached images I'd like a mix of the two blue character's turbans. Specifically I like the larger image's one where one eye is covered cause edge. While on the second I like the gold piece that's holding the turban together (the piece that sits just below the blue guy's horn).
