| First topic message reminder :--Chance-- His head was high, his eyes were closed, and each step was taken in sheer confidence. The grass around him reached higher than he stood, but the path he followed made sure he had an easy walk. His loud mouth could be heard for practical miles with how little he cared about being silent, "I promise you Em, you're gonna LOVE it here! It's WAAAAAY better than the library. It wasn't even that hard to get to."The zorua opened his eyes to the world ahead of him, a few rolling hills in the distance caught his eye. A single tree stood upon it, but it looked as if the plant fell long ago. It was such a simple piece of nature, but the prospect of investigating it excited him. With an excited wiggle of his body, he leapt forward and dash towards it. The wind in his fur felt absolutely amazing; This was so much different from boring ol' Grassveil and Shadowhue! He slowed briefly before he jumped up on top of the log of the elderly fallen tree. He looked on at the expansive flat lands before him as energy that rivaled the static charge that floated in the air around him coursed through his veins. Was this what his father felt like when he went into dungeons? Probably not considering he looked like an alcoholic deadbeat last time Chance saw him, but there had to be a reason why the glaceon became an explorer in the first place right? "Wooooow, Em come look at this!" he encouraged his sister. He waited to hear the sound of her paws scratching against the bark to hop up alongside him, but he heard nothing. "Em?" His stupidly wide grin faded into curiosity as he turned around to look at his sister for the first time in literal hours. There was no sister in sight. A concerned shout escaped his mouth briefly before he started to look around more fervently, "Em? Emmelyn? Emmy?" he called out for his sister in vain as he turned in circles. He half expected her to simply materialize behind him and ask him to stop shouting, but nothing came. "C'mon Em this isn't funny!" he shouted, his tone slightly offended that she dared to hide from him. He sprang towards one end of the log and peered into the inside of the hollow innards, effectively looking inside completely upside down. "Em?" She wasn't there. His heart sank. He lifted his head back up while his hind-legs failed to support him. He sat upon the log with lowered ears. "Where did you go?" he asked in a much quieter tone. Did...did she stay back at Grassveil? --Erebus-- Lost, hungry, and most of all desperate. He decided that it would have been fun to visit the one place that seemed friendly to electric types such as himself, but instead he simply became lost for days. The jolteon struggled to hunt in these parts, unable to familiarize himself with the prey and enact proper strategies on top of being unable to find any edible items to fill his stomach. Fortunately, however, he was given a stroke of luck. As he trudged miserably through the tall grass of the electric field, the shrill sound of someone yelling caught his attention. His bitten ear twitched before his head swiveled in the direction of the source. Yes...it was definitely somebody. Somebody small from the sounds of it. His stomach growled. It was time for the circle of life to continue its cycle. The electric type lowered his body to the ground and quickly-yet quietly skulked forwards. His yellow color blended in with the golden grass that rose out of the ground higher than he stood. He headed towards the sound of the voice, up a hill and closer until he came across a small clearing at the top of the hill that held the log and stump of a fallen tree. He could see the form of a small zorua at the top of the log who looked a little depressed about something. Erebus smirked, food. Easy food. Finally, he could get his stomach to leave him alone. He took a step forward, however, hesitated. He could run forth and pounce on the fox the old fashion way...or he could use his new abilities as a Jolteon to his advantage. He had not tried hunting with his powers, but it could not have possibly been any different from average combat. With how weak the zorua looked, he could not imagine it would take more than a single Thunder to deal with it. The Jolteon's body began to crackle with electricity as he steadily stepped out from the grass, his eyes focused on the dark type. He was behind the zorua, so it did not yet see him. There was no way it could smell him from there either. His plan was simple: get as close as he can to the Zorua. If the prey showed any sign of noticing him, then he could unleash the charge onto them and claim his dinner...

| Darcy's tail flickered softly as she watched the Zorua approach his father, and say something that was, all around, quite strange. How was she walking over anyone? All she wanted was for him to not use such... vulgar language. Was that so bad? Why did Chance have to make such a big deal about it, anyways? "I-I'm not trying to walk over anyone, a-and... W-What do you m-mean by... stop that...? " She asked, pawing at the ground. She wasn't about to leave... She couldn't. All of them were so weakened by this recent conflict that she wasn't sure it was safe for any of them to... Frick off.
Her eyes fell, suddenly feeling slightly unsteady. Was she bleeding again...? That'd be... annoying. Had her wound gotten infected? She didn't have the stomach to check... At least, not anymore... She just wanted to go home, but she wasn't sure what these two were doing, nor if it'd be ok if she continued to talk... Should she apologize...? Would he even want her to apologize? It was hard to get a read on anything that Senya wanted...
The Skitty stroked her sister's back with her tail, as she pondered over what to say. But the more she thought, the more distant she felt herself become. She was exhausted... Was there much harm in closing her eyes for a bit...? Well... Yes. There probably was, actually. She was probably bleeding again... Or maybe she'd been bleeding for a while before, and simply never noticed...?
"D-Darcy...?" She heard her younger sister ask, which finally prompted her to look down. Oh. It was open again. So... wouldn't it be a good idea to head home soon? Senya had done the same to himself, so it stood to reason that he'd probably be in a similar position soon, if he wasn't already...
~~
Alki felt herself trembling, still, and she was still seeing double. Her head still hurt like hell, and she could hardly keep herself steady on her own two feet. Of course, the craziest part was that she'd probably suffered the least out of everyone there... Leave it to her, huh? She'd gotten off easy, and she could still barely handle it. Par for the course when it came to her though... Why should she expect anything else from herself?
Her eyes hurt too. Wasn't that weird...? Alki's ears perked up as she began to pick up more and more sounds. A conversation between Chance and Sova, and she felt Darcy's tail stroking her back. She heard the wind move the blades of grass, the sound of the plants seeming unnaturally loud to her. Had grass always been that loud? As she turned to look at the pale greens, her eyes were instead captured by a streak of crimson on a backdrop of cream and pink.
"D-Darcy...?" She mumbled, eyes widening as she looked up at the Skitty. The sky behind her hurt to look at, but she didn't dare to look away, instead focusing her gaze on her sister's eyes. "Y-Y-You're b-bleeding again..."
The Skitty nodded, but didn't say much more. She only managed a small smile, that only served to worry the jigglypuff more than before. Alki felt her breathing begin to grow more and more intense as the thought of Darcy passing out -- or even worse, -- crept into her mind.
"G-Guys...?" Alki stammered out, taking a step towards the Zorua and Glaceon. She cleared her throat, and inflated herself slightly as she prepared to yell out. She couldn't be here any longer. None of them were alright. If someone attacked, she'd do her best to protect them, seeing as nobody else seemed quite alright enough to fight, and she could manage to throw the orb before things went too badly, but... she'd rather just leave.
"GUYS!" She yelled out, loudly. Otherwise, she wasn't sure she'd get their attention... "P-Please, l-let's just leave, s-s-she... D-Darcy, u-um, w-we all... we all n-need hospitals! A-A-And... I-If we stay, I'm not sure we could s-survive another fight, p-please..." She commented, her voice significantly louder than it usually was, but the stutter was ever-present. As she finished her comment, she backpedaled slightly. What right did she have to yell...? None. She'd done nothing but create this whole situation... But... She had to speak up! Because she wasn't sure Darcy was willing...
Alki reached into her bag to grab a reviver seed, the urge to cry rearing it's head once more, which she attempted to push back down. She handed it to Darcy. Would it help...? She wasn't sure. She had no clue how seeds worked. Or berries. And she'd had Darcy explain how orbs worked, but she didn't think those would be of any use... She just wanted Darcy to be ok! She just wanted to do something for her... Something good. Was that too much to ask...?

| The father was upset. Despite what he said, Senva had seemingly no intention of stepping up to defend himself from the commands of this pointless cat. He was told to do that thing again. The bad word. The one he'd get in trouble for using. His disappointment was immeasurable and his day was ruined. The zorua was quick to give a curt response of, "No."
"What do you m-mean by... stop that...?" the pointless cat requested. He glanced over to the pink and cream kitten for a moment, glancing at her down and up as he assessed her-ever so critically and judgmentally. He thought about just ignoring her, but decided that perhaps father didn't quite understand what he was on about either. He looked to the bleeding pile of ice before he spoke, as if he spoke directly to Senva rather than answer the skitty. There was a moment of silence as he contemplated what he was about to say. He mulled it over for another good second or two before he decided to answer.
"Stop being a little bitch-" were his controversial yet brave words, spoken so casually as if there weren't some underlying issue with what he just said.
"GUYS!" the jigglypuff nearly censored his profanity with her interjection. The way the jigglypuff tripped and stuttered over her own words annoyed him. It was counterproductive to what she wanted. What should have taken her a few seconds to say suddenly felt like whole minutes. He breathed a sigh of relief when she finally finished...and promptly chose to ignore everything she said to focus his attention back on Senva. He felt that at the very least, he and Senva weren't going to die even without real proper medical attention...so he wasn't too concerned with what the kiddy-squad had to say about the matter.
