» Personality: Ignavus is, as his name implies, extremely lazy, a complete underachiever in every way with absolutely no desire to put effort into anything. He finds it to be too much effort to really do anything at all, and prefers to just lay back and either sleep or cloud gaze. He has a tendency to view things that require physical strain or effort on his part as being not worth the trouble to bother with, and is easily irritated when asked to do something by anyone, even if the person asking him to do something is someone he likes.

Even the mere idea of holding a conversation tires him out, and he often prefers being on his own over hanging out with anyone. He can be very abrasive at times if someone is getting on his nerves, which is actually very easy to do, and is generally uncaring of what anyone thinks about him or his habits. He especially dislikes people who happen to be loud, or talk a lot, and such a person is torture for him to converse with.

Although a lazy person by nature, part of the reason he tends to be so lazy and strives to be so mediocre is due to his crushing, depressing belief that he'll never be able to live up to the reputations of his family and their rescue team. While his parents and their Rescue Team aren't world-famous or anything like that, they are well-known celebrities in their home land, which gave them a celebrity status where they lived.

Due to their fame in their home land, he has massive insecurities about his ability, or lack-there-of, of being able to live up to their expectations, and the expectations others might have of him just because of who his parents are. As a result of these insecurities, combined with his own laziness, he doesn't even want to put in the effort or hard work he would need to live up to them or surpass them because in his mind, he will never be able to do so.

Despite this, though, he is not super stubborn and will not just give up or outright refuse to do something if someone pushes hard enough. When it's time to get serious, he can be very forceful and determined. He can be influenced by his guilt at times depending on the circumstances, and will help those in need if asked. He also isn't one to just give up and quit if he's doing something. If he's currently doing something, he will see the task through to the end.

While lazy and unmotivated for the most part, he's also not a coward, he won't abandon people just because he's stuck in the middle of a scary situation with someone else. He has a hardness to carry things on until a task is done, and he doesn't care what hurdles he has to jump through. He may be lazy, but he is not a quitter.

» Likes:

Sleeping - Ignavus loves to laze about, and it appears as if he's eternally sleepy, because he's someone who can sleep for days in a row and still be sleepy when he wakes up. It's his hobby.

Cloud Watching - Ignavus is often jealous of clouds, since they have no responsibilities or anything and just kinda float through the sky.

Silence - Ignavus is a quiet person by nature, and silence is something that he likes, especially considering that it allows him to go to sleep easier.

Being Alone - Ignavus is very much a loner, and he tends to be more at ease when he's by himself over when he's conversing with someone.

Nature - Ignavus likes nature, forests, grassy plains, the various Pokemon going about their business enjoying themselves. Nature helps him relax.

» Dislikes:

Loud People - While anyone can annoy him, loud people tend to especially get on his nerves since they hurt his ears and give him a headache.

Talking - Since Ignavus is a quiet person by nature, one who tends to be by himself, he's not especially keen on talking to anybody.

Physical Exertion - Ignavus is lazy to his core, he can't stand the thought of doing any kind of work and exerting himself.

» History: Ignavus is the son of Aaron the Torterra and Daleen the Sceptile, a pair of explorers who are famous in their home land. While not a world famous, world-renowned rescue team, they do hold a celebrity status where they come from, their all Grass-Type team Team Wildgrowth pulling off some daring explorations and rescues during their time.

Growing up, Ignavus was surrounded by people who had high expectations of him due to who his parents were, and under the tutelage of his parents as well, and being surrounded by the praise for his parents and such left him with massive insecurities in regards to his own inability to come out from under the very heavy, oppressive shadows of his parents. This left him with a severe lack of motivation and a desire to be underachieving and mediocre, only doing the bare minimum of any task that he was given by his parents.

This inherent laziness and lack of motivation left his parents very disappointed in him, who did everything they could to motivate him, all with no success. They weren't aware that part of their son's lack of motivation came from how he was always reminded of how amazing they were in their days of being part of a Rescue Team, and as such didn't even try to live up to any of their expectations.

Eventually, they got fed up with their son's lazy and unmotivated ways, and kicked him out of their home in some last ditch effort to give him some motivation, which just lead to him wandering around from place to place, just skating along and surviving with no real goal in mind.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) NAME : The name should not contain anything but their name. Any elaboration on the name should be placed in the "Other" section.

2.) HISTORY : Your character's history details two parents that are famous explorers, repeatedly implying that they are known by many, practically world-famous. Additionally, these explorers are being portrayed as if they were virtually gods with unreasonable feats (such as going to dangerous areas in which they're a disadvantage and not only making it through successfully, but coming out practically unscathed every time). These parents having such fame inherently gives your character a form of fame in and of itself.

In short, you are creating a "Special Snowflake" through their parents. Their strength and fame need to be toned down. There's no actual reason to have his parents be so absurdly powerful and successful other than to make him look special.

3.) PERSONALITY : As with the above issue regarding your character's history, there is a detail about coming from a famous rescue team. This needs to be toned down if you wish to include mention of any rescue team.

4.) ABILITY : The feat for Overgrow needs to be slightly reworded. Your basic definition is accurate, but the wording implies that it can be any form of stress when it should only be physical stress (exhaustion/injury) that activates the ability.
