Guild System Update

The guild system is having it's ranks system changed!

This new update will give teams a nice boost to their ranks through the reduction to the requirements for each of the ranks.

To put this to detail, the system has become more linear in progression, which makes acquiring the master rank possible!

Sova has spent his valuable time working on the math behind this update. After being given the option to completely destroy the current system and rebuild the ranks back up.

Immediate Questions / Answers

Are missions being recounted?

The answer is yes, your mission points will automatically be recalculated.

Does that mean we will lose our current Exploration points?

No, it does not. We are taking measures to allow you to keep the existing points.

So we can only gain ranks from this?

Just one question: What is this so-called Guild Graduation Exam? I know the name must be self-explanatory, but I'm not very familiar with the concept in the games either.

The Graduation Exam is an event in the Explorer games where the player must bring back the treasure of Mystifying Forest to graduate from the Wigglytuff Guild. I have no clue what the exam here is like though.

No one's ever really taken the site's guild graduation exam, so it isn't exactly well-defined, but the gist is that it's just some form of "exam" with the title of being a full-fledged, independent team as a reward. I presume the goal of the exam would vary between teams and attempts, and it would likely have an admin overseeing it. I don't know of any real benefits to "graduating" outside of plot, though.
