In the depths of the Black Spear Mountain Range lays the territory of the Blacktooth kingdom. Those lands are both owned and controlled by a monarch who vow to treat their subjects respectfully and defend them in their times of need. Currently, its small stature looks rather underwhelming. While some have chosen to follow the queen, not much progress has been made in actually building a settlement. Tents, campfires, and dens made from the earth around them serve as just enough to call this place home.

The monarch can't build their fortress on their own, so they look to their community for assistance. In return of rewards and a place to live in peace, pokemon may join them in their goals of molding the land around them into a great village with perhaps even a fortified castle to defend them with. It is encouraged for the subjects to better themselves and become strong, so that they may defend themselves and others when times of crisis come.

Whether you're a knight, a chef, a builder, or even a mere jester, your work in this kingdom is valued while your time is compensated.

• All characters are required to have some sort of occupation. Slackers will be booted. You can come up with your own set-up, the only requirement is that it benefits the kingdom. The organization is morally gray. While morally correct occupations are encouraged, some shifty practices may be accepted-but straight up murdering pokemon in the name of the queen is a no-go.
  
  
• Past crimes will be disregarded so long as the character shows a desire to reform. Characters will be granted shelter from both authorities and explorers while within the walls of the kingdom, so long as they prove themselves worth the trouble they may bring. This does not save them from being apprehended in territories outside of the kingdom should they step outside, but bail will be payed if they are worth the penny.
  
  
• Characters may leave the kingdom whenever they wish so long as the monarch are notified of their departure. Failure to abide by this in-character rule will result in your character being wanted within the kingdom and certain characters may be obligated to apprehend your’s. Depending on relationships, there may need to be a discussion on how your character leaves without things you may not approve of happening.
  
  
• Your character may be in other organizations, however, it is expected that your loyalties remain with Blacktooth and you do not cause the kingdom any grief.
  
  
• You are not required to live in Black Spear Mountain Range to be in the kingdom, however, doing so improves your favor; see nepotism board.
  
  
• Be aware that this IO is run by a monarch, nepotism is imminent, abuse of “power” by the monarch may occur, and attitudes of superiority between characters may occur but this is to be strictly kept entirely IC.
  

Community Builds - Man, this kingdom isn't really looking like a kingdom. How about we fix that? In order to improve the in-character setting and even provide characters with housing, tasks will need to be completed. These tasks vary greatly depending on what's needed and some may require more effort than others to complete. Instead of simply claiming a task all by yourself, however, it's open for anyone to contribute to.

Your time will be rewarded. Each one has a monetary reward reward that is split up between the participants based on the amount they contributed. So if Little Timmy only submitted 1 twig out of the 10 needed for the 1000 poke reward, he's only going to get 100 poke while Carl, who submitted the other 9, is going to get 900. Leftover poke, should there be any, will be distributed to whoever has the highest favor on the nepotism board.
Note: be aware that completing multiple tasks at once faster than the organization can compensate will result in a queue being created. Your payment will be issued as soon as the organization can afford it.

Note II: The organization's IO Budget is currently awaiting approval, so until it is then this feature is unavailable.

Nepotism - No matter where you go, you're going to get better treatment if you suck up to the big bosses. Blacktooth is no different. There exists a leader board out of character that showcases the rank of characters based on the favor they have of the royalty. Favor doesn't actually do anything out of character, but in-character it can affect how you're treated by other members and assists in telling how good of a life your character is leading within the kingdom. The higher you are, the better your lifestyle.

VIP members have it the best. Their houses are luxurious and they have little to no trouble in their daily lives within the kingdom. VIP are considered hard-working contributors by the royalty and usually end up prioritized in their needs. In order to get VIP status, you can either thread with the royalty and directly earn their blessing or work for it by gaining favor the hard way.

Gaining favor can be done by:

• Submitting items found on the site for free.
  
  
• Completing work from the community builds. (doing the tasks for free multiplies the favor earned by 2)
  
  
• A small amount is earned each month you spend with your home dungeon placed in Black Spear Mountain Range.
  
  
• Perform acts and deeds in the name of the kingdom. This includes feats such as defeating a powerful opponent, defending the border from intruders, helping someone from the kingdom, and whatever else you may think of. Get creative! Just know that this method has points awarded arbitrarily. Each character might get a different amount of points based on many things or even how the king or queen is feeling at the time.  Just know that one royal might like certain actions more than the other.
  

Once you've earned favor, you need to upkeep and maintain your reputation to remain a VIP. Your score degrades at a pace of 5% for every month you don't add to it. The top 10% of members on the leaderboard are given VIP status, but falling out of it will result in losing it

Mini-Events - Small scale events and holidays may be hosted with prizes and rewards for people to claim for participating. These events can range from simple festivals to preperations for war against neighboring threats. How regular they are will depend on how often the resources can be gathered, seeing as we can't pluck things out of thin air-which means donations are appreciated just as much OOC as they are IC.
