Gotta get more supplies!

Today was going to good well, if she just believed that and keep facing forward, she can make it through her gathering trip that was about to transpire. Yesterday day had been a relaxing day, she spent the entirety of it lounging away on her lovely rock. Even this social bug needed her down time away from all the excitement of gossiping with her friends. But during her R and R session, the issue of not having any berries, apples, and other supplies on her being constantly nagged on her mind. The vixen realized that there was no getting out of this, so after that day spent relaxing was over, the beautiful fox will head out for Pecha Forest to gather her need supplies. If she had poke she would have a team do this for her, but alas, she had too little to make even a small request.

So the Vulpix got her old bag that her mother gave her, and started her trek to the small forest dungeon, food and items on her mind. Hopefully the encounters with enemy pokemon are few, she just couldn't take hurting others. As she found her way into the dungeon with little resistance, she quickly started her search, hoping for the best as she does so. Maybe I should have taken that offer to live in Grassveil, it would save her some trouble at least.

Az had her hands in her coat pockets and her hood down revealing her Ralts face, well the bottom half of it anyway. Azeral had decided to do some training and supply gathering alone without Joey for now, he was still sleeping, Lazy Pikachu. Azeral reached into her pocket and pulled out a small Oran berry, she quickly popped it into her mouth to restore some of the energy she had lost walking here, being small really sucked sometimes. In her rush she had forgotten her guild badge and wonder bag. She instead grabbed her old bag her mother made and while not able to hold much It'd due for what Az was going to do.

Az had considered just teleporting but last time she did that she scared someone who was also walking into the forest, not her best moment there but hey it was kinda funny in a way. "Guess I should save it for long distance travel." Az muttered out while walking.

The Vulpix sighed lightly, even though she may not have been her long, her search had started off bearing no fruit for her efforts. She knew not to expect instant gratification, so she didn't let the lack of items bother her I'm anyway, she knew how to be patient. The day was still young after all, she was sure to find the supplies she needs and wants. She just had to search carefully, instead of the half caring glancing around she was previously doing, she snorted. No wonder she didn't find anything.

As the pokemon continued her search, she took notice of another pokemon in the distance. She stopped walking and focused her attention on the small pokemon, trying to discern whether they where feral or not. Spying the odd cloth that the pokemon was wearing, she decided that it was most likely not a feral, many feral do not wear the cloth that civilized pokemon sometimes do.

Her current curiosity fading gave room for a new one, she wanted to know this pokemon. Perhaps they will prove you be a useful and productive new acquaintance, of not that, then at least a new being to talk too. This decided, the Fox pokemon started towards the new pokemon with a confident and graceful stride, taking her precious time, no need to rush.

Az heard footsteps coming towards her, she didn't know if she just hadn't noticed someone around her before, or she was so lost in her own thought that she didn't notice. Training and normal exploitation gave her a slight affinity for hearing such noises, it was something you develop or just get sneak attacked all the time, either or she didn't think this Pokemon was a threat, glacing back it appeared to be a Vulpix, just as a precautionary tactic Az used her ability to copy the Pokemons ability seeing as they normally had flash fire on them. She was right because she felt the ability change to the other one.

Az stopped and turned around fully waiting for the Vulpix to come closer. Az waved a bit to show she was friendly despite being in a place where there wasn't much friendliness around. Az couldn't help but wonder who this Pokemon was. Az thought to herself for a moment then decided to just wait till the Vulpix actually talked. Placing her hands back in her pockets she waited.

It seems that she was correct in her deduction, the Ralts, as she identified, was a civilized pokemon. She let a warm smile grace her face, this was quite lucky for her, she has socialized nearly as much as she used too in these past weeks. Hopefully the ralts will prove to be decent conversation and maybe help her find the supplies she needs to gather. Yes that would be rather lucky.

She slowed to a stop in front of the pokemon, before looking them up and down with a intense, yet curious gaze. She has not seen many Ralts in her time, this will be the first time in awhile that she's managed to speak to one. Her calm brown eyes finally settled on the ralts face, even if she couldn't see their eyes, her gaze was focused to where the would be behind their fringe.

"Hello sweetie, what brings you to this dungeon, if you mind me asking?"

Az watched the Vulpix come over, she knew it was the pre evolution of her teacher but that was about all she knew. From the looks of it this Pokemon seemed to be civil which was a lucky break for Az. Azeral noticed the Pokemons eyes looking at Az up and down as if she hadn't seen a Ralts before, some Pokemon actually haven't so Az didn't say anything about this and waited for the possible conversation to commence.

"I'm here to train a bit and gather some items, can't ever have to much stuff." Az said with a small laugh at her own dumb joke. Az noticed this Vulpix was calling her sweetie, a trait Az had noticed with the older members of her group. Az mentally decided that maybe younger Pokemon called others that also.

The Vulpix chuckled lightly at the other pokemon's joke, she was a funny one for sure. She tilted her head to the side and closed her eyes, smiling just a little bit wider. The other pokemon was hunting for supplies, but like she was. If she asked the young pokemon maybe she would help her in her own search. Yes it will definitely be the faster and better option to doing it herself. She opened her eyes again, ready to let her smooth voice grace the air once again.

" Oh? Such a coincidence, I happened to be searching this dungeon for supplies as well. May I propose that we join our time and search this dungeon together? I do believe that it may benefit us both and cut search time by nearly half. What do you say sweetie?"

Az figured it was something like this, she could barely ever go to a dungeon without ever finding someone to go with, it was weird how that worked. "I would enjoy that, having two is better then just wandering a area alone." Az said before noticing another sweetie, it wasn't that it annoyed her Az just thought she was calling her sweetie because she didn't know her name "My name is Azeral, nice to meet you. Az said wondering if that would clear that up.

Az sat there looking at the Vulpix, just like any other Vulpix she assumed, though why would anything special be with her. There was that voice though it wasn't the type of voice that made Az calm. Her mothers cold demanding voice was the thing that made Az calm, as weird as that sounded.

The Vulpix grinned at the others response, of course this is the outcome, not many pokemon travel dungeons all by their lonesome. Though the lady has at some points, it never became any less stressful for the pacifist. She nodded to the Ralts when she gave her name. She gave a polite bow before introducing herself.

"I'm Lady Jasper, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Hopefully we will both find what we require by the end of our little trip." 

She turned slightly from the Ralts before starting at a reasonable pace, ready to start her search for supplies, hopefully the working of the two together will bear fruit. She couldn't stay her for too long, the kids waiting for her might worry. And she'd be damned if she let them get worried enough to come search for her in the dungeon. They could get hurt or worse. No, she will find her supplies before nightfall, she was sure of this.

She renewed her search with vigor.

"Nice to meet you Lady Jasper" Az said giving a similar bow, her mother always told her to do what others did when greeting one another. Except in cases where they did something inappropriate then Az was to apparently nod calmly and walk away, this didn't seem like something that needed that type of response though.

Az followed Lady at a similar pace, Az decided not to question the reason she needed the supplies. Az placed her hands in her coat pockets and followed keeping a eye out for anything that looked interesting such as a berry or a item.

The lady wasn't entirely sure if she made the right choice in checking near the tree. She had spotted something odd near the base of the tree, it had managed to catch her interest. So the Vulpix walked closer, curiosity in what could be hiding there over running the thought that it could actually be dangerous. She knew that she would be next to no good in battle, so she should have been more cautious.

What had greeted her at the base of the tree was actually not any item should would need, actually it wasn't an item at all. It was another pokemon that was all too happy to make her regret even moving over there. She gave a yelped as she back peddled out of the way of a swinging vine. In her rush to get out of the way, she backed straight into a small tree, disturbing it's sleeping resident.

The fire type quickly turned tail and ran to the Ralts, skidding to a halt just before her. The lady laughed nervously as she eyed the Tangela and Hoothoot, both ferals, as she feared. She knew by now that talking ferals out of attacking her was useless. So she'll have to stay back as far as she could.

"Ahaha... I seemed to have made a misjudgment. I didn't say this when I should, but I'm not fond of battle in all of its forms. I'm not a very good fighter, I'm fairly useless in combat."

She shook her head lightly.

" I must apologize for my incompetence. "

Az watched the events that unfolded that lead to two feral Pokemon coming after the two of them, two on one wouldn't be too bad. Actually It ended up being that bad seeing as the Pokemon next to her wasn't fond of fighting, nor did she seem capable of attacking another Pokemon. "Useless in combat?" Az questioned as the feral Pokemon came closer, Az didn't have time to question she had to fight these Pokemon herself. "You don't have to apologize, not wanting to hurt one another is a good quality to have." Az said with a small sigh, one she was slightly lacking if she was mad enough.

"Don't worry. I'm a guild member I can fight these Pokemon myself." Az said stepping in front of Lady. Az looked around and saw a small orb, If needed she'd use it but she was sure she could handle these Pokemon herself. Az held one of her hands out and built up a weak psychic force known as confusion, once the energy reached its max she would send the wave at the Tangela hoping to land a hit.

The vixen made sure to stay put of the way, she didn't want to be a burden in this type of situation. She hid behind a rock, letting her head peak over so she can still watch the battle. She hoped that the ralts didn't get too injured, she had no healing items of any kind to help with, no to mention she doesn't know if she could get the other pokemon to safety if worst comes to worst.

She sighed, If only I could be of a little more use...

The two ferals split apart fast, the hoothoot taking to the skies while the confusion attack would hit the grass pokemon dead on. The Tangela shook itself off before extending four of its vines and digging them into the earth, so it can recover from the damage received. The bird pokemon circled around in the air, before honing in on the ralts in an attempt to tackle the psychic fairy pokemon.

Azeral lowered her arm deciding to not aim at the Tangela anymore, her focus was now of the hoothoot. Az looked up but couldn't see the Pokemon in the air, she instinctively looked back to see the flying type diving right at her. Azeral glowed for a moment then vanished from her original location and was now airborne, she had used teleport to get out of the attack path. Building up another confusion attack she threw it at her original location hoping to hit the Hoothoot that wanted to attack her, not checking to see if she hit it or not she grabbed a branch near her location and pulled herself up.

Azeral pointed her arm at the Tangela sitting doing nothing but gaining energy, her eyes watched it charging another attack at him, she fired the confusion attack at the Tangela since it couldn't move she figured she'd hit her mark.

The confusion attack was able to hit the flying target, but only caught the bird's left wing. However it was a perfect way to get the hoothoot to the ground, its injured wing not allowing it easy flight. The second was a perfect hit against the Tangela, the pokemon could do nothing but take it full on due to its ingrain. On the other side, it's ingrain was quick to give it the healing it needed from the psychic type's attack.

The Hoothoot was quick to get it's bearings, launching itself with a flap of wings at the ralts with another attempt at tackling. While this was happening, the Vulpix started sneaking her way to the items she noticed in the grass. She had her sights set on the seed and orb, hopefully it could let her be of some use if things got bad.
She had faith that the ralts wouldn't need any help, but you can never be to careful. Anything could happen.
