The Duo Unites

Ramira turned to Deimos and grinned. Wide. They were actually making a team in the guild! The Zorua almost ran up the steps, but stopped herself and walked quickly instead. She stood, waiting for Deimos, and opened the doors. The first floor seemed to be bare, but the second floor below that was buzzing with activity. Teams running here, there, everywhere, it seemed. The dark type watched with amazement. "So this is what the guild is really like......" Ramira whispered. The place seemed.... friendly, warm, and welcoming. Just the kind of thing that the Zorua loved at the best of times.

Deimos had been quietly following Ramira up until now... Originally he hadn't thought much about the idea of forming a team but on the way here, he most certainly had taken the time. Deimos understood this was no trivial matter, he knew he had to take this seriously... Most people would know to do so admittedly. He took note of how the Guild was like... At best it seemed relatively welcoming, there had been nothing that struck Deimos as he wouldn't like it here, apart from the amount of noise that is.

"It's noisy... But manageable... We probably should remain focused on why we're here, no need to waste time" Deimos spoke, wanting to get this done sooner than latter, who could blame him for that?

Ramira nodded. "Sure thing. I believe Serena told me the guildmaster's quarters were.... Oh! There they are!" The Zorua smiled, and trotted over to the door, knocking on it. The dark type felt so excited she almost started bouncing up and down like her friend Blaze did when she was excited. All that was going through Ramira's head at the moment was, 'Ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh I'm really doing it ohmygosh,' and it kept repeating over, and over, and over. Finally, it stopped. The Zorua waited patiently, Deimos nearby.

Guildmaster Faye the Meganium was just reading one of her favourite books as she heard a knock upon the door. With a smile on her face the Grass type sighed, putting a bookmark between the pages before walking up to the door, using her vines to open it.
On the other side an Zorua and an Absol were to be seen.
"Heya, dearies. My name is Faye. How may I help you?", the Meganium asked.
What would it be? Would these Pokémon like to post a mission on the guild's boards or were they interested in its history maybe? As the guildmaster one certainly had a lot of responsibilities.

Deimos once again had turned silent as Ramira had walked to and knocked on the door to the Guild Masters's chamber... Hopefully the Guild Master wouldn't be a pain to deal with. He watched as a Meganium opened the door utilising Vines... This was the Guild Master? It sort of made sense, a Grass Type being in charge of a guild with Grass in the very name. He merely listened as the Pokemon spoke, taking note of it's manner of speech and tone... It seemed nice enough. Deimos merely glanced to Ramira and nodded, as if he wanted her to be the one doing the speaking... Deimos truly didn't want to mess this up somehow, it had been her idea after all.

"Hullo! We'd like to form a team please." Ramira smiled. She didn't want to seem impolite, because that would set a bad reputation for her here at the guild. Then what would she do? Shaking off the thought, the Zorua remained polite looking, staying in the same position while awaiting a response. She hoped it wouldn't take too long... 'Wait, why am I so impatient again? Oh yeah! I want to have a team ASAP. That's why.' Ramira told herself, almost confusing a lot of her thoughts and mixing them up. That would've been bad...

As the Zorua's words reached Faye's ears, the guildmaster's eyes brightened instantly.
"A wonderful choice, dearies. If you could please step inside so we can get you signed up then? I promise it won't take too long. You should be able to take your first mission by tomorrow already if you want to.", the Meganium spoke as she stepped away from the door, giving the guild's two newest recruits a clear view of her quarters. The interior was nothing special, a large desk took up most of the room, the wall behind it covered with bookshelves. On another wall there was a rack, bags of various sizes hanging from it. There also were a few chairs and some other pieces of furniture, but nothing noteworthy. One striking feature however was the multitude of different exotic plants the room was filled with, all of them apparently in very good condition.

Deimos merely nodded along quietly to what Ramira had said... He didn't want to say something that could potentially screw things up, that would not help in the slightest. The Meganium has said for the two to head inside, revealing the inside of her quarters as well. There wasn't anything massively of note apart from the numerous exotic plants, although in a way it made sense considering the name of the Guild. Deimos glanced to Ramira, thinking of what to say without running the risk of messing things up.

"Ladies first" Deimos spoke, smiling faintly towards Ramira as he did so... It was the most appropriate thing to do after all.

"Thank you~," Ramira said kindly. She stepped into the room with a smile on her face. This was definitely very exciting, and it wasn't hard to be polite. It was actually pretty easy now, because she was getting Faye's kinder and more polite vibe rubbed off on her. The Zorua walked over to the desk Faye was seated at, and sat in one of the vacant chairs, all the while still smiling, her eyes twinkling. Ramira looked at Deimos gleefully, happy to be forming a team at this very moment. It was the best moment in the dark type's entire life. She smiled at Deimos a second time. It was beginning to get difficult to control her excitement while this was happening.

Slowly walking behind the desk in the middle of the room after closing the door behind her, the guildmaster retrieved a rather large tome from one of the many bookshelves adorning the wall opposite from it.
As she opened it, a shine filled her eyes, the memories of all the different members and teams once again going through her head.
"So, sweeties, first I would need your name."

In silence Deimos walked inside the room, heading over towards the seats just like Ramira had done while maintaining a calm expression on the outside where as he was quite happy behind this. Deimos took a seat and waited, watching as the Meganium took out a large book. He quietly listened as she inquired to a name... Did she mean the name of the team or our individual names? He decided to play it safe and state the latter. "If you are referring to our individual names... I'm Deimos" The absol stated, speaking as calmly as he could in order to avoid any errors in speech.

"I'm Ramira." Ramira stated, taking the same path as Deimos. "As for a team name... I think Eternal Darkness might fit." She added. It was almost hard to get the words out, just because of her excitement. It kept building, building, and building, until she felt like she could explode with happiness. Ramira smiled again. It was hard not to. The Zorua shifted in her seat a little, and tried to calm herself down. but it felt impossible. The dark type scanned the tome briefly, and turned her attention back to Faye.

"Very well then, dearies.", Faye responded, taking note of the Pokémons' names.
"Now then, as you have deduced correctly, dearie, you still have a question left to answer. This one usually takes quite a bit of time to answer, so please feel free to take all the time you need."
The guildmaster was already trying to think of how long it would probably take for these two Pokémon to come to an agreement over their answer to the question.
"The question in question is: How shall your team be named?"

Deimos merely remained silent until the two had finished speaking, interrupting them would be quite impolite after all. He found himself nodding at her suggestion for the name of the team, it made perfect sense and if it was what she wanted, he wouldn't deny it. "I have no problem with the name Ramira alreadysuggested Deimos spoke, his tone remaining calm and composed as he did so.

Ramira smiled. "Eternal Darkness it is, then." She said. In all honesty, the Zorua was glad that Deimos agreed that it fit. They were both dark types, and always would be, after all. The dark type shifted in her seat again, the excitement flooding back. 'I feel so excited that I could explode right now...' Ramira thought with a grin. She watched the Meganium carefully, seeing her write down all the information necessary for signing up at the guild. The Zorua's eyes then scanned the room once, going back to what she should be paying attention to.
