| Yokina sighed with relief. The town seemed to be bustling with activity, and she just wanted to be alone. Shadowhue was the perfect place for just that, apart from possibly being assaulted by feral Pokemon. The Eevee walked over to a nearby tree and sat down, leaning against the secure trunk. 'This is the most relaxation I've ever had in my life.... my siblings used to never leave me alone.' The normal type thought to herself. She was glad she had her own house, and her siblings didn't live with her now. After all, it was similar to living with your parents as an adult. Nobody really liked that unless they were attached to their parents. Yokina leaned into the tree a little more, causing her to slide a little ways down the trunk. | |

| After his recent escapades in the painfully livid and bright Fallen Leaf Copse the Gengar had fled himself into one of the areas he knew to be dark, the way a forest should be. His eyes still were red from all the time spent in that hellish place. Okay, his eyes were always red, but William was sure that they were extra red for that reason right now. He wasn't even heading in any specific direction while exploring, just floating around randomly between the trees. And if any Pokémon would be foolish enough to attack him, then he would simply be able to float away. Indeed, this place was much preferrable to the Copse. How Pokémon could voluntarily live there he would never understand. Then again he himself went there a few times. Voluntarily... | |

| Yokina was about to nestle further into the tree so she could rest, but saw a Gengar floating among the trees and yelped. Quickly, she snatched up her bag and hid behind the tree she had been leaning against. She felt terrified. The Eevee quivered as she pulled out her Thunder Stone. It seemed less glowy in the darkness of Shadowhue forest, but she didn't care. It felt comforting to be holding it and just staring into it's electrical patterns for hours. Yokina knew she could use this to evolve, but she felt that now wasn't the time, unless she accidentally dropped it, and then stepped on it when she tried picking it up. | |

| Not having noticed the Eevee, partially because he wasn't really paying attention anyway, the Ghost type kept on floating between the dark trunks of Shadowhue Forest's trees. He was here to relax and calm down, so why should he focus on finding other Pokémon? Any Pokémon trying to attack him could be levitated away from and any other Pokémon wasn't worth concerning oneself with. William doubted there would be many Pokémon foolish enough to attack a fully-evolved Ghost type in the first place, but with feral Pokémon you never knew. They seemed to have lost most of their survival instinct to whatever made them the way they were now. What kind of force had such power over Pokémon's minds? | |

| Yokina calmed down and crept out from behind the tree. She relaxed as she saw that it was a Gengar, a member of the guild. The Eevee could tell because there was a guild badge on him, shining in the little sunlight that there was in Shadowhue. The normal type worked up the courage to talk to him. "Uhm... Hullo." She said loud enough so he could actually hear her. Yokina hoped he would pay attention to her and respond. The normal type thought it would be rude if he didn't. Silently, she stuck the Thunder Stone back into her bag, where 20 gummis lay casually. 'I wonder what I'm going to do with all these gummis....' Yokina thought with wonder. | |

| The Gengar flinched a little in surprise upon hearing the Eevee's words. He had expected an attack or something of the sort but definitely not being talked to. Turning around he then saw the nervous-looking Normal type on the ground. A Normal type was good. Those rarely possessed any moves capable of doing serious damage to him. And even if it knew Bite William could just levitate out of reach and use Focus Blast to fight back. "Uh, yes? What is it?" he asked. Why would anyone voluntarily speak with him? Back when he was younger Pokémon fled from him in terror when he was in a village. And now they talked to him even in a dungeon? Had things really changed that much? | |
