Each Story's Beginning

Lina gazed at the great cave mouth gaping out at her. Sandstone Cave was the first stop she would make on her journey to Grassveil Town, and she was excited to begin her long awaited Journey.
She'd already bidden her parents farewell, both of whom had given her the best of luck, even if there were a few tears involved.
Lina shook her head. If she started getting homesick now...
"No. No!" Lina told herself. "I've got a journey to go on if I'm ever going to make it to Grassveil and join an Exploration Team."
With that she stepped into the cool shadows of the cave, relishing the immediate change in temperature. Even Fire-Types could get a little hot sometimes, too.
'And that was the beginning of Lina's story to adventure.' Lina narrated to herself in her head wishfully. How surprised she would have been at learning just how true that was.

Nike had been traveling for a while now. He wasn't quite sure what he was looking for. A sense of excitement maybe? The downside was he had no idea where he was and if he even knew how to get back. As he went on, the heat made him feel hotter, and hotter. "When will this heat end!" He called out into the sky. Soon enough, he could see a cave in the horizon. The cave was foreign to him, and he wasn't sure what was in it.
After a long walk he finally reached the cave. The Absol has been panting, his mouth felt like sand paper, and Nike believed he could fill a river. As he stepped into the shadows, he breathed a sigh of relief. "Finally!" He said to himself and the sound echoed in the cave.

Roxas walked through the desert with a sombrero on-top his head (That he picked up from the side of the rode. He was panting and sweating from the heat. He then noticed a cave with a Absol near it Roxas walked over to the absolute and said to him/her (he hasn't meet the Absolute yet so yeah) " Excuse me do you know where a oasis or something with water is at and if not could we at least band together to fight possible engines that attack us cause I'm not to strong." Roxas continued panting softly as he listened for the Absols reply

"Finally!" a voice exclaimed behind Lina. She froze.
'A... Another Pokémon?' she asked herself silently. 'Could it be a feral one?'
Lina was about to spin around and challenge it when she realized: Feral Pokémon can't talk. Or... at least, not to Pokémon like her.
Lina facepalmed herself.
It was just then another voice appeared.
"Excuse me," the voice said. "do you know where an oasis is, or something with with water is at, and if not could we at least band together to fight possible enemies that attack us, because I'm not too strong."
Although the comment wasn't directed towards her, Lina couldn't help but speak.
Finally turning around, she-
"Wait, IS THAT AN OSHOWATT?!" Lina exclaimed, making a double take at the water-type Pokémon. "This is the middle of a desert!"

Nike walked through the cave, hoping to find some food that has been dropped. As he went forward, the Absol heard a faint voice. He began to move in the direction, not sure if he should be doing this. The Absol began to hit his blade against rock to cause echoes through the cave. 'Hopefully someone will find me' The Disaster Pokemon thought. Eventually the ground became damp, but not wet enough to form puddles. Quickly his mood changed and he walked a faster walk. Nike had been thirsty, almost to the point of hallucination he thought. "Please let there be water!"

Roxas (who was on Nikes back) saw the Absol running around which utterly confused him. Do as then saw a growl itch who he walked to and said " Hi my name is Roxas and you are?"

Lina was, at first, too shocked to answer, but she was knocked out of her shock by the loud clashes of something hard hitting stone. Glancing about her, Lina saw an Absol walking away with increasing speed.
Something caused her to call out to him.
"Where are you going?"
Lina was about to pursue the Absol, when she realized the Oshowatt she'd been gawking at earlier was actually speaking to her. Bringing her attention back to Roxas, Lina replied to the water-type's friendly introduction.
"My name is Lina," she said matter-of-factly. "It is nice to meet you, Roxas." Lina pondered a moment on the Oshowatt's name. It was very unique, something she knew she wouldn't hear every day.
"I like your name," Lina commented.

"My name is Nike, it means victory." He said before hitting his blade with force on the rock. The echo was the loudest and he hoped it didn't attract company. The Absol looked down at the explorer bag dangling from his neck. He thought some information would be on it, but he wanted to get to the water.
Eventually he saw the pokemon ahead. Nike jumped behind a boulder hoping the pokemon was friendly.
(Roxas is with Nike not Lina)

Lina heard what she guessed was the Absol clashing against the rock again, and she couldn't help but wonder why it did that. But before she could speak out to the Absol, something moving at the edge of her vision caught her attention.
Gazing into the depths of the shadowy cave where there wasn't as much light, Lina tried to discern what it was she'd just seen.
"Uh... Roxas? I think we have company..."

This dice is not existing.

Nike had seen some shadow up ahead, and he wasn't too sure on what it was. The Absol felt a gut feeling in his mind, like something was wrong. He just stood in silence, not sure what to do.

OOC: Sorry about posting irregularly, I will correct this problem immediaely.
Also, Dragon, I thought he was with me, because his post said:
"Do as then saw a Growlithe whom he walked to and said, 'Hi my name is Roxas, and you are?'
This is why I thought he was addressing me, because he'd walked right up to me. Not, to try to be rude or anything, but I'm pretty sure that's what was meant.
Okay, back to roleplaying.

Lina continued gazing at the shadows, and finally a shape manifested itself from the eerie dakness.
A Zubat came flying haphazardly towards Lina and Roxas, most likely disturbed by the talking and loud clashes. Catching sight of Lina first, it homed in on her. Screeching at her, the Zubat used Astonish, not dealing much damage but definitely throwing Lina off and forcing her to flinch.

(Sorry I'm very busy in other places but Roxas to the rescue)
Roxas then jumped and smacked the Zubst with his scalchop grabbed Lina and booked ass and ran until he got away from them where he sat down and started catching his breath

"HEY!" Lina exclaimed as Roxas grabbed her and ran.
Lina, who at first wanted to fight, relented, allowing the Oshowatt to pull her away from what would have been her first battle on her quest to Grassveil. Lina grumbled to herself, saying something about how a Zubat wasn't good enough for a first battle anyway.
"Well," Lina spoke while gasping for air once they had stopped. "I guess that was pretty brave of you."
"And when you smacked that Zubat with your shell, that was pretty funny!" Lina started to smile, a small giggle escaping her lips.
"So, why are you here in Sandstone Cave, Roxas? You headed anywhere in particular? I can't imagine an Oshowatt like you just decided to take a vacation here." Lina was once again smiling and being overall friendly, speaking with pure curiosity.

"I never really came as a vacation I just happen to venture thru hear I really have been going where the ride takes me" Roxas replied to Lina happily.

"Alright, well where are you headed? I'm going to Grassveil myself."
Lina took a look around.
"Hey," she said aloud. "There was an Absol around here... Absol aren't usually found in Sandstone Cave... What do you think he was doing?"
Lina kept glancing around, keeping her guard up in case the Zubat managed to find them again.
