| ((This thread is open to anyone for now!!)) It was a fairly nice day. Small, fluffy white clouds dotted the sky, with a blazing ball of light beaming its rays down on Grassveil Town. A little hot, but not enough to start panting. Pokemon are clustered here and there, chattering, gossiping, arguing. In the heart of the town is a young explorer named Felicity Torva. The Skitty pawed at her bow, just to make sure it was still there. Feli is just floating around town, wandering about like a Ghost Pokemon. Of course, Feli isn't like a ghost at all, considering she's a Normal type Pokemon. The feline Pokemon padded down the neatly paved streets of Grassveil Town. She lingered by the Springfall Dojo a bit, just to listen to the sounds of battle coming from inside, but she soon moved on. She smiled as she saw the Guild from a distance. She was part of that now, a part of the newly-formed Team Rome. Right at the moment, though, her team wasn't doing anything. So here the kitten is now, just floating about and around. | |

| ((Mind if I join? :3 if you don't mind I could just delete my post |D)) An Archen, less than a foot tall, wandered the streets of Grassviel. The lone member of Team Roark, wandering the streets. The tan bird with blue wings stayed close to the buildings, not wanting to travel in the midst of a crowd, if one had decided to suddenly form. The archen was terrified of crowds, too many pokemon were around, and all were usually bigger than the tiny archen. He found no missions on the board today, and it was a perfect day to take some time off. "Slacker" Flint's voice echoed in his mind. Acro ignored the voice, and decided to try and enjoy this day in Grassviel, he was nearly always in dungeons, maybe some relaxing time in a peaceful setting would be better for him! In this town he could relax and not worry about a pokemon attacking him or have some kind of malicious pokemon lurking around the corner. Pokemon in the town were good and civil pokemon, he should not need to worry. Acro began to relax, as he convinced himself that he was perfectly safe here. "Corward" Astrid's voice echoed... | |

| ((As I said, open for anyone! ^-^) I wonder when we'll go on a mission. Has to be soon. Maybe not, considering the team had just been formed. Ahh, but I want to go explore so badly! Maybe I could do it on my own. But what fun is that? Lost in her own thoughts, the Skitty didn't realize that she was meandering right into another Pokemon before it was too late.
"Wahh! O-Oh, I'm so sorry!" she cried after slamming into an Archen. Feli hadn't realized that she was walking so fast, and the impact was practically a tackle. Luckily, the feline Pokemon isn't very strong, so it probably didn't hurt much for the Archen. Flustered, the Skitty yelped, "Are you okay?! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you like that!"

| Acro had let loose a screech as he leaped into the air, the touch having been mistaken for a tackle attack. He landed and turned around, prepared to use any attack that would prove to be effective against whatever opponent it was. He stopped when he saw a flustered and apologizing skitty. The pokemon was rather cute, and seemed to not want trouble. Acro became flustered himself, "N-No it's o-okay. It's m-my fault, r-really!" He flapped his wings chaotically as he attempted to explain how he should have been the one to watch himself and how he should have not walked so slow. The archen hoped that the skitty was as nice as her first impression had left him to believe... | |

| "O-Oh! Once again, I'm really, really sorry!" Seeing that the Archen wasn't mad, though, and was instead apologizing profusely, Feli relaxed a little bit. "I guess I was just lost in my own thoughts..." Then, the Skitty noticed something in the grass. Thinking that the bird Pokemon had dropped it, she leaned over and picked it up. Once she saw it closer, though, she saw that it was an exploration badge of the Guild.
"Oh... You're in a team, too?" she asked, a touch quietly, as she pawed the badge back to the Archen. ((Just assuming that Acro has his exploration badge at the moment, if that's okay?))

| "Y-Yes, I-I-I-I'm Acro of T-Team Roark...the o-only member of Team Roark..." Acro admitted. He retrieved his badge with a "Thank you" and placed it back in his bag. He really was of Team Roark, one of the teams with the highest Exploration Points that had gone through three partners, one had left, one had disappeared in the middle of a mission, and one had died. The archen apologized a few more times before waiting for a response. Was the skitty going to engage in conversation or was it just going to turn around and walk off? | |

| "T-The only one? Wow..." The Skitty couldn't help but feel a touch of admiration. Feli wondered just how strong this Pokemon in front of her is. The kitten could go exploring by herself if she wanted to, but she thought it was more fun with someone to share it with. Perhaps this Archen, Acro, preferred solitary exploration, with nobody getting in the way. "I'm Felicity, but everyone calls me Feli. I'm in Team Rome, with three other members." Then, curiosity got the better of the feline.
"Err... I-If you don't mind me asking, what level are you?" she asked, her voice almost a mumble. Was it disrespectful to ask this to another Pokemon?

| "L-Level?" Acro knew nothing of these "Level"s that the feline spoke of. He assumed she meant an estimate of strength. He was not sure on this since he had nothing to base a low or high level off of. "Erm...I guess 10? 5? I'm not quite sure..." he spoke. Little did he know, was he was level 31. Though, the archen was ignorant towards this "level" system. He blinked in confusion, "Erm...Why?"
((Note: I don't consider levels really acknowledged by pokemon, just that if they get "Strong" they evolve. Though I think there is evidence of levels being in the anime such as when Ash's Pikachu fought a Cubone in the first series. Acro is just going to be ignorant about it.))

| "Uhh, j-just wondering, I guess." Feli wasn't too sure herself, as she thinks levels are a vague system of how strong one is. She does know, however, that she's around five. "Have you gone on a lot of missions?" Inwardly, Feli facepawed. What kind of stupid question was that, anyways? It sounded rather rude, too. | |

| "Y-Yes, I'm not sure how many, but my team is ranked White..." Acro did not mean to brag, he was just trying to piece together how many he had been on. Obviously it was more than five, but just how many pokemon had he helped? The talk of teams reminded him of the trio that had left him because of how weak he was. He pushed the thought out of his mind, surely he was getting stronger! He had to be, or else all those missions were for nothing! | |

| "Wow. That's cool!" Feli sensed that the conversation was starting to get Acro nervous, so she switched topics. "Umm, so, why are you here?" she asked. Then she realized how it sounded, and she hurriedly said, "N-Not in a bad way! Just... What are you doing before... I bumped into you?" Well, that sounded awkward. Feli inwardly facepawed, chiding herself for being so bad at carrying out conversations. | |

| (Whoop RP time! Hope you people don't mind lil' ol' me jumping in?)
Ahhh voices. Presumably, voices of pokemon. Perhaps explorers, wanderers, simple civilians or store owners. An array of possibilities by simply just listening in, but from the conversation? Explorers. New explorers, most likely. And how their little voices awkwardly stuttered in conversation and how they shuffled in spot, how the conversation was just irritatingly boring and need, ah, hm, a little lightening up, so to speak. For such idle small talk was irksome to a certain pokemon. Rather, it made them want to butt in and learn what they could. After all, this conversation could go anywhere, or nowhere. And that wasn't useful.
Slinking towards the skitty and the archen was a ghost pokemon. To be more precise, a spiritomb. Its body a collection of malformed, corrupt spirits, represented by the little purple wisps which formed its body. And that keystone which irritatingly bound it to this plane. Together. As one. It was most bothersome, that little rock keystone which held the little purple wisps together. And the spiritomb would have frowned with its little green mouth, if it were not for the fact that such obstacles could be overcome with patience. A game of patience, if one will. Its green eyes, like emerald flames which flared with a tingling sense of foreboding for many, stared at the two. And waited. Until finally:
"Noot a veery thriiiiiving coonversaation, is thisss?" she asked, slightly condescending in her tone. Female, from the main voice. Yet as she spoke, there seemed to be unusual, faint whispers of one hundred others just a millisecond behind, muttering those very words. There was a straining to her voice, syllables stretched beyond what needed to be. That emerald, jagged grin remained plastered on her face, only twitching occasionally when she hissed out her words. |

| "Well I came here to re-re-re-reyeYEYEYEEEE!" Acro had been in mid sentence when the strange purple and green creature approached. He had not noticed the pokemon created from corrupt spirits nor had he seen a pokemon of the liking. William was the only ghost type he had encountered, and he was still very ignorant towards the strange types. He suddenly found himself behind the skitty, shying away from the Spiritomb due to his cowardly nature he had still yet to grow out of. He was disgusted with himself for acting such a way though, and apologized before inching back out to the side of the skitty. | |

| Feli jumped about a few inches from the ground as she heard the soft hissing that sent chills up her spine. She wheeled around and stared at the Spiritomb's venomous-looking smile. The feline Pokemon gasped softly, her mind whirling like a tornado. The kitten could see wisps of spirits moving from within what was known as the Forbidden Pokemon. A black spiral swirled in one of those dangerous green eyes, almost hypnotizing her. Like a dead ghost from the past, hungry for living souls.
Just then, Feli realized that this Pokemon isn't a vengeful spirit, but a Spiritomb. The fearsome-looking Ghost Pokemon had just said something, but the young Skitty had been so terrified that she didn't realize what the Pokemon had said. "E-Excuse me?" Feli stuttered, quivering under the Pokemon's unblinking, hypnotizing stare. "I-I didn't q-quite c-catch what y-you said..." Now the Skitty was stuttering more than ever.

| The grin twitched upwards ever so slightly, spiraling green eyes rising, as in an eyebrow had been arched, at the sudden reaction from the archen. Ah, oh my, a rather loud voice it had, didn't it? Ko was ever so grateful she didn't have solid ears, as chances are they would have, well, fallen off from that uproar. The archen appeared to be a skittish type. Easily startled, perhaps by powerful opponents or loud noises. Weak and feeble, perhaps. New explorer which had not yet traveled the lands was a large possibility. Ah, but did he not state that they were of a high rank? Impossible.
And the skitty. A little less frightened by the fossil pokemon. A higher rank, possibly. Hardened slightly by adventure. Ah! But the stuttering was still there, was it not? These two were similar. Worked well together. It was honestly a surprise they were not in a team, considering their personalities. Or, at least, what she had heard of the two so far. The fact that she was that frightening, that intimidating, made a rush of glee and pride well up within this ghost-type pokemon. It was a thrill, being cowered under. Something to make note of for the future. Yes.
"Forgiiiiven... partially," she chuckled, her little purple wisps flicking and fading into the air from those words, as if some sort of an indication of the waving of a hand or paw, "Mmm... I saaiiid thisss converssation is raather... hm... dull. Smaaall talk. It doesss not make you remember the other, no? Whyy..." She hovered closer towards the archen and the skitty, the keystone slowly being dragged suit across the floor, "It isss almoost like you waant to be forgotteen, no? You sshall ceertainly get nowhere with thiss discussion. Hm. Interesssting~" |
