» Likes: This Omanyte is a fan of science, believing a logical approach to be the best. She values open-mindedness, since it leads to more opinions and ideas, that might further society. Silence and solitude are her friends, as they can help with working on ideas and perfecting plans. Revira also enjoys cooking, as it gives her the opportunity to combine creativity with logic.
» Dislikes: Crime and intolerance. Revira had never even believed, that things like crime were possible, so she despises criminals, having no sympathy for them. She also isn't too much of a fan of Pokémon, who stand in the way of science or cannot back up their arguments rationally.
Revira strongly dislikes obvious questions and statements, usually using sarcasm to counter them.
» Personality: Revira is a curious Pokémon, always trying to learn as much as possible. Due to this, she is very open-minded, but sometimes also a bit naive. Her main goal is to improve everything, so Revira often is critical and analytical, often failing to understand others' emotions when criticizing them. Even though she is trying to make the world peaceful, she isn't above using violence to help her reach that goal. While she usually is outgoing and friendly, when she's in a bad mood, she might turn shy and reclusive. The more annoyed she is, the more likely it will be for her to use sarcasm to point out, what is causing her annoyance.
» History: In a land before our time, there existed a grotto in a place, that would now be somewhere deep in Sandstone Cave. In those prehistorical times, the plants were growing high up into the skies, ancient Pokémon roamed the land and most technology was still unknown. It was an untouched world, free of pollution, free of rules and regulations. Everyone and everything was only thinking of their own survival and nothing mattered. As time passed, however, the entrance to the grotto disappeared, buried under the weight of the passing time and a thick layer of boulders and sand. Erosion and tectonic movements led to it being hidden away deep in the earth, not to be discovered again until much, much later. On the surface, time passed normally. Many things changed. The huge plants wilted. The giant prehistoric Pokémon died and rotted away into dust. New life sprouted, evolved and changed. Older species went extinct while new ones emerged. The first civilizations were founded, inventions were made and overall, the course of history went on. The world was shaped into what it is today by a variety of forces. Wars, separations, truces, reunions and times of peace all took their place in history. Meanwhile that grotto deep in the earth was untouched by the events outside. It had it's own history, involving many different things as well. The grotto forgot about the outside world and the outside world forgot about the grotto. However, in this grotto life didn't change. The prehistoric Pokémon, that were once trapped in this place never went extinct, allowing their species to survive. There, an utopian society was formed, governed by one representative of each of the resident species. They were wise Pokémon altogether and so it came, that there never once was a war, a famine or anything similar. The community the Pokémon had formed didn't know crime and neither hate. Everything was perfect.
And in that world, Revira was born, living a perfect life in a perfect society without a care in the world. Until the fateful days of the Mystery Dungeons. Earthquakes and other catastrophes were wreaking havoc on the grotto, tearing down the magnificent buildings and burying huge amounts of knowledge.
Yet, with all this happening, a new path opened up, the bright rays of possibilities illuminating that, which was once forgotten. The grotto had resurfaced again and an opening had appeared. Obviously intrigued, many ancient Pokémon decided to investigate the other world, including Revira.
Leaving her home behind, she set out to discover the secrets of this new world. But as she saw it, she was shocked. Pokémon were fighting against each other, doing bad things for no reason and there was a huge ball of fire in the sky! So after she had gotten at least a little bit familiar with the new world, Revira made the decision to improve this place. She would make it as wonderful as her home had been, one thing at a time. So it happened, that when she learned of “Rescue Teams”, she immediately decided to join one, helping those in need and making those, who do bad things nice again.
