A soft snore came from behind the middle of the three tall pillars of the huge building's skulls. Behind it lay a snoozing boy, his hair was as snow and he wore a blue light and open jacket with a black shirt and darker blue jeans. On his chest there was what seemed to be a name tag that was labeled, "Meister". The boy turned and his light snoring was silenced. He was still asleep, but noise from the stairs stirred him. He was a rather light sleeper, though it seemed to be a bit deeper which suggested that maybe he hadn't slept lately.
In his dreams, it was less peaceful than it seemed on the outside. He was plagued with nightmares, things trying to murder him, corpses grabbing at his ankles and dragging him into a sea of bodies. He wished he could wake himself up, he knew it was a dream but he just couldn't wake up!
He stirred again, kicking a can slightly from a drink he had been having earlier. The soda can rolled out into the open and down the steps, stopping at the girl's feet.
