| The Sakikusa Sanctuary is one of the top breeding facilities for Pokemon. Home to multiple domes that simulate a certain biome or habitat for different kinds of Pokemon, the Sakikusa Sanctuary (also known as the SKS) has multiples of almost every Pokemon for the resident breeders to train and raise. Scientists sometimes even visit to study Pokemon in their artificial habitat and are generally allowed in, though catching Pokemon usually requires special permission, so not every random trainer can come in and catch what they like. Along with serving as a natural habitat for most species of Pokemon, the SKS also functions as a sort of day care, where the breeders help raise other trainer's Pokemon. Sometimes younger trainers come to help have their rambunctious Pokemon become a bit more tame, and others just want their Pokemon to be raised to be stronger as they might not have the time and skill to do it themselves. These are just a few reasons why trainers might come to the sanctuary, and there have been many other cases of why people need their Pokemon looked after. - Rules:
- Follow all general roleplaying rules! (no god modding / power-playing / Mary Sues...)
- Pokemon can have unlimited moves and will learn new moves as they get stronger similar to the anime. Some moves can even be taught
- Most things can be controlled by you. If you want events to happen or want certain npcs, sure! If you want legendary Pokemon or canon characters, you'll probably want to ask me first!
- I'll tell you when you rank up. Most of the time its done by completing jobs like in the PMD games
-Please tell me when you take/complete a job. If you want to make one, just post or pm me it!
-You can have unlimited characters, as long as you can handle them all!
These rules will be added onto in time, so keep checking back!
- Jobs and Tasks:
Raising
The most common task for a breeder is to care for and raise Pokemon to be at their best. The most common jobs are grooming, feeding, bathing, among other things.
Breeding
Breeding is another big thing that breeders do. With proper care and preperation, Breeders can get a pair of Pokemon to lay eggs, and often the parents are carefully selected to produce offspring with the desired result (different appearance, certain traits, certain moves, ect)
Training
Along with general rasing, sometimes Pokemon breeders raise Pokemon to be good at battling, contests, or even other events such as Pokeathlons. These involve battling and training of Pokemon to help them become better at certain tasks and helping them learn new moves that can help them in battles.
These three tasks often go hand-in-hand, as often breeders will breed a Pokemon and then raise and train it to become strong.
Jobs
Sometimes trainers who don't have the knowledge and skills in raising Pokemon submit to the SKS jobs to help them breed, raise and/or train their Pokemon, often with a reward. These jobs range from teaching their Pokemon a certain move, to taming an unruly Pokemon, to breeding their Pokemon with another, though some people ask for more exotic tasks to be completed. Each job has a rank corresponding to one of the breeder ranks. You usually have to be the marked rank or higher to take the job, but if you are one rank lower you have to ask for permission to take the jib. If you are two ranks or more lower, you cannot take the job.
- The Ranks:
At the SKS, the Pokemon breeders have different ranks depending on their skills. A breeders rank tells them what they are and aren't allowed to do at the SKS.
C Rank
These are trainee breeders. The things they can do are pretty limited and often they are apprentices and assistants to higher ranked breeders. A few of features of the SKS are off limits to them and most stay in the smaller rooms or share a roommate in the SKS's housing area. They have to ask permission to catch Pokemon in the domes and take missions. There usually aren't very many C ranked Breeders, as most are B rank or higher. The C rank is only for breeders still learning the ropes.
B Rank
Most Breeders are B Rank. B Rank Breeders are your average breeder, though they get to use almost all of the resources the SKS has to offer. They still have to ask for permission to catch Pokemon, though as long as they are the correct rank they are free to take missions. They stay in averagely size rooms in the housing area and are sometimes tasked with helping out C Ranked breeders.
A Rank
A Ranked breeders are really skilled. There are much less A Rank breeders than Bs or Cs and usually mentor C Rankers along with helping out B Rankers occasionally. They do not need to ask for permission to catch Pokemon and take missions and have full access to all of the facilities at the sanctuary. They also get slight discounts on all purchases in the area and stay in large rooms.
S Rank
S Rank breeders are the elites. They have access to all facilities and their features and can be counted on to do things right. They are often the role models to the lower ranks and are often called upon to do official business and go to SKS meetings. They are usually the people you go to to get permission and are expected to give help when needed. Since there aren't very many of them, S Rankers get their own house to stay at and get large discounts and occasionally even free goodies. The S Rankers tend to know others of their rank best and work together to keep the SKS running smoothly and to plan events.

Mountain Dome
The Mountain Dome is the biggest and tallest dome of all. It has artificial mountains and even a volcano with real lava. The whole area is very rocky and contains many caves and strong Pokemon.
Ruin Dome
The Ruin Dome is one of the most exotic domes of them all. It contains what looks to be the ruins of a lost civilization, though it is really man made (though some rumors say that they are actually real). The ruins are made of marble and stone and vines and moss grow from the buildings. A lot of the ruins have been overgrown with these plants, and the ruins' mysterious aura attracts a lot of similarly mysterious Pokemon
Meadow Dome
The Meadow Dome is one of the more beautiful domes. It is a field full of flowers with trees dotted all around. There is a small river with fresh water running through the dome and the air is sweet and pure. The seasons are often simulated here, and the dome changes temperature and simulates different weather effects as time goes by.
Forest Dome
The Forest Dome is full of trees, including a huge one in the middle home to many different Pokemon. The seasons are also simulated here, and many nocturnal Pokemon come out at night.
Arctic Dome
The Arctic Dome is the coldest of all the domes. It is a landscape of snow and ice with only a few pine and evergreen trees scattered around.
Beach Dome
The Beach Dome has a beach ring around it, the middle being a deep ocean. There's a small tropical island in the middle too. Many breeders come here to relax after a hard day, as the weather feels
like summer all day long.
Marsh Dome
The Marsh Dome is a large swamp. It is dark, misty, foggy, and rainy, though many Pokemon call it home. If you go here, prepare to get a little dirty!
Desert Dome
The desert dome is hot and sandy, with waves of sand dunes everywhere. You should definitely bring some water along, as there is no good way to cool off other than a small oasis.

The Breeding Rooms
After you get the two Pokemon you wish to breed attracted to each other, the breeding rooms are where you can give the soon-to-be parents some alone time. The next day there should be some eggs waiting! The default room is pretty small, but A rank breeders (B needs permission) and higher can use the bigger premium rooms. Although most of these rooms are uses for breeding Pokemon, they can also be used when you want some alone time with a Pokemon (for example, taming a feral Pokemon).
The Gym
The gym is where breeders can train their Pokemon or even themselves. There are exercise equipment all around for both people and Pokemon, and in the center is a floor that looks like a school gymnasium. The basement floor is a pool and storage area, and the second floor is reserved for A Rank breeders and higher (B needs permission) as it includes more advanced equipment. Around the outside of the gym is a walking / running path and a biking path too, and there are also dirt battlefields for practice battles.
The Breeder Shop
The Breeder Shop is a shop filled to the brim with everything a breeder needs to do his or her work, from grooming supplies, energy drinks, healing items, Pokeballs, Pokemon care equipment, Pokemon food...as long as it pertains to Pokemon care, the Breeder Shop has it. There's also a jukebox-like machine filled with various TMs that you can teach your Pokemon. It isn't cheap, though it is cheaper than buying regular TMs, especially when you might only use them once or twice. Occasionally other breeders, move tutors, and traveling merchants set up a stand outside to offer their services.
The Pokemon Center
The Pokemon Center is like any other Pokemon Center, although some of the breeders volunteer as nurses. Here you can get your Injured Pokemon healed up, although major injuries might take a little while to be fixed.
- The Housing Areas:
C Rank Housing
The C Ranked Breeders are housed in a single medium-sized apartment building, with either small rooms or rooms where two people share them as roommates. These rooms are simple and small, with basic living items such as beds, dressers, and a bathroom and kitchen, although like all the other housing areas breeders are free to furnish their room as they see fit. This building also includes a small cafe serving meals all day, though if you want a bigger selection you might as well go downtown.
B Rank Housing
The B Rank Housing area is the biggest, as most breeders are B Rank. Here, the rooms are more sized like regular apartments and usually aren't shared. They come with the basics, but they are slightly larger. Like all the other buildings, it has a cafe and this one is about average.
A Rank Housing
The A Rank Housing Building contains much bigger, more luxurious rooms that the previous two. They are much more advanced and come with up to date electronics. Along with a cafe, the A Rank Housing area has a pool and a few shops where you can buy things like food and clothing without having to go too far.
S Rank Housing
The S Rank Housing area, unlike the others, isn't an apartment. Instead, they are a small neighborhood of houses for the breeders. The S Rank houses are two floors and have a balcony and roof access, and come furnished with modern technology and comfy furniture.
- Sakikusa Town:
Not too far away (about 30 minutes on foot) is a small town where breeders often visit when not doing anything. There are a variety of places here to visit when you get a chance.
Vanillite's Frozen Delights
VFD is a ice cream and candy shop. It is full of different sweets and is a good place to visit to calm your sweet tooth.
Sawsbucks
Sawsbucks is a cafe and coffee shop, though it also sells pastries and donuts. Its calm and relaxing with a seasonal theme, and occasionally a band plays. There's free wifi and it is an excellent place to meet up.
The Klinklang Department Store
The Klinklang Department Store is a huge store stocked with everything you might need, from furniture to clothing to food to electronics. Almost everything not Pokemon related can be found here.
The Stadium
The Stadium is a huge stadium where special events are held, from battles to contests to sports and everything in between! If its a big event, it most likely will be held here.

She always tries her hardest to stay positive, not crumbling in the face of defeat or failure, but instead rising and trying once again. She believes very much that giving up is not an option, and you should try and try in order to succeed, even if you do end up failing or making a mistake the first time around. Always looking on the bright side, there's not much that can get Tammie down. History - Tammie has had a pretty normal life so far other than a small tragedy from when she was younger. She was given her first Pokemon, a young Growlithe, to raise. The Growlithe was the runt of the litter that had hatched and was very weak before being given to Tammie. It soon died, being too weak to survive despite Tammie's care and attention and she took it to heart, feeling the failure. After this, Tammie strove to become a successful breeder and carer of Pokemon in order to make sure that something like that could never happen again. She is currently B rank at SKS. Personality - Marcel is a calm person, who always adheres to each and every rule there might be. He doesn't really like being in a position of leadership and thus usually works behind the scenes instead. While this causes him to recieve less recognition for his work, he doesn't mind, as he is comfortable with his current rank, especially since ranking up would mean having to be a mentor for the C ranks - a job Marcel doesn't think he can handle. He is interested in ancient history and usually is well-prepared for his job, having all neccessary knowledge, but he has trouble implementing that knowledge. History - Born as the son of an archaeologist, the life of Marcel was fairly unremarkable, except from the fact, that he didn't see his father often, as he usually was away to unearth something new. Marcel didn't mind though as he usually returned with a lot of fascinating things, including all three of Marcel's Pokèmon. Now Marcel is working at SKS, being a B-Rank. She will try to help when she can, although not many people will come to her since she doesn't come out of her shell much. Her Pokemon come first, even above herself, she's also a great cook and enjoys tea. History - Lily grew up with a caring mother, since she was brought up with only one parent she learnt how to care for her when she was sick, and learned to cook at a young age. Personality - Sean is a very smart young man. He loved Pokemon and had a lot of friends. He had a tendency to annoy some people without knowing, but they know he doesn't mean it. When his mom died from a heart attack when he was only 10, he only had his dad and his first Pokemon, Roadhog. Appearance -He wears a “gamer/gaming helmet” that is identical in appearance to Mituna’s from Homestuck but colored a green similar to the background of stereotypical “blank” virtual rooms (The ones that are green in color and are just square rooms with a grid-pattern) and with dark-tinted “specs” instead of red/blue. Short to Medium shaggy Auburn hair, freckles, and green eyes. His skin is peach in tone and his build is on the average to to slim side, and besides that he wears a regular green T-shirt, Stereotypical long khaki cargo pants, and just some regular sneakers
Personality - Cyber is a shy, technical individual. He usually prefers to stick to his games and work then socially interact with other humans. He'll leave the safety of his "shell" when it comes to pokemon or something he is entusiastic about, though he can tend to have an overactive imagination that drives his enthusiasm in excess sometimes
History - Cyber actually is a child of a higher-up employee at Sylph Co. This helped him become inclined towards technology and Pokemon, starting out with his very own Porygon when he was 10. Wanting more experience with Pokemon and technology, his parents recommended him to the SKS where he got his start as an apprentice helping out with the technical work and maintenance that needed to be done. He worked his way up to a Rank B, along the way of which he caught a Rotom that was messing with the facilities there. Although technology is his main interest, he still helps with breeding and training (Hi-Tech's origins are still undetermined but will work on that ASAP)

Appearance - Lynette has medium long green hair, which is tied into pigtails and has bangs in the front, and light crystalline blue eyes with somewhat pale skin. She wears headphones nearly all the time, and her favorite pair (that she haven't lost yet.....yet.) has the image of a sunset on both sides. (I have a picture in mind, but the stupid phone doesn't allow me to put it on ;n; )
Personality - Lynette is clumsy, and forgetful, somehow always messing something or the other up,yet is unfazed by her repeated failures, remaining cheerful and optimistic about her dream of becoming an S-rank Breeder someday. She tries and sometimes can make friends with Pokemon with a bit of difficultly depending on the said Poke's general nature, (at least until she messes up and steps on them or something |D) and has a random hobby of gardening.
History - They say when she was born, she kicked the doctor in the face by accident when they announced she was a girl. This may or may not be true, but she seemed to be an average girl exempt from the fact that she was sometimes a bit slow on subjects, and is never trusted with any things in her hands(Don't allow her to serve tea or coffee....just don't) for the fact she would somehow drop it, run into the wall with it, or something would go wrong. During career day at school, she saw a breeder and he explained what he did...and she fell in love with the idea of being one of the top breeders, in spite of her parent's warning. With a worried and heavy heart, they allowed her to go with her unlikely dream and gave her Feria the family Frostlass at the age of fourteen and a half, becoming even more appalled when she said she wanted to go there by herself with little help. Since they already gave her their consent to trust her with the journey, they begrudgingly gave her some money and Pokeballs, half of the money she forgot at the house and she banged her head on the door, and left. *for info about capturing Pricru and Kawai, read the history part, I don't want to repeat it...mainly Kawai's part omg....*
She is currently a C rank breeder.

Kawai the Wooper
Nature: Kawai is the baby of the group found in the muddy banks of a lake, and ironcally, took the most poke balls to capture. Kawai was nearly completely shut off from the world, living in the center of the Lake when for some reason his mother and father didn't return from the gathering. Hungry and impatient, he ventured out of the center into the patch where they showed him was the berries that grew near the edge of the lake. Eating a few he grew drowsy and sunbathed on the muddy portion when Lynette found him and was obsessed with capturing the Wooper. He seemed oblivious to the restrained ice attacks and Pokeballs until he used Mudsport and disappeared only annoyed by the repeated darkness and light, cold and warm. Why didn't the sun make a choice on what it wanted? He wallowed casually until one last Pokeball hit him and all of a sudden he was in a different place and couldn't get out that time. He never really heard of something like being captured but maybe in a story once or twice they warned him to be good and hide unless he wanted to be captured and taken away, but he was a good kid and it would never happen to him...but it did. Unable to realize why he was suddenly away by the lake, he unknowingly released himself and saw a girl being overly excited about something, a Froslass that seemed frustrated about the girl, and a bird colored of darkness...yes a Murkrow it was, and it was perched calmly but looked interested at himself. At the time he thought it was unrelated to him but they crew slowly moved over.afraid he was about to jump into the pond, but the girl bent down and said something in a different language than the footprint runes he learned, so with the same look of annoyance the Frostlass moved over and tried explaining before with a huff, wrote down, not the best copy, but enough that the childish Wooper could understand. He had been captured and the weak trainer was now his owner. Kawai looked up and blinked, not quite realizing the real meaning of the statement. He began to ponder about it when he was taken to the strange place again. Finally he realized his soreness and fell asleep. The Wooper awoke the next day and found himself outside the place and instead somewhere with beeping noises, and it had a strange metallic scent. Curious, he waddled around exploring the Pokemon Center, not even remembering the fact that his pain was completely gone, and there in the middle of the sterile room, Kawai decided to have a mud bath. The Nurses were completely hysterical and kicked the group out, so Lynette recalled him, unhappily deciding to put the Pokemon back in the lake where he came from(putting it off for as long as she could) before finally on the fifth day, Pricru and Feria practically dragged her towards the place they saw first saw Kawai, and they stopped. The once beautiful and almost crystalline surface of the water was a brown muddy color, the trees were almost all on the ground or laying in the water, and to completely this horrific scene, barbed wire surrounded the entire lake, (apparently the property was being transformed into a new shopping center) and machines lay in wait, chugging black smoke into the sky. Scared to what Kawai's reaction would be like, she ran away from the scene and let Kawai out, and made a sad promise that once they completed the academy's training to the A rank, she would let him go to the lake which he used to be in(Feria translated) and he finally agreed. To this day, he believes he will see the lake he was born, and show his mom and dad how strong he grew.
Kawai is oblivious and generally needs to be watched by someone for little or no trouble to arise. He gets away with almost anything he does(thanks to Lynette's guilt) and doesn't fight often, but when he actually needs to, he can rarely defeat the opponent without any support.
Ability: Water absorb
Attacks: Water Gun, Tail Whip, Mud Sport, Mud Shot.
Pricru the Murkrow
History and Nature: Pricru was a Murkrow that broke his wing in the wild and was left behind by his flock. Left to fend for himself, he didn't know how he was going to defend himself without flying away and the standard attack then retreat stance. Leaving despite his fear, for food, unable to heal his wing, he stumbled into the city and lived off the scraps of humans in the cover of night. Lynette found him and eventually captured him, intending to bring him to the Pokemon Center to have the Nurses heal him, however the healing process took several weeks and she didn't want him to be weak and unable to find his group. Lynette decided to instead of just training his wings, he would learn to use his legs so in case of a case like this, he wouldn't be floundering around in the middle of nowhere. After the long recovery (which she almost tripped and fell on Pricru) the cast was taken off and he could run and use his legs as a decent method of travel. It took several tries, but Pricru relearned how to fly and decided to stay with Lynette until he found his flock. He gained his name and his (slightly temporary) place in the team.
Pricru doesn't know how to communicate with most other Pokemon, being somewhat shy and reserved, but is extremely loyal and protective of Lynette, even going to the point of fighting (and losing...all the time) Feria over a comment about her. He is slightly jealous of the attention Kawai gets.

Feria the Froslass
History and Nature: Feria was given into Lynette's care by her parents (who didn't share the same trait as her) and got frustrated by the amateur mistakes she made in the capturing of Pricru and Kawai, learning to trust herself more than her trainer.
Ability: Snow Cloak
Attacks: Double Team, Astonish, Icy Wind, Confuse Ray, Ominous Wind, Captivate.

Personality - Runa is rather...odd. Most of the time she seems quiet and content but then at certain moments she's hyper and excited. She enjoys the company of Pokemon more than most people, though she does like human friends. She loves cute Pokemon (though is more drawn to the weirder ones) and tends to laugh a lot. Still, she is very clumsy and is quite bit stubborn. Runa, when grumpy, will get very irritable and sarcastic, though most of the time she is rather pleasant to be around. History - Runa was born and lived in Aspertia City, Unova, for most of her life. Her life was really quite normal, other than the fact that she spent it mainly with her Pokemon. Since Runa rarely left the Aspertia area, she had bought 3 Pokemon from a traveling salesman. They were a Tynamo, a Litwick, and a Solosis. Although things started off rough with them, with Runa's care they soon became friends, and eventually even evolved into their second forms. When her parents saw Runa's skill in raising Pokemon, they told her about the SKS, and soon enough she headed off there to be a breeder.
