Guardians of the Heart <REBOOTED>

First topic message reminder :

There's been a huge attack on a city, the entire city was demolished and only a few survived. The few were severely injured, and were only just released back into society. Of course, everyone remembers the faces of the ones who miraculously survived a city bombing. This RP takes place in their lives after the bombing, which changed their life. The characters will begin to hallucinate beasts that are constantly attempting to speak to them. They will also be constantly drawn towards each other(Always ending up in the same place at the same time). Soon, the beasts that they hallucinate will begin to speak to them. The beasts will beg them to go with the others that are similar to them, and, like any normal human would want to do, they would want to find out just what is going on to each other. The characters would then learn of, "The Heart" and the dangers of it.


Rules:
1. By signing up for this rp, you will be reminded that it's your post through PM no matter what. Bluekat12 is not responsible if you get annoyed.
2. you're character's beast cannot be bigger than a elephant!
3. No overpowering, you cannot have guns or any overpowering items on your character
4. Your "beasts" cannot have unnatural abilities, they can only fight tooth and claw like nature does.
5. You must make up your own beast, no stealing
6. No skipping the host!
7. Make a decent BIO, don't but one-two sentence things on Appearance and History
8. You may have more than one character.
9. Normal humans cannot see your beast, but humans with a beast can.
10. No beast can know just what the heck is going on UNLESS you are PM'd knowledge the voice gives you<explained later>
11. Beasts can only solidify for a few moments, meaning they can pass right through things, it takes up a lot of effort to do so, so they can't do it casually.
12. Also you must be able to post paragraphs, one lined sentences are not allowed but it is understandable if you are suffering writer's block.
13. Beasts must be BEASTS, they can have small human like qualities, but cannot be anthros. This is because the Beasts are SUPPOSED to be strong and...well BEAST like. Being an Anthro would make you INCREDIBLY underpowered since you'd have the strength of a human which is pretty much DEAD without technology or some kind of weapon against the beasts of the wild.<added>

Mechanics:
Battles between two users:
If your characters end up picking a fight against each other, it will not be determined on who seems like they would win. Instead the ENCOUNTER die will be used if this is to happen. One player can choose whether to have 1-3 or 6-8 and the other will get what the other player didn't choose. If the die lands on a the number a character chose, then that character shall win the fight. If the dice were to end up on a 4 or 5 then the match is either broken up or a draw, depending on what the roleplayers agree on.

The Voice:
The voice is something ALL BEAST characters have. The Voice however, will only come to a character when information is needed. The voice is allowed to stick around in your character for the rest of the rp once you get it, even if someone else gets it as well. The voice can only reveal what you are PM'D and will say nothing about itself, it is allowed to assist the characters though. The only character that can start with the voice is Serenelittlerose's Synrei. OTHER CHARACTERS CANNOT HEAR THE VOICE. The voice speaks to the Beast telepathically, meaning only your beast can hear it once you receive it.
If you want to be excluded from the Voice Mechanic simply state so in your post and your character will never receive a voice.

Beast Speak:
The Beasts do not speak through their mouths unless they are given speech in their description. All beasts can speak telepathically, but they cannot choose who hears them. Normal humans cannot hear them along with see them, but the characters that also have beasts will hear and see everything.

Secondary Characters
Secondary Characters(reoccurring characters that are not your main character) may be spawned anytime, they CANNOT however be villains. The villains are only controlled by the hosts.

Posting Order
The posting order is a bit different from the normal order. The posting order here is pretty much the Host posts then it's a first come first serve from there, but you can only post once since the last post from the host. Meaning the posting order could and probably will look something like this:

History Sophia's mother died in a car accident when she was very young and it is believed that the loss of her mother had a part in Sophia developing schizophrenia. Name Synrei
Gender Female
Appearance A very lean and nimble gryphon. Unlike the traditional colouring of a gryphon however, Synrei's feathers are jet black and flecked with a nearly unnoticeable dark grey. What would be lion on a griffin, is a leopard for Synrei, her fur a pale ash grey with dark, open rosette and ring markings as well as darker spots littering the latter half of her body. Synrei's eyes stand out against the blackness of her head, wings and body, being a bright and piercing icy blue. Synrei is remarkably strong despite her grace, but arguably her best attributes are her speed and cunning.

Name Michael Webb

Gender Male.

Personality A burnt out spirit. At heart, Michael is an adventurer, a cunning, bright young man yearning for more than what life has given him. His enthusiasm has begun to fade over the years as he has realized that life is not the grand journey his imagination screams it should be. As a consequence he has become jaded and bitter. Still, somewhere inside is the fire smoldering for something grander.

History Enthralled by fantasy and myth as a child, it seemed only natural that Michael would become involved in it somehow. After gaining a degree, he would begin teaching social studies in his local studies, often focusing on the legends of the ancient cultures he was teaching.

After the bombings, Michael somehow walked away with his life. He has been struggling with moving on, developing a case of PTSD and beginning to drink frequently. He has recently begun to see a psychologist, hoping to put his demons behind him and move on.

Appearance With deep, sunken blue eyes and a seemingly perpetual stubble, Michael seems weary. Still, on occasion, his eyes will light up when something catches his interest. He speaks in a tone somewhere between bored to pieces and devilishly mocking. He often dresses in a haphazard manner. Wrinkled dress shirts and ties, mismatched belt and shoes, and unkempt blond hair are the norm.

Name Piras

Gender Female

Appearance Taking the form of a large, three headed wolf, Piras could easily be compared to the Greek Cerberus of legend. She has a slick, white coat and blue fire licks across her body. The flames particularly seem to congregate around her necks and as cuffs around her feet. Her tail flickers into flame towards the end. Her eyes themselves appear to be pure flame shooting from the sockets.

Personality Piras is a bright, hot-headed individual. She speaks her mind and holds nothing back. She yearns for action and is quick to jump into things. She holds a strong sense justice in her heart. Right and wrong are plain and clear to her. She will be the first to jump down someone's throat and chide them for their actions.

Accepted Serene and Jax, the rp topic will be created soon, and if a fourth and final person desires to join they can apply and an opening for the character to join shall be made in the rp as it is at the time.

Name Isabella "Izzy" M. Fabian

Gender Female

Personality Izzy's a determined girl who usually makes a rash decision and depends on her friends and families to pull her out of any situation. She's actually quite bright, but chooses not to use her brains and depends on her rotten luck. Izzy is usually quite cheerful even under pressure. She claims that it feels like an action movie when under pressure. Time would pass by faster and the cheering of the crowds only gets louder. Speaking of which, Izzy is the athletic type. In most of her schools, she was in the Netball club, running club and Soccar for girls club. ((Football, in other words.)) Sometimes she even did Martial Arts, but gave up on it.

Izzy does have a bit of a trust issue with students. Mainly because of the things that the students did in her past schools. Smoking at the toilets, doing graffiti on walls and usually ditching Izzy when shop lifting a store to be caught. She wasn't a big fan of moving around, either. Especially since that she'd usually have to fly by plane.

History Ever since from the age of five, Izzy has been moving from one family member to the next ever since her parents death from a plane crash on their anniversary. They took her in because of the fortune that followed her, but had to pass her on because of the unfortunate events that either happened at school, or the fact that they weren't able to take care of her anymore because they were fired or so. Izzy didn't really enjoy moving around, either.

Her family was quite huge, though. With two grandparents, five uncles, four aunties and two cousins who were already in their mid-twenties. They were all very different in their own ways, but the schools that they sent her to weren't very different to each others. She had a hard time making friends because she made herself work hard on sports, always busy. But, every time she does try to hang out, it seems that it only invites trouble, or she gets picked on because she wasn't like the others.  When you go to different schools, you tend to give up on trying to keep friends you may never see again.

Soon enough, she moved in with her Grandma and Grandpa and went to a brand new school, which in fact wasn't too bad at all. Again, Izzy signed up the sport clubs.

But, her life would take a dive when the city was bomb. Not only her Grandparents died, but Izzy would lose her own right leg.

Appearance Izzy is quite short for her age, not too thin but has an athletic figure. She wears her curly dirty blond hair up in a pony tail. She usually dresses herself up with light denim jeans along with a nice pair of black and a white trainer along with a white shabby tanktop covered by a black jumper with a large red 09 printed on the back of the jumper.  Her missing leg is replaced with an artificial leg, usually covered up by the jeans.

Beast

Name Arktos

Gender Male

Appearance A large black bear, similar to the American black bear, but instead it's teeth are sharp and short. He has a pair of grey ram horns growing out of his head and his spine sticks out as spikes across his back. Although he's not fluffy, his fur is smooth and harden, serving as protection. His snout is white and hasn't harden, though.

Around both of Arktos's wrists was a cuff literally made out of metal. His claws are unusually long, too.
