WHO'S THAT POKEMON?

First topic message reminder :

As the title suggests, this is a "guess that pokemon" game. The first poster will write a sentence about the pokemon, and you have to guess what pokemon it is. Whoever guesses right first, gets to make up the next pokemon.

Ex. "I'm thinking of a pokemon that's known as the Fish pokemon.

'Magikarp!'

And so on.

So the first pokemon is a pokemon that is known to come out during the new moon.

Nope to both, but Evana wasn't too far off. It's a Flying type.

I know it's not a Flying type, but just saying that hint works with Mawile as well. :)

I want to say it's Beautifly, then. It's the only Bug/Flying Pokemon I can think of that might fit.

Jeez, that's terrifying.  "It stabs prey with its long, narrow mouth to drain the prey's fluids," according to its dex entry from Diamond.  Not fun to think about.  >_>

Here's mine.  By skipping very lightly, this Pokemon can walk across water.

Not a bad guess, but the one I have in mind is a little more obscure than that!

...Maybe too obscure, in fact, so here's another hint:  This Pokemon is a Fairy type.

That's not quite it either, I'm afraid. One final hint: This Pokemon has wings, though it can't truly fly.

Here's one final, final hint:  This Pokemon looks like Charlie Brown.  If no one can get it after that, I'll cave and just tell you all what it is.
