The Bulletin Boards

____________________________________

The Bulletin Board System
The Guild Bulletin Board is an essential part of the guild's existence. The ability for a rescue team to take missions is heavily reliant on the community posting jobs to be taken, and the board updaters creating random jobs as well. To post a job, all a member has to do is create a Help Wanted request or an Outlaw Poster using the corresponding templates provided. Once you have filled in the correct template, you should submit the idea to a board updater, mod, or admin for approval.

It should be made known that only Guild Members or Graduated Guild Members can take missions from the bulletin boards.

The aforementioned layouts are available here:

(Please note that you should also have a paragraph from the point of view of the client before each job, just like in the games)

Help Wanted Template

(Paragraph from Client's point of view)
» Client: (Who is asking you to complete the job?)
» Objective: (What do you have to do?)
» Place: (Where will the job take place?)
» Restrictions: (Are you or your partner not allowed to come?)
» Difficulty: (Depending on the difficulty rank the mission can only be taken by certain exploration teams.)
» Reward: (What are people going to receive for completing the job?)
» Expiration: (When will this mission expire? Use descriptions such as 3 months from last attempt. Put in Parenthesis the date it will expire.)
» Exploration Points: (How many points is an exploration team going to receive for completing the job?)

Code:
[size=10][b]» Client:[/b]
[b]» Objective:[/b]
[b]» Place:[/b]
[b]» Restrictions:[/b]
[b]» Difficulty:[/b]
[b]» Reward:[/b]
[b]» Expiration:[/b]
[b]» Exploration Points:[/b]
[/size]

Outlaw Poster Template

(Paragraph from Client's point of view)
» Client: (Who is asking you to complete the job?)
» Target: (Who are you bringing to justice?)

Code:
[size=10][b]» Client:[/b]
[b]» Target:[/b]
[b]» Place:[/b]
[b]» Restrictions:[/b]
[b]» Difficulty:[/b]
[b]» Reward:[/b]
[b]» Expiration:[/b]
[b]» Exploration Points:[/b]
[/size]

(As a general note, the posted jobs should differ from guild to guild)
To take a job, you must post in the thread saying that you have accepted it. After that, maintenance of the board falls to the Board Updaters, who's responsibilities are outlined in a separate thread.

You will notice that teams will also get  Explorations Points for completing a mission. When you get a certain amount of these points, you're team will level up in rank.

Difficulty Ranks

These are the difficulty ranks. One must be appointed to each mission to show the minimum rank exploration team that can take the job. Exploration Ranks are detailed in this thread.

Missions past the the * rank mark are a lot rarer than those above it.

(Job Rank = Minimum Exploration Rank needed)
F = Grey Rank
E = White Rank
D = Bronze Rank
C = Silver Rank
B = Gold Rank
A = Platinum Rank
S = Emerald Rank

*0 - *5 = Diamond Rank
XX = Legendary Rank

These ranks apply to all jobs.

Jobs Payout
Missions have a minimum poke payout as of 10/22/2019. The starting value at the lowest difficulty rank is 200 poke. This value increments by 50 each rank. Additionally, rewards are issued per person rather than something that needs to be split between participants; however, non-guild members may receive half the poke reward, or the guild member(s) may opt to give them part of their reward (this is not required but is a nice gesture).

F - 200
E - 250
D - 300
C - 350
B - 400
A - 450
S - 500

* - 550
*0 - 600
*1 - 650
*2 - 700
*3 - 750
*4 - 800
*5 - 850
X - 900
XX - 950

Dungeon Job Ranks
The ranks of each job will be affected by difficulty, but also by the dungeon they are located in due to some dungeons being harder than others. This list provided in the spoiler below gives you a quick way to know what sort of rank to expect for jobs in each dungeon.

(Dungeon = Minimum Job Rank):

Rules Concerning Bulletin Board Missions
(Taken from the site's Rules thread)
To prevent the abuse of the job system there are some rules to completing bulletin board missions. Each rank of mission has a minimum amount of pages needed to be completed for it to be counted as a successful mission.
Any threads that do not reach the limit for the appropriate rank will be immediately cast off as failed, even if the events in that thread resulted in a completed mission.

(Difficulty - Number of pages needed)

F - 1 Pages
E - 1 Pages
D - 1 Pages
C - 2 Pages
B - 2 Pages
A - 2 Pages
S - 2 Pages

* - 3 Pages
*0 - 3 Pages
*1 - 3 Pages
*2 - 3 Pages
*3 - 3 Pages
*4 - 3 Pages
*5 - 3 Pages
X - 4 Pages
XX - 4 Pages

How Do I Accept A Job?
You merely post in the job's thread saying;

Job Accepted by (character name) of Team (team name)

Thread;
(thread link)

It's as simple as that ^^
When you have completed a mission, alert a board updater via PM or via chatbox and they will lock and move the thread. You can then claim any rewards. Item rewards are just added to your characters inventory(or split evenly amongst the team). Poke must be donated by an admin.
In the event of Poke needing to be donated, please post an admin request in this thread.

Thanks for reading. Happy roleplaying!
