Awkward Encounters

Zorre walked through the Pecha Forest absently, not really paying attention to where he was going. He was distracted by thoughts of his Exploration Team Members. He hadn't seen them in a while. He hoped that they were OK, wherever they were. He had decided to take a nice walk through the normally pleasant Pecha Forest, and as the sun gleamed down upon his black-dyed shell, he thought that he had made a good choice. The black-colored scyther stopped in front of a Pecha Berry bush and picked one of the sweet berries off to eat one, enjoying the sweet taste of the berry.

Clara had been searching and searching, trying to find a certain place she remembered from her youth. She remembered how tranquill and nice it was, with no one to bully or riducle her. This was in the Pecha forest so she spent a good deal of time trying to find it. One such day she saw a berry picking pokemon and tried her best to remain hidden and not noticed.

Zorre continued eating his pecha berry. He heard a slight rustling behind him and felt eyes on him, but he didn't turn around. He wasn't sure if the pokemon watching him meant him harm, and he didn't want to alarm them to his knowledge if so. He sniffed the air and sighed in happiness, laying down against the grass and enjoying the sun against his shell.

As Clara continued to try her best to remain hidden. She found herself in a predicament. She was about to lose her balance inside the bushes.

She eventually caught her balance only to have herself trip on one of the rocks in the bushes. "Eep!" she half shouted in a muffled tone as she fell onto the ground outside the bushes
She looked up towards the the Scyther a bit red from embarrassment of the fall. She hoped the Scyther didn't notice her as she attempted to get back in the bushes.

'Why did this have to happen now?' she thought to herself. She disliked the fact that she is clumsy.

The black scyther looked up in surprise as a small shape tumbled out of the bushes with a small squeak. Zorre stood up and looked down at the pokemon warily, not sure if it was a feral pokemon or a civilized one. As he examined the pokemon, he recognized the species as a ralts and cocked his head sideways. He hadn't seen a ralts since he was a feral pokemon himself, the former species having been a common pokemon to see in the forest he had grown up in.

Clara had stayed in the bush as silent as she could but she took a thought for a moment. She had to have been seen. She then remembered her shadow sneak ability. She went and stretched her shadow to a different tree as she then quickly sneaked behind it.

Figures... She had fallen from behind that tree also. She gave up trying to hide and just sat down...

Zorre snorted in surprise as the shape of the ralts suddenly disappeared into shadow and streaked away, flashing behind a tree. He blinked at the sudden movement. What a strange encounter. He still wasn't certain if the pokemon had even been a feral pokemon or civilized. He stood for a moment, dithering. The pokemon obviously hadn't wanted to be spotted, so did he leave it be or did he seek the pokemon out?

Clara sighed and looked up towards the sky. It was a bright sunny day. As per usual. She looked back towards the scyther who was not looking at her. It seemed to be in thought about the situation.

The ralts seemed content on just staying there since there was no use attempting to hide right now, especially because of her current clumsiness right now.

Zorre made a decision. He walked over to the berry bush and picked a couple pecha berries, and then walked over to the ralts. When he grew near enough to see the pokemon, he stopped and sat down, offering the berries to the pokemon, content to sit there while the pokemon decided whether to approach him or flee again.

Clara watched the scyther go pick some berries from a nearby bush and picked some of the berries off it. They were pecha berries. It then came back towards her and stopped pretty short of her and sat down. It then offered her the berries. She decided that he was not a threat... Currently at least and got up and walked towards the scyther. She then sat down in front of him. "Sorry... I, I tend to be a bit... Sorry." She said slowly to the scyther... She sighed. She was having a bit of a hard time talking to the pokemon it seemed.

She looked at the berries but decided that the scyther was simply trying to show her that he was friendly...

Zorre smiled in relief as the pokemon finally stood up and walked over to him, stumbling over its words as it tried to apologize for its actions. "Ok, is it," he nodded. "Not shame be you shy for," he said cheerfully. "You life save, feral if pokemon I be." he hoped the pokemon wouldn't be put-off by his stumbling words.

Clara looked up to the pokemon. It seemed to speak either backwards or in a circle. She listened for a moment and attempted to get the words back in order.

She interpreted the message as to not be sorry for who she is. She also figured that he meant that if he were feral. Her actions would have saved herself from trouble.

She nodded as she figured out what he said, or at least the meaning of it. She then glanced behind her and then back towards the pokemon. She smiled slightly .

Zorre felt better, now that the ralts seemed to be more at ease. He wondered what the ralts had been doing in the forest in the first place though, if she was so shy of other pokemon. "Forest here why come you?" he questioned curiously. "dangerous careful if not be, this place," he said.

"I... I grew up here. I came looking something here..." she said slowly. She was looking around as she spoke. Every so often she would look at the scyther. She was having a bit of a difficult time talking to the scyther. Although she felt more at ease now. It was still a bit difficult for her to let her thoughts out due to her shyness.

She looked up as she spotted a cloud pass over the sun briefly. It was still bright and warm out. Something she liked. She then looked towards the flowers in the field where the scyther had been previously before she had actually talked to it.

Zorre nodded at the ralts' explanation. "Help want, it me find you?" he offered, figuring that the pokemon might want help finding whatever it was she was looking for. "Or... know not for what looking for you?" he asked suddenly, wondering if the ralts even knew what she was looking for.
