First topic message reminder :

The Job:

An Archen blinked as he stared at the frozen stream named...well, Frozen Stream. The snow was calm and settled on the river bed's floor and one could not even see the water running underneath the ice. However, the ice looked too thick to break, he was going to have to find either other holes or thinner ice that would be easy to shatter. The Archen sighed, he was alone once more on this mission, he doubted he would find William here. William was a ghostly friend of his, who seemed to have once lived a terrible life and recently joined a team from what Acro knew about the gengar. The archen looked back to the riverbed, he would have to get moving and get this over with, it was too cold here!

Kazuko Noted he was growing tired, and proceeded to use thundershock on the Teddiursa. It was slightly weaker due to him having used thunderpunch a bit much, but he still had enough to fight the teddiursa off. After a small battle Kazuko scared off the Teddiursa and proceeded to run after the Stantler so he could help out Acro. 'I'm coming, Acro! The teddiursa ran off, Let's focus our attacks on the stantler!' Kazuko says, Somewhat exasperated from the cold and using thunderpunch too much.

Acro was too busy being part cow-pokemon as the stantler bucked and thrashed about wildly in attempt to throw the pokemon off. He clung to the stantler's antlers, it was not long until he was finally thrown off. The stantler turned and glared at the Pichu, and shook his antlers, as if attempting to attract attention to them. The stantler took steps closer to the pichu, shaking its antlers and lowering its head for the pichu to stare at his antlers.

((Pokedex entry SoulSilver: Those who stare at its antlers will gradually lose control of their senses and be unable to stand.))

'What the...?' Kazuko said to himself as the stantler lowers its head for Kazuko to stare at the antlers. 'I feel like you're doing this not as a sign of peace but... Hff..' Kazuko says as he was looking at the stantler to talk towards it, not exactly knowing if it could hear him or not. Kazuko began to slump to the ground and fall over, due to the Stantlers tricks. 'Ngh...'

Acro struggled back up, and looked just in time to see Kazuko staring into the Stantler's horns and falling over. Acro hissed in anger and forced himself to stare into the Stantler's eyes and the eyes only as his tail glowed. He darted towards the Stantler before it could crush Kazuko or worse with Kazuko defenseless like that, and smashed his tail into the stantler's legs. The stantler cried out in pain from the surprise attack, and struggled to get up with what could have been a badly bruised or worse leg and flee.
"Kazuko? Kazuko?" Acro repeated, hoping his acquaintance would respond.

'I'm okay, I just cant feel anything... I guess I'm tired too..' Kazuko manages to mutter, as he is currently faceplanted in snow. He proceeds to drag himself to his back and sit up. 'I hate stantlers...' Kazuko said. 'I feel something in the snow..' Kazuko says while feeling the snow around him. 'I cant tell what it is..' Kazuko murmurs while feeling around, staying in a sitting posistion. 'I guess I'll find out when I get it out. Anyways.. I feel like crap.. That Stantler is horrible.. I hope you dealt with it Acro.' Kazuko mutters while sitting up rather uncomfortably.

Acro found a reviver seed where the Pichu had been lying, he packed it into his bag, forgetting about the finders keepers rule, and noticed that during their fight, a small crack had formed in the river. The Archen rushed over and pulled a vile out of his bag and filled what little water he could into the vial. He plugged it up with a cork using his beak and smiled in satisfaction, "Two more and we can get out of here, well I can if you want to stay...but if you want i'll stay with you once we fill the vials. The crack released a bit of water, and it doesn't look like it'll release any more.

'I think I'm good enough to continue with you. Let's go find those icy waters Acro.' Proceeding to get up, rather unsteadily, and make a quick item check. 'Still have everything.. Good.' Kazuko said, Still rather weary. 'We should get going.  Dont know if there are any more pokemon around.'

Acro nodded, agreeing with the small electric mouse like pokemon. He scrambled away from the water, hoping to not complete the mission of finding icy water with a result of his death by drowning. He shivered at the thought of falling into that ice cold water, not only was the Archen weak against water, but he was also weak against the ice type as well. The first bird pokemon shook his head to rid the snow that collected slightly, from the tussle in the snow, "I wonder why snow has to be so cooold" he complained.

'Well something has to be cold doesnt it?' Kazuko says while walking, slightly trudging trough the snow which was rather high up on him. 'Plus I know ice isnt your favorite as you're a rock type... I'm not a huge fan of the cold either.' Kazuko mutters while trudging trough the snow slowly, for it rised up to his neck.

The Archen had been hopping in the deep snow, leaping up and over a good batch of snow and plummeting into another. He was small for his kind's size, and things were usually harder for him, but this was ridiculous. He looked rather pathetic while trying to travel across the snow, keeping an eye on the river in search of a good spot to collect the cold icy water that would not end up with him being killed or sent under the sheet of ice THEN killed.
"True, but it doesn't change the fact that it's annoying as heck"

'Yeah and--' The pichu suddenly gets smothered in snow as some falls out of a tree and lands ontop of him. 'Mhhph!' is the sound kazuko makes as he has his head pop out of the top of the pile. 'And really annoying at that!' He says as he spits out the snow, proceeding to shiver a bit.

"Well, that's what I just said but ok..." The archen looked to the pichu before turning and leaping once more, finding the snow to raise a bit higher and the snow to be less deeper, "Ah here we go!" the archen smiled. His near frozen bare feet weren't out of the frost snow, but at least his tail and the rest of his body weren't! The first bird pokemon looked at the lake, not finding anything of use in the thick ice covered waters. The archen tilted his head as he followed the moving stream underneath it down the river and into the distance, at least they had more spots they could check.

'Maybe there's a hole in the water!' Kazuko says while shaking the snow off his head. 'Hey, One second! I see something over there.' He says to acro while running towards the thing he saw-- Tripping on the ice and sliding the rest of the way to it on his face. But it turned out to be just snow. 'Dang.. Let's hope we can find something else soon then..' Kazuko mutters while walking back steadily to Acro.

Edit: I edited in some of it because I FORGOT TO ADD THE ITEM and im not adding an item in an edit so yeah..

This dice is not existing.

Acro laughed nervously, not sure how to react to the pichu spotting snow in this sea of white and thinking it to be an item. The archen tried to be more optimistic, more for his own sake than anything else, "Hey, I bet we'll find another good spot in no time! At least we don't have five thousand feral pokemon on our tails."
Although they had all day to complete this mission, he wanted to get it done as fast as possible. The archen was freezing his poor tail off! The bird may have been covered in feathers, but these feathers were meant for warmer climate, not this freezing river some pokemon called home!

(Scuse shitteh post please)

Kazuko gave off a light-hearted chuckle. 'Yeah, If there were Feral pokemon on us we'd probably be having quite a huge problem fighting, Earlier that was just two-- Imagine if we find the jackpot of em..' Kazuko trailed off, then snapped back. 'Okay, Let's continue looking!' Kazuko says and proceeds to get ambushed by something that was hiding in the snow, Getting knocked back a small bit.The thing also has something on it.(Or alot. Depending on the size i dont know..)
