Rule suggestions

This is for the character rules. I think their should be a rule which says the level that all Pokemon who evolve in the games with high friendship, as it's confusing trying to figure it out.

Well, in the Mystery Dungeon series Pokèmon, that usually evolve through friendship need a high IQ to evolve...maybe we need an IQ stat or something of the sort...

I think that's a good idea, because I thought maybe you decided when they evolved...

I think it would just be best to get an administrators opinion.
If you want your character to evolve via happiness, PM an admin with a short briefing of what has happened in all your rp topics, as well as their history and the character's level and I'll guess we'll decide from that.
