First, the Good.
Staff:
Serene and Fox are absolute awesomeness. They're friendly and they do their job as admins, can't say much for Ripple since she's never on.

Rules:
The rules are easy to follow, and are clear as day(at least for me) the only issue i've had is going to a banned area...and that's only beacuse I was being a derp |D

Locations:
The locations are amazing, only issue is some aren't accesible to me and kind of disappoints me since it lowers the role-playing location list, but that's the rules xD LEVEL FASTER YOU STUPID ARCHEN AND FLLLYYY! *is shot*

Community:
Nearly everyone here is awesomeness and friendly, except a few people who just get on my nerves. The CB is a great place to party(especially SAKE PARTIES WOO). But people really need to stop swarmin the admins for the poke seriously...

Suggestions:
Recruiting/Team Making
Of course what nearly everyone is going to want to do when they join is make a team. I suggest allowing moderators or maybe a group specifically for this to fufill the action of playing as Faye or maybe a second in command pokemon that also recruits members. This will lessen the load on admins, and make the recruiting process run smoother and faster.

Poke Attaining/transactions:
I know only admins are allowed to do this action, but some people wait days to get this done. Another thing I've noticed is Serene and Fox is doing a good chunk of all of this. I've only seen Ripple do one adminly thing and that was all the way back in March. I suggest hiring a SINGLE active trustworthy admin to assist you, and possibly only allow them to donate the poke, if they do anything other than that they're off the list. (although this isn't really much of a problem as it used to be I believe. I just see a ton of people complaining in the CB about not getting their poke)

Staff Chatbox Recruitment:
Spamming, Harrasing, Arguements, and abuse of the coding. This kind of stuff happens rarely, but when it does happen it's bad(Anyone remember Silverwingbloodsplash? She did that..A LOT.) I suggest hiring moderators for the CB that have the ability to kick/ban people from the CB that spam nonsense and abuse the coding and make insanly large scrolling text that lags the living daylights out of the CB. These are people who need to be able to handle the power without abusing it. (This can be done by right clicking their name in the CB and clicking "Add to Moderators" but i'm sure the admins already know that.)

Team Missions
As for the few missions there are, there is few with decent rewards. I know they're low ranked missions, but oran berries and poke are all we ever get. I suggest NOT giving poke as rewards though, so the admins would have a lighter work load. To make up for it, I'd suggest making the number of poke per post a bit higher(by like 5 or 10 maybe)

Boxes and Shops
As everyone knows, there are boxes such as unusual boxes scattered about. To determine the contents in these, I suggest making a die for each one(or all) with different items in them. I would also suggest allowing explorers to open the boxes on the spot, since there is currently no pokemon to actually OPEN the boxes. The boxes are currently dead weight, and a torture as to what could be contained inside them to out characters.
There are very few shops in this forum, there is no place to buy oran berries, reviver seeds, or even tms that aren't on the map! I suggest making a few NPC shops that can take the place until someone comes along with an actual character. NPCs are actually better for the shops because then transactions wouldn't take as long. Also what would happen if the owner of the shop goes inactive? Would the shop shut down along with all transactions? NPCs are the best choice in my opinion.
