Ruching Buisness Empty
PostSubject: Ruching Buisness   Ruching Buisness EmptyTue May 08, 2018 11:16 pm

After bringing Quinn into the Inn, Chiyako began negotiating the schedules of her limited staff as well (and as balanced) as she could so that she could take a (slightly longer) break of absence fairly quickly after her first in order to take the Pidove into the more resource-rich Shadowhue Forest. She was surprised at how promptly she managed to get her target. It was mostly thanks to an unexpectedly rapid response to a letter she sent to Iva, who was then able to take the ever-important managerial duties from her (ah, the joys of an administration team of one. Not that she traveled a whole lot like Iva did, but she was starting to see where a cramped schedule was going to have its downsides). Only several days later, the lithe cat pokemon was ready to go. She made sure to have a few days of leeway - considering they were going into a dungeon - and also a meager amount of camping supplies for that very same reason. She suggested Quinn do the same, and after their affairs were in order she led him on towards the sea of trees that they were about to stick themselves neck-deep into.

"...And this is Shadowhue Forest. The one that's supposedto be hard," Chiyako joked as she and Quinn approached the dark maw of the foreboding treeline. "You can probably tell already, but it's a pretty dark place. There are stronger species of pokemon here as well, but it's not so bad to handle. It's mostly because there are better items here, so the residents can sustain themselves more easily. Nothing should eat you, though. Just avoid whatever looks suspicious." She envied the Pidove's ability to fly and avoid danger just a bit in this circumstance, but even then she knew that flying would only do them so much good. She used her claws to cut a hole in the already-thick underbrush spilling out from between the trees, allowing them to enter the mass.

"It's easy to get confused as the surroundings change, so we should be especially careful about sticking close together. At least within earshot. We'll start finding things once we get a little further in." She was careful to step over the bramble roots and thorn-covered sticks that were intertwined into the ground cover. The ground started to clear up more as they made their way further in.
