» Personality: Extremely insecure; goes out of her way to please everyone; flirts with guys; works extremely hard when it's for others. Has some anxiety issues due to extreme insecurities. Has severe abandonment issues due to her father leaving. Can be clingy, mostly with men. She is shy when she first meets people, but it is often short lived. Though she is shy, she is friendly and welcoming, she wants to ensure she welcomes everyone into friendship. Her shyness is more of a defence mechanism, she doesn't want to throw herself at a person right away until she has some idea of what they may be like. She does have a weakness that causes her to sometimes let her guard down; a cute guy who shows her positive attention/affection.

When meeting women, however, she acts cute and defensless in an attempt to coax the other female into letting her guard down. She never tries to impress women as much as she tries to impress men. However, Rosemary is very territorial over her interests; including her expliots beyond getting men. She does not like to lose. If another female tries to step in her territory, they better be ready for her reign of terror. From a passive agressive attitude to straight up throwing hands when she's pushed to her limit.

» Likes:

Meeting new people- in hopes of finding friends.

Building Strength- She's paranoid about being weaker than people due to dogfighting. Feels like she needs to be strong enough to conquer any fight.

The Ocean- It is a reminder of home, and a time before her father became addicted to gambling. She likes to visit the beach when she is overwhelmed and needs to cool down.

» Dislikes:

Other women- sees them as competition and cannot trust them.

Throwing Fights- If she starts a fight, she wants to finish it. The times in which she may start a fight is often times when she is being territorial, or feels she has to prove herself.

Baseless Violence- She only likes to fight when the fight is important to her. She feels what she did in her past is pointless and is trying to change that, so if the fight is over something she doesn't feel passionate about she won't bother.

» History: Rosemary's family first lived in Rainfront Town, as they were doing rather well for themselves. She lived with her mother and her father, both of whom worked in the town to earn money. Her mother was around in the evenings, but her father was hardly ever around, and never gave her approval when he was. He later left the family in pursuit of his own self-serving endeavors. He had an addiction to gambling, he would bet on fights, wasting away all his money on it until he had nothing left. With his only other option being to give up his habit, he "dipped into" the family savings in an attempt to win back what he had lost. He ended up losing nearly every penny they had saved up, and soon after, made the decision to flee from his problems, leaving his family alone and poor. After that, her mother was forced to find various means of employment to provide for her family, alone. The sudden lack of a father left Rosemary with a fear of abandoment that sent her spiraling into anxiety and depression. She was an only child, so she was often very lonely; she didn't have many friends because most found her annoying despite and often because of her attempts to fit in. She was especially desperate for the acceptance of boys due to the absence of her father; she found that flirting with them yielded success, so she got into the habit of it.

After her father left, Rosemary and her mother had to move to the Grima Outpost due to their lack of money. She decided to participate in the competitive fights she was exposed to through her father’s gambling addiction, in an effort to help provide for her mother. She attempted to help by asking a friend of her mother's to coach her in fighting. This proved to be successful but even more damaging, since her coach was abusive to her. As a result of the abuse from her coach, Rosemary developed issues trusting other women, including her mother.

Rosemary had a rival during her fighting days- well, it didn't start out as a rivalry. She met a Lopunny named Rui while fighting, and immediately liked him. When interacting with him after fights, she would flirt up a storm in order to catch his attention. He was into her advances and took a real shining to her, to the point where he even took her home to his family on a few occasions to have dinner. His family was full of other females, which made her uncomfortable, but she was also excited to feel that she was part of such a big family. It was the complete opposite of the life she had grown up with as an only child. However, as time went on Rosemary's coach found out about this relationship and worried that it would interfere with her performance. Her coach was never easy on her, and felt that making Rosemary suffer would make her stronger. In order to pit the two against each other both physically and emotionally, the coach set up a fight between Rosemary and Rui by striking a deal with Rui's uncle in which Rosemary would throw the match. Rosemary did not want to fight Rui, but Rui felt he had to finish the fight for his struggling family's welfare. He tries to offer a gentle fight, just to get it over with, but Rosemary still felt betrayed and as if he was belittling her. She couldn't imagine throwing a fight, and she couldn't believe he would even consider buying into such a corrupted plot. Overcome with emotion, Rosemary gave her all in the fight, which ended up leaving Rui crippled. She was unable to face Rui's family, as she couldn't imagine their reaction if they had found out about her mistake.

Stricken with grief and shock, she has decided to move on from competitive fighting and follow a different path. She used her fight winnings to move her mother and herself to Grassveil since their hometown of Rainfront was too costly, and Grassveil proved a much safer area. Moving to Grassveil was also an effort to find a new source of income. She considers becoming a guild member to continue not only provide for her mother and herself, but also see's it as a possible form of redemption.

In the dislike for throwing fights, it's said that she feels insulted if she's made to act like something she's not. While I get the point you're going for here, the wording should be adjusted since it implies she doesn't like pretending to be something she's not... but a large part of the character is that she actively pretends to be whatever she thinks will get her what she wants.

3.) HISTORY

"She decided to continue in the fights to help her mother."

"Continue" suggests she was already fighting beforehand, but I don't see any mention of it in the history before that. It seems like there's a sentence or so missing somewhere, or this sentence somehow got put in the wrong place or something. Also, I take it her coach was female, but that's never actually stated so it's a bit confusing at a glance.

And how in the world was she strong enough to beat and cripple an evolved pokemon packing a mega stone? Unless he was incredibly weak or literally just LET her do it, I can't see that happening, even with Contrary Leaf Storm.
