- not ooc. It's just alot of first post stuff... It helps me think... If you have some similar tactic I wont mind it. It may even give me an idea.:
- Yooka's Equipment:
Midnight Purple Ribbon → given by the Guildmaster of the Grassveil Guild. Supposedly, it is bound to her aura. It's located wrapped around her entire tail except the last 2 inches near the tip. Purple Kecleon Guild Backpack {10-slots} → The Guild Backpack Custom reworked to look like her species but Purple. It fits less items then normal due to its resizing. The Guild badge is located at the top of the head inbetween the frills of the backpack to remind her of an old friend. - Bag contains:
-Apple -Sitrus Berry -Reviver seed -blast seed -Trawl Orb - - - - -
@Defense Scarf → Somehow lessens physical damage by a miniscule amount and removes 1 point off pokemon rolls. other than that... its just a scarf. Located on the upper part of the right arm like an armband except flowing behind her just barely reaching her knees.
- energy{16}:
(lvl 10) 27 - 11 = 16
[starting type: Normal]
It's been awhile since Yooka, a perfectly 'normal' Kecleon, had been on a mission. She ends up just going for random explorations of her own, ending up not even earning GP to advance her guild rank. It wasn't such a big deal to her, not many of the quests that she can do were worth much and it's not like anyone could actually sign up for a higher difficultly mission than what their rank is, which she didn't quite like. It's because of this Yooka despises her Grey-Rank Guild Badge. She ended up not keeping its condition up-to-date, so it now has a couple chips on the left side and it lost its sheen. However, she still took pride in the experience the missions she did do. She even uses the badge to remember her old friend who is probably a part of the Aileron Guild by now and possibly far ahead of Yooka in some other ranking system. A little 'F' rank mission wont be a problem compaired to what she had done before. She even thought, she should take it solo, which she did. Yooka didn't think about the mission details till her arrival at the copse. Wasn't this place known for it's peaceful nature? How could the target get lost in here? There must be something different within the forest than just peaceful critters. Yooka knew full well that literally anything could happen. Especially ever since the dark clouds appeared. She's gotten use to seeing it already now. Even though it was awhile ago when they first start forming... something about a Giant Ghost Dragon... She doesn't remember who rumored what now and frankly she doesn't care about it. What's in front of her is more important than a long-term effect. She'll deal with it if it starts to hinder her directly. What's currently infront of her is a semi-permanent autumn Forest with a missing Pokemon somewhere inside. She needs to find that Pokemon and apparently bring it back. Simple, yes? Yooka already crossed the stepping stones and into the forest's entrance. Now, just to search around for a 'Herdier'. - ooc:
Oh gawd it's so baaad. xωx I know for sure I have multitudes of errors everywhere and it's still too miniscule to boot. :3
lol, Literal first time doing this event. So fill me in on anything I 'should' note. Especially if I got it wrong already. (wouldn't surprise me)

Victoria Withers the TyrantrumEnergy: (40-11) = 29 | Color: #cc3300 | Level: 20 The forest was dark despite the day that shined just above the clouds that plagued the sky. Her skin stood out against the golden colors of the forest that brought forth memories of autumn. Camouflage was impossible, but she cared not. She dared any to challenge her and face her wrath. The Queen of Blacktooth had graced the island with her presence for two reasons and two reasons only.
She desired power.
It was not her stomach that brought hunger upon her, but her mind. She had only just recently been blessed with this powerful new form, but there had to be more. Eight feet and two inches tall, the dragon type was not some push over that was simply going to accept defeat.
Each step caused the earth to quake as five hundred and ninety-five pounds worth of rock and dinosaur searched through the dungeon. The leaves in the trees around her fell as she walked, disturbed by both wind and shakes of the tree. She was not in her territory, but still she walked with pride and confidence.
The tyrantrum had been drawn to this dungeon through rumors. The gift of mega evolution was held at the shrine. She did not know if her kind held the potential of such a powerful gift, a second form of strength that would only promise even more power, but she had to at least try. If not, there was still another thing she wanted to look into.
Celebi.
The mythical creature of Arceus's affiliation had been discovered here. She wanted to see if it was still around. She wanted answers to a few questions it might know. She did not expect service without a fee, which is why she had a bag. The tiny thing looked quite ridiculous on a beast of her size, but it held the offerings she would deliver to the powerful creature if it decided to offer its services.
That was not all that was on her person, as the heirloom of her line hung around her neck in its rightful place. A gold amulet with a blue sapphire in the midst that shone darkly in what little light the sky provided. Victoria wore the symbol of her lineage with pride as she did little to hide her presence in the forest of golden leaves.
She felt as if she were the monster here and she loved it. The sheer strength that she could feel in her muscles, she wanted to try them out. She wanted to abuse her power and test her new limits, but there was none in Blacktooth that dared to match their queen in battle. While that was not what she had come here for, she would certainly be open to a match that would alleviate the urge to destroy.
She paid little attention to what was beneath her, as she cared not for any fool that might have dared to stand in her way. Her focus was on navigation, though she was quite alert to any potential dangers that might lurk. She had heard, once, that a haxorus had previously owned this territory. A dragon upon another dragon's land, it was a date with disaster she would have loved to indulge herself in at that moment.
She was nothing more than a bloodthirsty beast.
Garnet Zircon the CharmeleonEnergy: (37-11) = 26 | Color: #cc0000 | Level: 20 Garnet held a much less arrogant air to him. It was debatable over who had a thicker skull between him and the previously mentioned monster, but that is not the focus here. Garnet was not near the tyrantrum, let alone was he even aware of her presence in the island.
He held no reason for being in this forest, yet here he was. The charmeleon's body was bandaged as if he had been harmed. In truth, he had been. Self-inflicted wounds covered his body from the tip of his horn to the talons on his feet, an aftermath of the cursed blessing that added even more strange runes and markings on his body. The charmeleon was not supposed to be out and about, but he could no longer simply sit around and do nothing.
His body urged for battle, not just any battle, but a torturous one. He did not share the same type of hunger Victoria did, he had his own taste that needed to be satisfied. Garnet was much lighter on his feet, much quieter and less noticeable as his color blended well with the bright orange that fluttered around him every now and then.
It seemed as if he had lost his original goal of finding his friends, but that was not at all the case. That goal was simply set aside for now. He needed to be a friend Namataki and Jade could rely on, a strong one. He had been shown that he was weak in combat against Genesect and again in the battle against the guardian of Snowcloak Ruins.
He hungered for strength, but that was not his primary reason for coming here. His motives could easily have been a flipped version of Victoria's. He came here to satisfy the hunger to beat something senseless. He wanted to hear begging. He wanted to be in charge for once.
Sova was a nice guy, he admired the glaceon's strengths. However, he wanted that strength. He was willing to do all he could to get it, to be able to inflict unimaginable pain upon others. He wanted nobody to dare mess with him. He wanted to be able to punish those that dared to tango with his friends in a way they did not want.
His eyes glared ahead of him, they darted about quickly as they scanned the area in search of anything that might show up. He was cautious, aware of the pokemon that could potentially lurk in this dungeon. Even with the peaceful nature of the natives in this island, there were still the bad apples that wished to do harm onto others.
Garnet was also here to simply gather some supplies, but the need for combat where he would win only grew with each passing moment.
Pick your poison.

| "Maybe I should come back another day..."
This was the first thought that ran through Gentzer's head as the Sableye peered at the Copse. It wasn't the Copse itself that brought this response, he'd been here before, and that last visit was just HILARIOUS to reminisce. It wasn't the dark foreboding clouds overhead that unnerved him, he'd lived in barely gemlit darkness for all his childhood. He didn't even know about the Legendary Pokemon discovered here, so new was he to the world outside Serene Cave. No, there was something else occupying his fears.
Maybe it was the VERY scary, VERY large and most likely VERY violent Tyrantrum he'd just seen. Luckily he'd stayed out of it's line of sight. Rather worryingly Gentzer figured he must have coincidentally followed the same route to the Copse as the dinosaur. He'd almost blown his cover, at the sight of the ridiculous little bag it held, massively out of proportions with it's owner.
He completed just saying "Screw it" and heading back to somewhere less dino-infested. But something all the more insane was crossing his mind.
Why is such a powerful Pokemon HERE?
Even that Absol he'd met at the Copse paled in fearsome visage to this Tyrantrum, so why was it here? To Gentzer's deluded mind, only one explanation made sense...there was treasure inside...BIG treasure...LEGENDARY treasure. Gentzer's pulse raced with mania at the thought of finally finding the gems of legend he'd heard of in stories. He started to giggle, covering his mouth to avoid being seen at first, but eventually his imagination got the better of him, and he finally lost his sense of self-preservation.
"AAH HA HA HA!!!" He laughed like a true maniac, and sprinted over the stepping stones to the copse with vicious fervor. | |

| Yooka wasn't in the forest for longer than a minute when she suddenly felt a little vibration. It was very faint and didn't last but it caused her to stop moving forward and question it. It was indeed there and had a pattern to it, like a giant monster was walking around. Is this what caused the target to not return to the client in its estimated time? probably not, the client said the target could handle himself, so the target probably got forced further in if this was the source of the target's delay.
Yooka was about to continue forward when She heard trees being pushed. It was coming from behind her. She turned around to see a rather Grey n' red Tyrantrum walking through. Yooka moved to avoid being crushed as it was passing. What's a tyrantrum doing here? This is way different than what Yooka was used to. A fully evolved pokemon rather than the mid-evo and basic pokemon she usually gets caught up in. If this is the source of the targets problems then she'll have to probably get help. This pokemon is way to big for her to stop alone.
Yooka smirked as she watched it but she had to at least find something out about it. Why is it here? Yooka knew she could just run away if things got bad and probably end up in the same situation as the target, except she wouldn't get as lost. She has a map.
"Hey! Tyrant, what brings you here? Your a bit out of place, you lost or something? Need assistance...?" She wanted to get the pokemon's attention quickly. However, she was more curious as to if it was truely lost or had a reason for being and was willing to help in either instances... as long as its within the forest. However, it probably didn't quite seem like she was being casual about it considering she half yelled it all. | |

Victoria Withers the TyrantrumEnergy: 29 | Color: #cc3300 | Level: 20 A voice spoke out to her. The dragon type stopped in her tracks, caution being kept on her mind. The voice had been one of intelligence with an offer of help. She had been called 'Tyrant', her nostrils exhaled sharply as the queen took offense. Her kind was known for tyrannical tendencies, it was even in the name of her species. She was not a tyrant, so she liked to think. The tyrantrum moved slowly and cautiously as she turned her head to look down at the significantly smaller pokemon. She towered five feet over the green, yellow, and red creature.
It had asked questions of her. Luckily for the kecleon, she had answers she was willing to give. The tyrantrum gave a low grumble of thought before her jaws parted to speak, "I am not lost, I am merely searching." The tyrantrum studied the kecleon with her sharp eye, as if she were in search of something in specific from the kecleon. In truth, she was merely cautious for signs of a threat from the normal type. She was a powerful pokemon, but even she knew that the smallest of creatures could have powers and abilities that are often misrepresented by their size.
"I suggest you watch your words carefully green one," she advised the normal type soon after her response with a low growl, "They might cause more grief than you may realize." She was not a cruel and abusive leader in her mind. Sure she had a bit of an iron fist, but that was necessary. If a leader showed sign of weakness, then the lessers would attack.
She lifted her head higher, away from the kecleon as she finished her warning, "Why is it that you wish to assist me?" she questioned the smaller pokemon. She did not know if the kecleon had intentionally intended to imply such a negative insult to her, but she was not about to sit there and allow it to continue. The tyrantrum awaited an answer, cautious of motives behind the green normal type.
Garnet Zircon the CharmeleonEnergy: 26 | Color: #cc0000 | Level: 20 He stopped as well, his attention caught by a rather loud pitched voice that sounded like laughter. Confusion clouded his mind. The laugh seemed to be quite sinister in nature, or was it just his wishful thinking? Either way, the charmeleon laid low. He used the natural orange surroundings around him to his advantage as he approached where he had heard the laughter come from.
The charmeleon peeked around a bush to spy a rather unpleasant site. A sableye.
From his experience, Sableyes were never any good news. He recalled the trip to Snowcloak, the mega sableye that the archeops had struggled to fight against. He recalled seeing the frozen statue of the ghost type. Back when he was still a mere charmander, the encounter with the species in Obsidian Rift had left quite a troublesome result. Despite his prejudices, he opted not to just attack the Sableye.
It had done nothing wrong, it was just...being incredibly weird. The charmeleon would remain unseen as he decided to practically stalk the Sableye for a while. Like a hunter following his prey, he would remain silent and watch. If the sableye was up to no good, then he would put a stop to it. If not...then he'd like to know just what the hell was so damn funny!

| Gentzer, in his manic state, was unaware of his new stalker. Indeed, he was even less aware of his surroundings than usual, his excitement and delusions were consuming his attention, to the point where he was rapidly muttering about gems and legends under his breath in between massive bursts of extreme laughter. He'd been running around the Copse, not even bothering to look around for anything, just madly running around until something hit him in the face, even if literally. He'd lost sight of the Tyrantrum a while ago now, and after aimlessly wandering around for who knows how long, he eventually tired himself out. Still grinning ear to ear, he crashed against a tree, leaves falling to his feet as he haphazardly slumped against it. He slid to the floor and started to pant in exhaustion, weakened from his near marathon level running, his throat starting to feel sore. Gentzer remained unfazed though, still giggling frequently. He started to glow as he channeled Recover to heal his throat and recover some energy, still oblivious to his surroundings. | |

Are you centering your posts? no... wut...? lol
It was clear the giant was annoyed. Yooka even considered running the better option even if it was friendly. However, she stood fast with maybe one step back from just being intimidated by the sheer size and power from the pokemon.
Tyrant was probably a bad word to use... She should have used Giant or the species name itself. "uh... Yea, I deserved that." She muttered to herself knowing full well she tends to be careless about strangers. She redoubled her stare at the Tyrantrum now that she had it's attention.
So it isn't lost but looking for something. The target? she could just ask and get that over with but asking the wrong thing would end up looking foolish. The tyrantrum doesnt look patient and would probably continue with what it's doing than listen to her. "So you aren't lost but are looking for something... well, aslong as it's within this forest I could probably help with that... I asked if you needed help, mostly if you just so happened to be lost. I mean I can take it that you can handle yourself, um... I mean, look at you..." Yooka was somewhat jealous that she couldn't evolve in any way. No way to increase power except with skill... She considers all fully evolved pokemon stronger than herself in a physical manor. She'll just need to get the experience to surpass that power.
If the pokemon doesnt mean to harm the innocent then perhaps the tyrantrum could be of assistance to her. 'If' it even approves... "-but I had ment what I said when I asked if you needed assistance. I could help with looking for what it is your looking for. I too am looking for something... A lost pokemon for a guild mission." Slip in the thought, perhaps it would be interested... perhaps not. - OOC, to Bluekat's post directly after this one...:
I KNEW IT! or at least 'this mission has a catch' part... "I" had planned for yooka to 'bind' the character but not with her own body but sacrificing her items... (her defense scarf to be used as a 'muffler and restraints'.) but only once she notices the targets infectious condition. So Yooka 'could' be in danger of it. (however, I don't like that idea for her future so... yea... >-> Keep the insane away, however she cant avoid encountering them, but she can stay away once she sees the condition. So this mission would give her insight on future 'infected' and give her an idea of how to avoid being infected.
but if you 'really' plan on doing that to Garnet, I'll use 'that moment' for the realization thing and go for the capture.
If garnet wipes the herdier out for the obvious behaviour it'll show... that task of 'capturing it' for bringing it back would be far easier. (Just gotta potentially stop Garnet from killing the thing. If Garnet would think like that. meh...)
When it comes to Yooka bringing back the herdier. unconscious with the deadly potential of being infectious. Yooka would ask any of the others for assistance bringing it back, with part of the reward of the mission being her thanks.

Victoria Withers the TyrantrumEnergy: 29 | Color: #cc3300 | Level: 20 The puny pokemon made some sort of apology by admitting that he had deserved something. The tyrantrum looked down upon the kecleon with a cautious eye as the small green creature explained itself. It seemed as if they were a guild member, it would be wise of her to uphold a good affiliation with the guild.
Whether the kecleon had meant to or not, it had managed to flatter her. She had appeared strong huh? Well, that was nice of someone to say. The tyrantrum raised her head high upon the comment.
"A guild member hm?" she spoke up, "Well, I am looking for that shrine that was said to be in the center of this forest. I'm researching the wonder that is Mega Evolution, as well as the creature known as Celebi." She would not give her reasons as to why, but she would at least let the normal type have the honor of helping her.
"Your mission, what pokemon is it? Perhaps we could work together towards our goals..." she asked.
Garnet Zircon the CharmeleonEnergy: 26 | Color: #cc0000 | Level: 20 What...was he watching exactly? Garnet was met with confusion as he observed the actions fo the sableye. A look of utter confusion upon his expression as the sableye crashed into a tree and simply lay there. Did it have a few screws loose or something? Was that a common theme among Sableye or something?
He decided to take a more direct approach seeing as standing around was doing a grand total of nothing for him. He stepped out of his hiding spot before he spoke up, "You alright there?" he asked cautiously to the sableye. He kept a distance, prepared to fight if the sableye proved to be a foe rather than a friend. The weird actions of the sableye only piqued his curiosity.
Garnet was confident that he would be able to take on the sableye in battle. All he needed to do was not massively mess up like the past few battles he had been in. He hungered for battle, but he was not about to unleash that hunger upon an innocent. If the sableye attacked him, then he woould make sure that the sableye would regret it.
The cursed markings on his body took on a slight glow as they seemed to shift to a deeper red color. He wished he could just make them go away, but the dye shop was far too expensive. Well, actually he just did not find them worth covering with dye. They had their purpose...and that purpose was fear. The mark of the cursed item showed strength. It showed that the bearer was fully willing to sacrifice parts of their life for strength, just like him. He figured that later he would wear these markings with pride. Once he was satisfied with his strength, then he would have them removed and return to snowcloak for another item, one that would serve his purpose more effectively.
"Baroque Nightmare" - Psychogoth ooc// welcome to I have a headache post. Also I plan to have Garnet be bitten by Herdier. For those that do not know, the true catch of the mission is that the disease runs the risk of being spread through physical contact, it's pretty much guaranteed if you are say, bitten or get a taste of their blood. If anyone would like to volunteer their character to be saved by Garnet resulting in him being bitten speak up now otherwise he's going to be saving Victoria's butt.

Rip Gentzer, he gave the 'go ahead'.
The giant stood tall when Yooka mentioned its evolution. Yooka didn't mind that it was looking down on her considering its size, however she didn't like how it kept looking down on her, mentally, the stare she got was watching her pretty closely. Like looking for some kind of... something in her. Was it really friendly or looking for an opportunity? Yooka kept up her poker face, mosty subconsciously. Listening to what it was doing was pretty confusing. Yooka heard of mega evolution but she never really considered it. She didn't get her hopes up on such a thing. Kecleons can't evolve any further, right? if this pokemon was looking into it... should she ask? argh, and give it more work? She should just do it on her own. As for Celebi... Celebi...? it sounded familiar, but probably from an out-of-the-way kind of way. She probably heard the name and never considered it. If you dont know it, dont question it. Simple... but Yooka was just curious as to why look for such a thing... meh, whatever she could just look into that herself aswell. Yooka thought she should speak up about a reason to why it would look for either one but the pokemon continued with 'what her mission was'. Yooka smirked and practically slipped the request from her backpack as if expecting the question to pop up somewhere. She held it out for the pokemon if it wanted to read it but Yooka gave the gist of it. "A herdier didn't come back from this place over night. Got a request asking to bring the target back. Easy enough considering this place is known for its peace but then again... it's because of that that I am questioning whats really going on."Now that it's distracted by the paper... "Mega-evolution...? I wonder how that works. I should probably see into that myself at some point. ahh... Mind I ask who you are...? You've figured i'm from a guild. I'm from the Grassveil Town's Guild. My name is Yooka. Not often do I see pokemon of your scale. Pretty oppressive if you have the stare." She tried to joke, but she failed badly. The pokemon had the stare, she was just trying to get the feeling away but mentioning half the term of tyrant once again... The feeling just crept back. Perhaps it didn't catch her bad joke... Yooka remained calm but on the inside she was hating what she said. | |

Victoria Withers the TyrantrumEnergy: 29 | Color: #cc3300 | Level: 20 The kecleon offered a paper for her to read, though the writing was much too small for her to focus on and take in. There was a downside to her massive size, the fact that most pokemon were smaller than her and thus more places catered to them rather than the bigger fellas like her. She stared at the small slip of paper and instead listened to the kecleon's explanation rather than waste the time and headache of trying to read the small fine print.
The kecleon requested her own identity, which she would proudly give, if not for the last comment that was meant as a joke. The joke had failed and only served to irritate the tyrantrum.
"I am Queen Victoria of the Blacktooth Kingdom," she held her head high once more, no longer interested in what the puny paper had to say, "I can assure you my Kingdom is quite the opposite of oppressive," she hissed with malice. Whether or not she told the truth was subjective to one's definition of 'oppression' as although Victoria was the ruler who called the shots, she generally allowed pokemon to do as they pleased so long as they did not cause trouble for others and they did their share of the work.
"I do not know what you speak of with 'that stare' but I will assist you in the finding of this herdier if you assist me in reaching the center of the copse safely. It's foolish to think even this place has remained peaceful, however, as times have changed ever since the day the sky turned dark." She spoke in reference to the dark clouds that rumbled in the sky above them.
Garnet Zircon the CharmeleonEnergy: 26 | Color: #cc0000 | Level: 20 He had ditched the Sableye, to put it shortly. The creature was a bit odd and obviously not interested in a match. He gave a snort of annoyance as he stalked back into the woods. He would have to find something else to test his strength on. The charmeleon's itch needed to be scratched and that sableye wasn't going to offer anything. Hopefully, this time around the Sableye wouldn't do something like turn around and bite him in the butt later on, that always seems to be some kind of trend with meeting Sableye. He kept his ears open as he listened to the world around him, ready for any kind of danger that might have popped up.

| Just as quickly as she pulled the request out, she put it back. Cursing herself for making the joke. A Queen? If only she knew! This place, this mission, this encounter, was it a coincidence? Yooka was taken way off-guard by the aspect that this pokemon was Royalty.
"R-Right... I shouldn't have mentioned that..." This isn't something she should be taking too lightly apparently. perhaps Victoria should lead then. Yooka replied to the Queen to try and buy time while she took out her guild map and took a second to find the Queens destination. "I haven't really thought about the Dark sky too much. I haven't really seen anything wrong as of yet, besides the fact that its not going away. er... will you be taking the lead?" It was literally in the center of the forest, easy. Why did she even take the map out if it was 'that' simple... a minor mistake, implying she doesn't know the place.
She didn't, it was her first time to such a place. All she knew was that it was known as a place with serenity, or something like that. perhaps it was just the way it looked more than what was on the inside. Perhaps this place really is a dangerous place. In that case- "Your a Queen and Im just a glorified mercenary, or whatever a guildmember could be considered. I don't mind helping a Queen, heck, it may give me a better status if I do well." -reinforce the idea she should lead in subliminal way.
Yooka still couldn't imagine it. A Queen!? Maybe she's probably being followed by some hidden agents or hired mercenary and she managed to get under their radar. Yooka couldn't help but smirk to herself. This could be fun, just dont piss her off too badly now. If anything just dont get in her way.
Even though she decided to just follow along, Yooka didn't expect this sort of encounter to occur here of all places. Especially during a, so far, simple F-ranked quest. Was Yooka in way over her head? another question had popped up to herself. Is the Tyrantrum lieing...? The question didn't last that long considering she didn't really care as long as it ment no harm to her but it was a lingering idea. Victoria had the quality aspect down pretty easily, but is it an act? She does seem rather alone... even if she can handle herself, shouldn't Royalty be escorted? Better not to question anything just yet, It will come eventually. | |

| The queen snorted as the kecleon asked if she would take the lead, "You have more information than on the subject." She spoke, "I may be royalty, but I am not a fool."
"This 'herdier', you do not have any information on it other than its species? The name perhaps? I'd rather not go around a forest calling out 'Fido' or something of the sort." She asked. The tyrantrum seemed to dismiss the earlier offense in forgiveness towards the kecleon.
Her eyes trailed away from the kecleon as she checked her surroundings. It would not do for them to simply be ambushed. While she checked the area, she failed to see a certain creature that blended into the underbrush.
---
That creature, was Garnet. He had stumbled across the two conversing. The tyrantrum had a sweeping gaze that seemed to move right past him as he stayed still. He simply looked as if he were a part of the eternally dying bush he hid in, though his tail stuck out the back end in order to avoid putting flame to the forest.
These two, what were they up to? The kecleon had said it was an explorer, and explorer like Sova perhaps? How strong was this little kecleon's team, if it had one at all? The charmeleon lay in wait as he attempted to eavesdrop on the conversation, careful not to be spotted.
(Welcome to I have a headache again and i'm too tired to put it in the proper coding) | |

| - ooc, your headaches and my brain. :
I cant tell if you made mistakes or not. Besides the obvious grammer errors. I'll be thinking its what you put is what was ment to be. I can make this still work towards Yooka looking like a fool, so I don't mind. :3
The Queen had a point. The Herdier did have a name, but it slipped her mind. However, what she said seemed off. She knew more on the what? The alter in the middle of the forest? Sure, she lives semi-nearby to this place but that was for a little over a year now. Some places close to Grassveil were still new. She also couldn't shake the feeling she's being watched, but Yooka figures its just the hidden agents protecting Victoria. Probably testing Yooka to see if she'd be untrusting. Victoria seemed to look around probably giving orders through some means. Yooka sighed, "Surprisingly...--" She paused trying to think of a way to say her lack of information. It's a first that anyone pointed this out. Yooka picked the mission for it had an interesting request that contradicted the dungeons rumor. When she met up with the lillipup for more info, she didn't really pay attention much. Just that it was practically the same as whats on the request itself. Guess names would help out incase they came across multiple of the same species. "I do not... know that much on the target or of the place your heading for..."However, there were some things this dungeon does not have... native Herdier. So it shouldn't be a problem finding the target. "I'll know it's the one when I see it. I don't plan on bringing back just any Herdier in this place." Yooka cringed to what she was saying. She matter aswell be the fool here. She lowered her shoulder and head a bit and accepted the thought she failed already but she pulled out an orb from her bag aswell, "Well either way, this place has items I may be able to use that could help me on this mission and despite having missing information... I don't plan on failing. Not on purpose anyway."She held up a trawl orb but just before she activated she noticed a glint on it. She paid no mind to it for she thought it was just the orb itself when it was really the pokemon that was hidden out of view. "I'm using just a simple trawl orb." Yooka looked at the trawl orb amd did a few things before giving it a small toss in the air a few feet. She didn't quite get how they work but she knew how to use one. {OOC:first trawl orb, I assume its 'just' the cost of the items in the roll and not the pokemon or is there a specific roll for trawling. :P} - Ravio carried out 10 launched of one Fallen Leaf Copse :

| ((Trawl orbs make items free. Also how the heck would Garnet cause a glint in the orb? His tail is behind a bush not in the open for the orb to reflect light off of.))
The queen seemed a bit annoyed. What kind of explorer did not have proper details on the mission they took? She watched the kecleon reach into the bag and pull out an orb. Okay, a bit random, but the only thing the orb did was bring items to them. All that was brought was a stick, a gummi, and an off ticket that seemed relatively useless.
"Well that was underwhelming," she snorted before she continued with what she wanted to say, "I meant I have no idea where to even begin with searching for your target. If you have just about as much information as me, then you're in trouble. Unless the herdier were to find us instead, it would take a miracle to find them."
--
Garnet watched from the undergrowth as the orb was used. He tensed, prepared to fight if the orb brought forth enemies. He remembered house orbs and what they did. He was not about to be caught off guard just because the kecleon had said he was using a trawl orb. The last time Garnet had seen an orb in use, the legendary creature Genesect had been brought forth along with a small army of pokemon. Granted it took a few orbs to do that, but he had prepared anyways.
Luckily, the orb actually was a trawl orb. Items fell to the ground around the kecleon...it seems they were still safe...for now. He remained in his hiding spot, still wary of what the two were doing exactly. | |

| ((ooc: ah ****, I thought he was naturally blending in with the surroundings and not actually in/behind a bush... thats actually something I didn't consider, consider it ignored, cant really do something about it due to my roll being in your post... I reread... and yep, he's 'in' a bush... I think I was out of it aswell. x-x}} The items that arrived were of no use for a fight. Yooka flinched when she noticed the three things and then cringed when the Queen, sort of, 'rubbed it in'. "ugh, yes. Useless." She put the gummi away but looked at the ticket closely. "However not the ticket... sortof." She shrugged and put it away aswell. "Someone collects those for lessons on 'moves' back at Grassveil... and as for where to look for that Herdier... no mission is truly that easy. Wish they were, but something tells me this one is going to be a little easier than normal despite the missing information... I will continue looking around for any clues as to where it could be, but I figure we could do what you wanted to do at the shrine in the mean time." She turned away and went right to work. "If I notice anything, I'll speak up."Yooka paused for a second before returning to the stick. She decided to hold onto the thing. It could useful to some degree. She kept a note on where the Queen was incase the Tyrantrum went off course for something but focused more on the environment. She didn't notice anything outside the naturalness of nature. Not yet anyway. - ooc, I found a way this could work.:
If that is how trawl orbs work... I'll use the rolled pokemon to tire Yooka out while your two characters would be fine due to their higher level. When the target shows up afterwords, she'll be too tired to do much. Causing her to make that plan of yours possible.
problem is I havent figured a reason behind the sudden encounters... infection has been spreading but not yet settled on them, similar to how Garnet would be after this? Or they're blaming the Herdier's chaotic activity on the civilized pokemon...? :P
