» Personality: Polaris is a very rash Pokemon. He seems to have no regard for his safety, and will often pull stupid or dangerous stunts for attention. He can get very awkward and reserved if he doesn't get the reaction he was hoping for, and suffers from fairly frequent mood swings. Polaris is very self-deprecating and makes himself the butt of jokes for the sake of laughing with others. He gets very immersed in battles, though he's pretty weak and has trouble focusing on more than one thing. Polaris really wants to make new friends, and will compromise his ideals for them at times, though he definitely has his limits when it comes to fighting and justice. He can get really fidgety when he's bored and likes to always be doing something. He hates being left alone and will get rather unstable, but other than that he seems reasonably carefree about his life, and likes seeing where opportunities take him

» Likes:
Attention: He really wants to feel wanted by other people and will often do anything to get that attention.
Loud Music: The louder and more noisy the better, the best kind doesn't even have lyrics, he just lets the beat overpower them, makes him feel like he'sliving in a movie
Spicy Food: Developed an affinity for this type of food after the many bottles of hot sauce he chugged for dares.
Battle Scars: He thinks the scars make them look cool and strong.
Saunas: He really likes warmth, so if he finds a sauna or hot spring he'll chill there for a long time.
Dancing: He can't move very well with their tiny stub legs, but hell if he won't try.

» Dislikes:
Loneliness: If left alone he can get anxious and miserable, so he tries to be surrounded by friends as often as possible.
Heights: Due to a very bad fall when he was younger he doesn't like heights, and often gets antsy around flying types as well.
Silence: Silence can make him uncomfortable, so he tries to fill it as often as he can, and usually ends up muttering whatever comes to mind to himself.
Classical Music: It just bums him out. He needs more energy in their songs than that!

» History: Polaris was raised by his Loudred mother after his father, a Shiftry, left them at a young age. According to his mother he was a bandit king, and along with his jewels and treasures, had stolen her heart. Polaris always felt betrayed by this, especially seeing the way other Pokemon had fathers that loved them and doted on them. He bugged his mother for attention constantly, but her husband's absence made her resentful of her child, and though she tried to love him regardless, she could be very cold.
Because his mother didn't supply him with the recognition he wanted, he turned to schoolyard friends. But the Whismur was always just too annoying for other Pokémon, he was either too loud or too quiet, just too much to handle. Then one day Polaris took a tumble, and when others crowded around and turned their attention towards him he hatched an idea.
From there he became a daredevil, doing whatever stupid thing was asked of him, fighting any enemy, climbing any obstacle, eating any food. It was all going great, and he was swimming in the attention, until one day they were dared to jump a mighty gap. He failed, falling through the crack and only saving themselves when his egg move Extrasensory manifested and halted his descent, just inches away from certain doom. He had to be rescued, and got in a brutal argument with his mother that night, which ended in Polaris snapping at her and running away from home. He holed up in a nearby town and learned about the Guild from talking with locals. It became his goal to join, to get his thrills from saving lives, beating bad guys, and rolling in fame and glory. And if he could track down their father, he'd pay him back for all his suffering in full.

Polaris has thinner patches of fur along his back and a scratched ear from past dares.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) GENDER

First off, "bigender" refers to a state of having two distinct gender identities, usually fluctuating between the two. However, you do not have your character's two gender identities clarified, nor do you have two sets of pronouns. All you have are gender-neutral pronouns, which are for "agender." Aside from this, you also have ABSOLUTELY no reason nor explanation for your character's unusual gender identity. Gender identity is a result of one of two things, the first being a simple choice that is exaggerated or blatantly lied about. This would fit your character well, what with the desire for attention (she decides to go by the strangest label she can find to get more attention, regardless of the kind of attention). However, if you don't like this, then there's always the second option...

"Real" dissonance between someone's sex and their gender identity comes from abnormalities in the brain, which are formed either through genetic defects or trauma (be it psychological or physical). In other words: mental disorders and brain damage. If you want your character to actually have a legitimate abnormal gender identity, you're going to need to explain what's wrong with her to cause her to feel this way. Not only this, but you're going to have to incorporate other effects of disorder of the mind into your character. You could easily explain psychological or physical trauma - or even both - from your character's current history, so it's your choice.

Now, after you decide the reason behind your character's gender identity (or "supposed" identity if you go for the first route), you'll also need a reason for it to exist. What does this add to the character? Currently, it adds nothing at all. There's no reason for it to be there other than to make your character look like a special snowflake. If you want this, you're going to need a significant reason for it.

2.) MOVES

We use the most up-to-date move listings. Whismur does not get Uproar at level 5 as of OR/AS. Instead, it gets Echoed Voice at level 4.

3.) NATURAL FEATS

I don't know where you got this description of the "Soundproof" ability, but there is nothing to back it up. Whismur can presumably "soundproof" itself by covering its ear-holes with its ears that wrap easily over them, and there has never been any indication that it takes a long time to undo the "deafness" from Soundproof. Regardless, all you need to state is that Soundproof makes it immune to sound-based moves. Also, there also doesn't appear to be anything saying Whismur has heightened hearing. And lastly, you missed the fact that it inhales through its ear canals, which allows it to scream non-stop.

4.) PERSONALITY

"They get very immersed in battles and though they have trouble focusing on more than one thing, they can be brutally quick with taking targets down."

Woah, slow down there. This is a level 5 whismur we're talking about. Level 5 whismur = marshmallow. How does a very loud marshmallow "brutally and quickly" defeat anything that isn't a magikarp?

5.) HISTORY

"They failed, falling through the crack and only saving themselves when their father's Extrasensory manifested and halted their descent just inches away from certain doom."

Change the wording of this. "Their father's Extrasensory" makes it sound like the character's father suddenly appeared and rescued her.
