Hmm, what to do.

What's there to do here, what's there to learn in 'this' PMD universe. I'm curious. I have no idea what is going on, I may need help in a few minutes, maybe hours, who knows maybe even days. Wait... I dont want to wait a couple days... x-x
Im so interested in seeing how this place works, and hopefully the character I want as a starter gets accepted, I can't say that 'just' yet, I have yet to be noticed by one of those moderator thingies, or whatever...
I may just do a full emersion into this universe if it does get accepted though :L

This place never dies. It's been around for years and still going strong; we're the first search result for "PMD RP," so the chance of this site dying as long as PMD still has fans is very slim.

As for what you need to know about the gist of this site, it's a lot like the PMD games (or at least the first two generations). There are shops, guilds, outlaws, and plain civilians. There's also a police system in the works that characters will be able to join once it's up, and there are Independent Organizations which are essentially large-scale organizations run by members. There are occasional site-wide events that have a relatively big impact on things, and you just happened to join in the middle of one. A war between three legendaries is going on: characters are choosing a side and doing tasks to help recruit other legends to their cause. The "villain" in this war, Giratina, is causing dark clouds to indefinitely shroud the entire world, and there's a "crazy virus" that's sending random individuals off their rocker.

hm... If you say this site is going by the 1st and 2nd MDs then the pkmn I wanted as a starter would be impossible. Meh, I'll still post it. Wouldn't hurt to try, if it gets declined i'll just go with the natural MD choices until then. I'll have to think of a 3rd pkmn for that reason, lol.

I think you misunderstood me. I meant that the general setting holds some similarities to the games. Nearly all non-legendary Pokemon are available as characters. Some are limited due to being too common on the site, and there are a few very special cases that are entirely disallowed, but you'll probably be able to get what you want.

My character has yet to be accepted so I can't exactly start my RP that part is understandable, but I don't seem to have the 5k promised from the Starter poke collection topic. It does say when its deleted by a him or another higher up I should have the 5k ...anyways... I should probably just wait a while longer. should I try again then?

The 5k Poké is removed when your character application is posted. That's how much it costs to make a post there.

I thought it would take the 5k only when they get accepted.

I guess that would make sense though.
