Closer to Dreams

Zorre buzzed his wings excitedly. This was Pecha Forest, a dungeon right outside Grassveil Town, wherein lied the Guild that he was searching for. His dream was so close, he could almost taste it! He hoped he would find a team member soon, though. He had heard from others that to join the Guild, one must first have a team already made. He was still searching for a team-mate though. Perhaps he would find one in this forest. By its name, he could guess there were many pecha berries in this forest; which he found delicious to eat. He hoped he would find a lot of them.

Energy: 22 - 5 = 17

She smiles as she giggles, she really enjoyed how he talked. And yet, despite his mixed up words, She could understand what he was trying to say "I would love to be on an exploration team with you! Together we can do ANYTHING I bet! I bet we could take on..on... THIRTY pokemon instead of those three we fought before! " she smiled brightly, She really was excitable in the right circumstance wasn't she?

Zorre grinned at the little pokemon. "Yes, great is this." he agreed, amused at the teddiursa's antics. He didn't really get excitable, but he was definitely joyous to find someone to join a team with him. Even when he had been a feral pokemon, he had always wanted to HELP other pokemon. Oh sure, he enjoyed a good fight; what proper scyther didn't; but he liked to help pokemon even more! This was great that he found someone to help him with his goal. "Name, what for team it be?" he asked Serenity, deciding that she was probably the best pokemon to choose the name, since he would just mess up the wording.

"Umm.... I'm not so sure really. Team.... Team Blade Claw?" She laughs a little, she was actually a little nervous, she never named a team before, and she didn't want to seem silly or dumb in front of her new friend. "Or maybe...Team Shadow?" She hoped that one of these two would work. If not she could try and think of something else.

Zorre thought about the two names offered up by his new friend. He liked both them, really. Maybe they could be combined, but how did he say it without messing it up?! "Combination? Shadow Blade," he offered, and then beamed. It had come out almost right. It seemed saying few things made it less likely to be messed up. "Like, you do?" he asked Serenity, excited to hear what she had to say.

She smiles and giggles, hopping up and down as she nodded "that sounds really great Zorre! I rather like it a lot. You're a good name picker" She laughs a little before she noticed a clump of eggs hop out, frowning "weird... go away! " she used night slash at the Exeggcute, using this to try and chase it off.

Zorre turned around at Serenity's frown and dash, to see an exeggcute growling at the bear pokemon. Zorre snarled and screeched, hitting it with his bug buzz. It shook itself and launched itself at Serenity. Zorre didn't want to interfere in Serenity's fight, and looked around to see two seeds on the forest floor. He recognized them as Swift seeds, which raised one's speed for a certain amount of time. He flitted over to them and picked one up, eating it. He grabbed the other one and then ran to Serenity's side, offering it to her.

Energy: 19 - 4 (defense scarf) = 15

She growls as the pokemon launced at her, dashing to the Side as she again used night slash on the pokemon, the exeggcute giving a screech from pain before it fled, her huffing "meanie.." she sighs as she went ahead and began to look for things herself, looking in a hole under a tree

Despite his offered swift seed, Serenity finished off her foe without his help. He stowed it away in his pack instead for safekeeping. She then moved off to look under some tree roots. He looked up at rustling in the trees above her. He spotted another pineco, and a murkrow sitting on the branch above it. The murkrow swept down on top of the pineco and started pecking at its shell. the pineco shrieked and bopped the murkrow on the beak, which caused the murkrow to squawk in return. Zorre chuckled at the two pokemon's antics, and nudged Serenity, nodding at the show above her in amusement.

Serenity glances up to him as she then looked to the pokemon, smiling before giggling softly as she found this highly amusing, picking up the single seed she found as she smiles at him "They are really funny...I just hope they don't actually hurt each other too much." She yawns as she was getting tired, noticing a murkrow watching them before she yelled at it "Hey shoo!"

Zorre laughed at Serenity's words to the murkrow, feeling cheered by the teddiursa's joyous nature. He spotted a blast seed on the ground and bent over to scoop it up with his scythes. He looked up as an apple bounced off of his head. The murkrow from earlier was looking down at him amusedly. He scowled at it, but merely scooped up the free fruit and waved it at the murkrow before putting it in his bag. Sure the apple had hurt a little, bouncing off his head, but it was still free food, right? He looked around and realized that he and Serenity were almost out of the forest. "Register now team? Or things do more, first?" he asked Serenity, feeling more at ease with his strange speech, knowing that she didn't judge him for it.

She herself smiles and laughs at the murkrows actions, turning over a large leaf to peer in some bushes, being distracted by him after looking as she turned her head, smiling "I think we should go on ahead and make a team. After all it would be a lot of fun!" She smiled brightly. The odd speech of his amused her and made her smile quite often. She wondered to herself if there was anything he would talk a lot about...he seemed like he might have some good stories in him. Of course she felt any pokemon might have good stories in them.
