 | This place is only accessible through allowing Morpheus the Drowzee to unlock it within a Pokemon's mind. Only two Pokemon can enter, the one unlocking the tower and the one who is dreaming. Upon entering, all levels are dropped to 1, all TM moves are gone, and all progress made in here will not be transferred to the waking world. If you complete a set amount of floors, the Pokemon can learn a move in the Waking World from their ancestors, unlocking it from the Pokemon's genetic memory.
